But that was not the case. Anytime you go through the drive-through you do not get a thank you for coming to McDonald's. You do not get any type of polite, courteous communication at all. When I get to the window to pay, they open the window look at me don't give me a total as if I'm supposed to psychically, no the cost. When I ask for the total, I get people who roll their eyes and act as though I am a hindrance to their day. I get things handed to me with no comment no communication no words at all. I say thank you. They slammed the window in my face and saying nothing. This has to be one of the worst McDonald's franchises location. As a paying customer who ultimately will pay the salary of the employees, I am completely disgusted. I fully understand, needing a body to fill a position, but there should be more included to verify continuation of certain guidelines expected by employees, and have managers in these location or perhaps McDonalds Corporate managers come in to check on a pop-up basis (perhaps as a customer and then go in and say who they are). I'm sure you will then see the real people. With the way, the world is today and so many different choices and opportunities. This is absolutely not acceptable for the public.
