I've tried to give this Burger King multiple chances because it's one of the few places around here with a plant-based option, but the service has been consistently disappointing. Most recently, I paid $20 for a double patty burger and only received a single patty. On top of that, I was never notified that my order was out for delivery or delivered. This wasn't just inconvenient, it meant I paid for something I didn't even receive correctly. This isn't the first issue either. I've previously received orders with mayo despite requesting none, which made the food inedible for me. When I reached out, they offered a $15 credit instead of a full refund, which isn't helpful since I don't plan on returning after repeated mistakes. If you want a place that actually gets orders right, I'd recommend Joey's Diner in Waukesha. They have both plant-based and traditional options and are much more reliable. I went to this Burger King today 11/12/25 at 1:36pm. Get home and looking at my receipt DT-174. I clearly stated what I asked for on my receipt which is to make one of the Whopper meals plain like the receipt has, but I get home and yes just like I knew it would happen they could not get it right. This is the reason why people really hate to patronize at places like this. Horrible service at this location. Needs to be shutdown for something better. I'm leaving this review to acknowledge how much this location has improved. This used to be the absolute worst fast food location I've ever been to. Why I decided to give them a other chance is beyond me, but I'm glad I did. My food has consistently been correct and fresh (previously there would be missing items, cold soggy food and several times was told "we're out of burgers"). The staff has improved immensely as well. Always pleasant and respectful now. The wait time is a bit longer than other chains in the area, but I would rather wait a couple minutes for fresh food than be given old food immediately. Whatever changes were made have completely turned this place around. Give them another chance if you've had a prior bad experience. read more

Had 2 jr whoopers. What a disgusting mess First off zero care was used to make my burger one had 6 strands of lettuce and the other 4 yes 4. And the sandwich was completely falling apart in the wrap that was basically paper balled up around my sandwich the meat was on both half way out on side the tomato on one was under the the outside of the bottom bun the other the tomato was over ripe slop. The top of one had mayonnaise all over the out side of the bun. Never had this happen before in fact the sandwiches where always assembled and wrapped nice and the ingredients were proper. The day i stopped by was Dec 1st at about 3 to 3:30 pm. The person at the window was nice and did the job well Don't know what is going on but I think it is something that needs to be addressed. It's hard enough to have a successful fast food business much less having employees who have no concerns about the doors staying open. There is a lot of competition and right now I going to be avoiding your store until I hear people say its good again. I went to this Burger King and ordered online so as to expedite the process, I arrived at the drive thru 20 mins after the order was placed and then proceeded to wait an extra 40 minutes in the drive thru for my order. Yes you read that right, 40 extra minutes in a drive thru, I could have had a full sit down dinner at a restaurant in the time it took to get my "fast food" order. They said they are "understaffed" but an employee was in back having a smoke break and I cannot imagine how it's possible for an order from front to back to take 60 minutes at Burger King, I've never experienced such an atrocious level of incompetence and waste of my time. No discount was offered nothing to compensate me for the 40 minutes wasted in the drive thru all I got was "sorry about that" Contacted their corporate office with this issue and they offered a 5 dollar off coupon lol, I get coupons in the mail worth more than that and don't get 60 minutes of my life wasted in a "fast food" drive thru. read more

I've been to this location 7 times between 2022-2024. Mostly drive up, but I did eat inside once. Every time I was just ordering for myself so not a large order, and every single time they managed to get something wrong with my order. A couple times it was simple and they forgot the dipping sauce for some chicken fries that was on my receipt, once they completely forgot my drink, once they had the wrong side, this week I noticed my bag was unusually heavy and they gave me someone else's sandwich so i made them take it back. It's also usually pretty slow, if there are at least 3 cars in the drive up line expect to wait 10 minutes. Each time I check my food while I'm there and so it's fixed before I leave. The food has always been good at least, so I'm giving them an extra star for that. read more

Went through the drive through and placed an order for a whooper meal. The girl taking the order had issues taking the order itself. Pulled up and paid. She handed the soda and of course there's soda spilled on the side of the cup. I ask for napkins to wipe the soda and she gave attitude via look, I had to repeat myself twice before she gave me the napkins. I ask for ketchup twice and she ignored me and just told me to pull up. I WAITED 20 mins... before calling in and asking where is my order. The lady who answered had no idea what I was talking about. I repeated my order and ask for ketchup again. After another 5mins, she brings out my order... and Apologize, and gave me my order along with a pie. However still no ketchup. Every time, I come to this location there is always an issues. This location messes up my order every time I come here. It's almost guaranteed. I place my order often through the mobile app, and it is still wrong when I pick it up. I ordered a $4 chocolate shake, and the employee said that the machine was down so instead of offering a refund she gave me a cup of melted chocolate ice cream. Plus the employees are not friendly. I paid for my food using the mobile ordering app at 9:43 PM and arrived a minute or two later (they close at 10 PM). I went through the drive thru and gave my order number. They were out of the shakes I ordered and I told them that was fine. I then went to the main drive thru window and sat there for 5+ minutes without anyone coming to the window. Not sure I was in the right place to pick up the food I ordered, I parked my car and went to the main door to see if I needed to pick it up inside instead. It was 9:53 PM but the door was locked (again, they close at 10 PM). I went back to the drive thru ordering station and was told they were closed. Went to drive through, told to go inside, she unlocked the door, locked it behind us and disappeared. on phones, 2 employees hanging outside, a leak from the roof or vent, not very clean. We just left. If possible I would not even hit 1 star. Went there a long time ago and it was not good then either, thought I'd try again but ended up to be a worse experience then the first time! Popped in here on a Wednesday for lunch at around 12:30pm. Placed my order which was a #7 meal. Whopper Jr w/cheese sm fry TO GO. I waited for 20 min before i noticed everyone else was getting their food before me. The couple who ordered after me had a pretty big order and they even got their food. I went and stood up at the counter and flagged one of the workers down. The worker certainly made it seem like it wAs my fault , saying to me after she handed my food to me on a tray and i told her it was too go. She said well thats why it isnt up there. Normally I don't have an issue when I order from here but tonight I was the worst experience I've ever had with a fast food retailer in a long time. From the moment I entered the drive thru the person who took my order had an attitude. I had a big order used one of the coupons that Burger King sends in the mail 3 whoppers, 3 cheese burgers, and 3 fries for 12.99 plus bacon whopper meal and fries that we added on total came to around $28 dollars. When I paid the guy didn't give us a receipt and we had waiting 15 minutes to get our food. When we got it he forgot the bacon whopper and fries so we rewent through the drive thru where he told us that we got everything and sat an argued with us for a good two minutes. In the end he gave us the bacon whopper after realizing he was wrong. When we got home we noticed the other missing fries. Plus our onion rings were stale like they had been sitting out for a while.
