Doordashed from Burger King in Waycross today and got the royal four family meal which is supposed to give you 4 whoppers, 4 fries, and 8 pc nuggets. Well got no fries and no nuggets and whoppers were very carelessly wrapped. Wasn't sure they were open because the parking lot lights and sign were off well after dark. They were out of ice for drinks. No tea or milk for kids meal. Started eating on the 3 mile ride home and the food was cold, buns were hard and onion rings were soggy. Service at drive thru was ok but over all experience was not good. Eating out is too expensive for this to happen. Probably won't be back. read more

Food Food was terrible especially their burgers. In my order it was a pickup order and still didn't make it right after ordering it 30min ago. Patty was barely done, Bun wasn't toasted, Bacon tasted awful (like what the heck), All The Veggies weren't even cut and was pretty thick, and they put on hella mayo & mustard. Service Straight trash, but not all of the staff. But the staff needs know at least a decent knowledge about food safey, cooking well done burgers, and having a clean restaurant. It's an old behind building, older than me (2003), and it's still dirty as heck. i didn't like the service. I ordered a cookie and they gave me a bent burned cookie. I also ordered onion rings and it was raw. This is not a good burger king. Absolutely nasty & disgusting. Wearing a mask in here can't protect you from the uncleanliness of this Burger King. Food & trash on the floors under tables, floors so greasy when you walk you slip on them, & just looking at the floors and unorganized mess behind the counter was a huge turn-off. This has got to be the sorriest excuse for a Burger King and a restaurant in general I've ever visited! EVER! I asked for a Double Whopper with no bun-"just use the meat as the bread and put the toppings in between the meat". Not so hard, right? I asked that the burger builder please change his gloves before making mine (I have a gluten allergy). I also ordered 2 double cheeseburgers for my husband. I waited 8 minutes for my order. The cheeseburgers were wrong and had to be remade. Out of the 6 people working on the burger station, none of them could make a simple double cheeseburger correctly. I am glad I checked mine before I left. I was given 2 pieces of meat with cheese, tossed in a tray. I said that that was not what I ordered. The manager immediately started her attitude she had already been giving the other 5 customers-2 of which were drive-thru customers that had to come in to get their orders corrected. "That is a low carb burger, that is what you get." HUH!?! That is not what I ordered. She continued to argue with me. I told her to cancel my order and give me my money back. She demanded the cashier take the food off the counter-like I was going to grab it or something. She punched a few keys on the register and said "there, your order is cancelled." I had to ask for my receipt. How does Burger King have someone with such a vulgar, bad attitude to run their store! I am spending the night in Waycross, GA where I am told there are some good restaurants. I just wanted a burger so I went up the street to Burger King. The kitchen crew appeared to be completely disorganized and there were about 10 parties waiting for their orders. My order was a Junior Whopper, Value Fries, and a vanilla milkshake. I waited over 15 minutes to get my order and while I did, there was a parade of customers coming up to the counter with wrong orders, items left out, or burgers not prepared as they wanted. They obviously didn't get them "their way"! I was handed my order, but it didn't have the vanilla shake. The fixer had handed it to someone else who wanted chocolate, but was grabbing mine as he no longer cared what flavor he got; he just wanted something. Fortunately for me, but not so much for the other customer, the "straw boss" took it out of his hands and handed it to me. I avoided eye contact with him and quickly moved to my booth. Dinner was punctuated with the stentorian bellows of the straw boss as she gave orders to all the food prep folk in a voice that could doubtless have been heard in the parking lot. The food was not bad and the place was not nasty. A bit messy, but not so that my appetite was spoiled. And, I even used the restroom before eating and it was adequately maintained for casual use. Guys, you get my drift; women may want to proceed with caution. If you live in Waycross, you already know about this place and if you are a stranger in town, the odds are you won't stop here anyway. Why not increase the odds in your favor and plan to not? My recommendation is for management to make an evening visit to see if these are standard goings-on and, if so, some additional training is needed. read more

The last few time I have ate here the customer service is horrible, workers have rude attitudes, they play around in the kitchen, at one time I seen one worker blow there nose in the kitchen then started prepping food. She didn't even wash her hands!!!! Needless to say I asked for a refund immediately and said I know longer wished to eat there do to the unsanitary conditions of one worker. Not only that the bathrooms are always filthy. I have also gotten food poisoning from here 2x now. After the first time I got it I waited several months before returning, and sure enough I got it again when.I went back. I will never be back and honestly whoever is running it needs to be gone and someone that can properly train their staff needs to step up. read more

The service was HORRIBLE. I could understand the wait time for a busy hour, but my family was the only ones waiting on our food. The manager was very racist toward us; smacking her lips as we waited patiently, and rolling her eyes when I asked about our order. An American fastfood place should reapect it's customers. I can't believe my children had to witness such rude behavior. To make it worse, the manager was very respectful to those of her own color.
