Most concerning, my husband found a hair in his sandwich. I've also seen recent reviews mentioning the same problems, including hair in food, which makes this feel like an ongoing issue rather than a one-time mistake. At this point, it's hard to justify ordering again when missing items seem guaranteed and sanitation concerns remain unaddressed.
