Manager was rude to my dad over the planks game where you drop the coin to the last paddle. I played and won but the manager argued it has to hit every plank based on written rules so it did not count since I bounced it from the top straight to the last panel -though I read the rules in advance and they did not explicitly say that. The manager went on to escalate the argument with my dad when he said he would not be coming back rather than just convey some empathy. Not the first time I was uncharmed with the manager's behavior so it became time for a review. I believe his nonresponsiveness last time to their plastic spoons consistently making my mouth bleed is what I distasted. Food itself -I got a spicy whopper- was peculiarly good this time. Shame. I actually joked with my dad before going that maybe after our countless bad experiences of them consistently messing up orders, dropping food, being apathetic, we could go just for the fun of seeing what they do next. I hear a lot of Burger Kings have been shutting down and I also hear a lot of negative impressions in Warrensburg about this one. If I were the franchisee, I would bail while I still can. read more

I am curious to know what the hours of the Warrensburg Burger King are? The posted hours are until midnight. I attempted to order around 11:30pm on a Friday night. I was told, "We are closing up." They have no bacon, no buns, no manager on duty. The employees look lost. I was the first on line and it took over 10 minutes for them to ask if I needed help. As I was about to order someone came up and complained that they gave them an impossible when the asked for a bacon king. They replied well we have no bacon. So rather than telling this gentleman that there's no bacon they just gave home something else without asking if that's what he wanted. This place should be shut down. The worst Burger King I've ever been to. In the drive through the employee was in a rush to get me to finish my order and there was only one car in front of me. And they got my order wrong. When I told them that after driving back around they looked lost and confused. Also I had to wait about 30 minutes initially to get my order in the first place. Since Burger King's renovation, it has actually been a nice place to eat, except for one night. Granted, Burger King was the only fast food open on Christmas Day. The drive thru was 2 lanes, 10 cars deep. After waiting in line for 10 minutes just to order, I backed out and went inside. There were 2 workers at the drive thru window as expected, and...AND also the front line cashier helping one of them with what could have been a difficult order. We had to speak up to get one of them to take our order because of this. While waiting for our food, I noted an overflowing trash can, water on the floor, and no ice in the drink machine. My point...I dont think there was management on duty. Because this location was obviously very busy, there should have been. I do like a Whopper, so I will probably go back. Don't even want to give a star but have to in order to post this. We frequent the Burger King in Warrensburg often. It's our go to fast food place. We went in this evening for dinner. Greeted by loud rap music with explicit lyrics. Went to the counter to order. Not sure if I was bothering the young lady... however she was less than enthused to be working. Didn't speak no smile. Drink station was filthy and most of the drinks were out. Got our food and asked for ketchup. I got the big sigh and was handed 4 packets. For 2 people. Ok. Sat down. Explicit lyrics continued to blast and we could hear employees cursing loudly as they talked. Called the store from our table to see if a manager could come speak to us. Called 2 times can hear the phone ringing and no one picks up. Went to the front and asked for a manager. Well he was one of the ones cursing. Explained to him they had no idea who we were and we could have been anyone- from corporate to the health department. Tried to tell him how bad it was- got the obligatory "I'm sorry". Today my grandchildren, wife, and I stopped at this burger king for lunch. This one star I rated the Burger King at is the lowest this rating system will allow. Because if I could it would get a minus 5. The floors were filthy, sticky, and covered with food residue. The tables were dirty. The back area Where the children could use the slides was even more of a mess. The food I ordered I had bagged up because I wanted to eat at home. So my wife and the grandchildren decided to eat in the dinning area. A visit to both restrooms was definitely a risk to your health. They were trashed and filthy. I have never in my life seen a Burger king so dirty. Even a truck stop is cleaner. The McDonalds across the street was clean as a hospital compared to this Burger King. After arriving home I decided to eat my whopper. The first bite was the last. I pulled a six inch blonde hair out of my mouth. Absolutely disgusting. Do yourself a favor and stay out of this place. Incredibly rude. Got there at 6:30pm with the kiddos. Before we could say anything. One worker says e loudly. We are closing the playland in 30mins. Then another one says yah, we are going to close it. We had a coupon but not cut out and the lady said next time we wont take it without having it cut out. I just went through the Burger King drive-through and used the Burger King app. I ordered an impossible whopper meal deal for two and two double whoppers all of which had coupon codes on their app. I asked him can I get two of the double whoppers on the app code, they took my order and when I got the receipt they had charge me full price for one double whopper and three dollars for the other one. When I asked about it I had to have a separate code for the second sandwich. Something they should have disclosed at the time of the order. Very disappointed. Slowest fast food place I have ever been too. 4 cars and it takes 30 plus mins to get food. I normally like BK but this one takes forever. I live in the area and have been there several times and always is very slow. If you are in a hurry do not go here. If you have time it is an average BK on taste. read more
