I stopped in today between 11am and 12pm, before lunch rush hour. Be careful of this place especially when they ask if you want a receipt. Always say yes. This is the second time I've been there and said "no" to the receipt and was screwed out of an item. While I don't recall if there other times I said "no" for a receipt (only 2 I can recall), I've had missing items from them before. I assume that they think I'm just passing through with my NY registration stickers even though I'm plated and live in Illinois for a while now. Today it was an apple pie missing. So many ISSUES! -drive thru had breakfast menu still up at 4pm -no one attending the drive thru speaker -I drive around and try to walk in, side door locked and the worker was sitting down and motioned for me to walk around -I walk in and ask if their drive thru is working, and she looks at her mic and says "oh it must be dead" (1 min later I hear her taking an order, without changing a battery. ..so she had turned it off so she could take a break) -their power flickers off and on and it's a sunny day! -she said their toaster was smoking so she needs to microwave my buns ...WHICH MADE THEM CHEWY AS $HIT -I hear her tell something at the drive thru a machine is broken -I asked if she was alone and she said her managers in the bathroom. ...so just 2 people? -took 15 minutes to get my food AND IT WAS COLD! ? I'm truly staring to believe that everything in the burbs just flat out sucks! I'm glad I work in the city so atleast I have some decent food 5 days out of the week. I know BK it's just fast food. BK like pizza hut fell off. The burgers are terrible and dry. We tried the Mac n Cheetos, so bland and dry. Don't bother even trying them. We also orders the chili cheese dog, and got I don't know what the hell it was, but it wasn't a hot dog. Took it back and asked for another. Customer service is very nice. Burger fries and drink were all very good. The place was clean and they some plants throughout. Bathroom was in stock with soap and paper towels but sink was a little dirty. They had crowns pre made on the counter which was a very nice touch. They included napkins and ketchup in my bag. Fries were hot and fresh and perfectly salty. Most fast food restaurants don't get my order right the first time because it is complicate. BK got it done right and FAST! Why was I forced to wait outside the drive through before my order was finished? I understand that there is a timer that times customers in the drive through, but who are they trying to impress? Their store manager? Their district manager? Their area manager? It took me almost 10 minutes to wait as an employee came out with four separate orders, and he had no clue who's was who's... We went there and ordered two chicken sticks with sauce in addition to our chicken sandwich meals, they confirmed it via the drive thru window, and also via the in person cashier window, and had us wait up front for the food. we did and they gave us only half the order and forgot our chicken sticks AGAIN. This is the second time they have messed up our order and they also forget our sauces routinely. I am never going back to this location, it looks like its about to fall apart as well. The potholes in the drive thru could pop some tires and they just dont care. read more

Good location, sometimes hard to get out during the evening rush! Food always seem fine and staff is very attentive to the needs of the customer. I love the Double Whopper and try to skip the fries. The tacos are also great, breakfast menu can be a hit or miss. My one complaint is that usually they fill up the coffee so high that you have no room to add cream without it spilling over. (I've dumped some out of the cup on previous coffee visits!) read more

Ok so I stopped at this Burger King today (12/29/17) at 6:49 am. The place opens at 6 am, but you wouldn't know it because there were no lights on outside and the drive thru lights were out. I drove up to the drive thru and asked if they were open; I did not hear a response. I asked again if they were open and the response I received was so f---- rude. The voice inside said to me "I said what do you want?". I was so shocked at this reply, that I responded "Sorry I bothered you" and drove out the parking lot and down to McDonalds. This is not my first experience with rudeness at this location, I am very shocked this placed has not closed or found some type of employee(s) with manners. I just left this burger king, the service is terrible there. The machines weren't working, the slushee i got tasted like straight up water. The soda machine wasn't giving any ice and most drinks from it tasted like water while the dr pepper only was water, the drinks also were not carbonated at all. I try not to frequent the big three. But I had coupons. The first thing I noticed is when did all the food here shrink? I only ever get the 2 whoppers. But this time I got the original chicken. I haven't had one since high school. Dude! Lucky I got one free. Because the two that I got were smalller than one from the 80's. They were good though. And where did the fries go. Do not go to this Burger King I don't do fast food very often but when it's late and your hungry there isn't too many places open. I have been to this Bk before and I usually order the same thing. As I pulled up I remembered that the last 2 times I was here, they forgot my Hershey pie. So I order pay and wait a few minutes for my food l. When I got the bag I inspected before driving off. Of course the pie wasn't there. So I sat for a minute waiting to get the girls attention. She wast looking at the window. I watched her walk into the cooler, grab the pie, and go to the back. She didn't try and flag me down she just went to the back. BUSTED! I knew it! She did this every time. She "forgets" the pie so she can eat one for free. As ridiculous as this sounds, it's 100% true. Went through the drive thru at 2:45 on Sunday. Got two whopper jrs with cheese no pickles. They forgot the cheese and it Had pickles. An employee saw me walking up to go in when he was on his way out to bring food to a drive thru customer and asked what was wrong. I don't waste my time yelping fast food restaurants but this is the last straw. This is by far the worst, most poorly run, hole in the wall Burger King I have ever been to. To preface this, I work locally and often have limited time for lunch, trust me no matter how hungry you are this place is a mistake. I've double down and come here many a times, dozens, call me an idiot for repeat business but people come on can we at least cook the French fries? I'm not asking for filet mignon or lobster I'm talking about burgers and fries. I like to order the tacos thinking that they must be cooked fresh and they are. Until you bite into one and it's cold in the middle. I've got news for fast food workers: your job isn't hard you just don't like it. The ketchup here is watered down, not end of bin like the watery part, no keep pumping and pumping and its watery ketchup for days. Soda is often not working. It's literally screwing a nozzle to a box it takes 15 seconds max to do.... Why is that so hard?? If the owner should happen to see this review I have a piece of advice for you: close it down. There's no hope for this place, your employees are often outside getting drunk and stoned and there is no accountability or motivation at all. If I could give no stars that would describe the experience I had today. Beside there being no line(should've left the lot then) it took about 15 minutes to receive 3 Whopper Jrs all done the same. Don't even bother to ask for a frozen drink because that machine isn't working(like their staff). Also they employ one year olds(literally he was just starting to walk) to deliver food with their mother to the cars waiting in the front of the line. The employees were speaking ill of the cars in front of me so I wouldn't even ask them for anything extra or to complain about the wait time because lord only knows what else they would've done to my food.
