One of the worst McDonald's experiences I've had. I visited this location in the morning intending to redeem a free meal through the app. I asked to order at the counter using my points, but the staff directed me to the self-service kiosk instead. A staff member even started placing the order at the kiosk for me -- but it repeatedly failed. I explained that I was in a hurry and asked if she could simply place the order from the counter. She ignored my request and continued trying on the screen, which still didn't work. I eventually had to leave, frustrated and upset, with no food. This could have been solved easily if they had just used the counter system -- which was available. To me, it felt like the staff just didn't want to help. I placed a mobile order and it obviously allowed me to some they're open 24 hours. I placed mobile order on my way to work and when I arrived a guy rudely said "we ain't open until 5:30 so SORRY. We went to McDonald's on 20 today. My husband ordered the buy one get one for 1.00..quarter pounders and I ordered the same as a meal. As he was eating the 2nd one he noticed it wasn't even cooked all the way. Fast forward about 45 mins later..both of us were throwing up. Also, there were 2 guys outside at the picnic tables..you could tell they were dealing drugs. One was walking the parking lot then come back and handing the other a black thick looking wallet, sliding it across the table. Went the whole time we were eating and still there when we left. Worst McDonald's in the area. Avoid at all costs, especially in the evening hours. They are not open 24 hours. Technically, there are employees inside, but they won't acknowledge your existence. Long wait times and customers asking for refunds is a common sight here. If you even get your order, the food quality is generally fine. Also, don't order from here online. You are only putting this poor experience and extended wait times on someone trying to make a living. Hopefully they are attempting to make moves in the right direction because it is a very convenient location, but in its current state it is worth it to spend a little more at nearby chic fil a or literally anywhere else. read more

Once we got our food, the order was wrong and the fries were cold so I sent it back. Lady in a NASTY crusty hard and dry blue and black wig tried to fight me cause I wouldn't pay TWO times for my order

There are 4 kiosks and 3 are broken, The 1 working kiosk said to go orders only. No one would come to the register, and they made a point of walking around customers actively ignoring them. The register was closed so they couldnt take your money, although that was an option the kiosk gave. They have no sodas. One man ordered a frappe ahead of time. They had no frappes, so they offered to give him his money back except they couldnt open the register. At that point, after 10 minutes of frustration, I gave up and left. I ate next door at a fast food restaurant that was interested in serving me. This McDs is a very busy location but a nearly empty store. It was apparent why. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a McDonalds. I came once before and they would not serve at the register and were loudly yelling the F word from the back and how much they hated their jobs. I will never visit this McDonalds again. read more
