awful customer service. I happened to be served by the manager, and was trying to use the wendys frosty key tag deal. I got it through the app, but it wasn't working on the app. I don't blame him for that, not his fault, but I could validate that I had bought the key tag with a receipt, and he still refused to budge. I had to waste 30 mins trying and failing to explain that I actually did have a keytag, and only just got the frosty, which is what I was entitled to. They also get your order wrong far too much. This location always closes the lobby early and even open it really late. The workers are usually friendly in the drive through though.

My wife went to pick up our meals and this is a single burger meal from the location off of SR60 here in Vero. Everything else in the meals we got was ok minus my burger. The burger was not cooked all the way thru. Before anybody would comes and read this I'm not a person who eats medium raw. I prefer cooked all the way thru. read more

Unfortunate:-( The Food is prepared very well and fresh. The service good, friendly at the counter. The Kitchen Staff?? What is wrong with communication?? I ordered a Double Beef Burger Patties. No Cheese(Can't Have Dairy), lettuce, tomatoes, X-tra Pickles. No Burger Buns(No Gluten Free Available). No problem... a Fries(No Salt) they make good fries. And, a beverage. Wendy's in Vero needs to turn the lights on in their parking lot! It's as though they don't want you to know they're open.

This is one of the most efficient fast food operation that I have seen. Stopped by during busy lunch hour and was practically in&out. Receptionist was very friendly and full of enthusiasm. People in the back are busy working -- I can definitely see they are! Food is hot and fresh. Fries crispy. I will definitely comeback again. Kudos to manager & receptionist. read more

I absolutely love Wendy's however this was the worst experience I have ever had. They definitely aren't ordering from their franchise because the chicken nuggets that they gave us we're not Wendy's chicken nuggets and a burger I got was not a Wendy's Patty it was absolutely disgusting and completely over priced. Food is ok for fast food. They have the coke station with endless combinations. We've been here several times and EVERY SINGLE TIME they don't have the advertised kid's meal toy. I wish this Wendy's was better, because there is nothing cooler than the 100 choice drink station, but even that can't redeem this place. Where to begin? Flies everywhere. Counter people rude and nasty. Toys in the kid's meals were from a movie that came out last thanksgiving. It's April. And the best/worst part....actual ice cold frozen fries. Yes, they didn't even cook the fries. They were alternately burnt and frozen. How do you even do that??? I just got served a cold hamburger! The manager Monique didn't seem to care. She was disrespectful. I told her the place was filthy! We were the only customers in the drive thru sense the inside was closed due to corona. The atmosphere of the restaurant is dingy and dirty. The restaurant is very stingy and they held on to the food as hard as she could almost like if we were going to steal the food in till we paid. The rude lady was Kayla which was the name on the receipt. Then after, we paid she then let go of the food. We also asked what could two people could share and they suggested a 10 piece nuggets which was more than we could pay so we drove around. And saw they had a two for 5 which was cheaper than just buying one 10 piece nugget. We could have gotten two 10 piece chicken nuggets for 5 instead of only one 10 piece for 7 bucks. So we decided to order that and when we went around we wanted to use the frosty voucher they said only one per visit. Really this was a second visit cause we were mislead by the worker for getting a good value for our money and we drove around a second time and was going to place a second order. We wouldn't have made the second visit if they had been sincere about good value for the money. On top of all of this we then after we drove and I found a black hair in the baconator fries Wish I took a photo to show. This was a terrible experience we were loyal customers. Recently came here with my mom, and usually the service meets our expectations. Usually the place is clean, food it hot and ready within minutes. But this afternoon, we simply asked for the 50 cent frostys and we'll, they were very loose and not consistent as they usually are. They were basically drinkable and very watery. This is the first time in a long time we've received them this way. So yes, we were a little disappointed but at least the gentlemen who took our order was pretty decent and nice. read more
