It's a pretty standard chipotle. The food tastes like chipotle food, and is reasonably refreshed. The tables aren't wiped down frequently, but they aren't the worst I've ever seen. It's clean enough and for what it is, does the job. Highly recommend management changes at this location or the staff preparing and packing the food. The online order of food that gets delivered from this specific location is terrible every time. They never fill the bowl. I've tried adding "fill my bowl please" to the name of the order and they still barely fill half of the bowl. Their guac is never consistent, their tomato's in their mild salsa are 1) cut poorly with many tomato butts and 2) never seem fresh, nor taste fresh, always yellow. I order lunch from Chipotle while I am at work as I can't leave to pick it up myself from the best location (Westmont, Ogden Ave) so I DoorDash it and instead of the orders coming from Westmont location, they've started coming from Willowbrook. I've resulted to ordering TWO bowls from this place to make up for one. With the location of this Chipotle and amount of people who go there and order from there, you guys could and should do way better. Sometimes a lunch can make or break someone's day. I've recently and unfortunately discovered that the Chipotle I once loved has become a terrifying place, I was at the Skokie location recently, and the manager threatened me with a gun sign. When I reached out to Brandon from corporate customer service, he never responded to me. After weeks later, I had a Chipotle craving and decided to go to this different spot, although Brandon never cleared me to revisit Chipotle. This location was quite inadequate, in many ways. I ordered a burrrito bowl through Uber eats and to my shock when I opened it there is so little rice that it's hard to even see it with moving all of the food around to get to the bottom, the chicken is cold to the touch and it was only delivered 3 minutes ago and almost immediately after the order was placed. This isint the first bad experience I've had here either mutiple occasions walking into the restaurant to order in person I have been met with rude customer service teenagers running the line but texting snd messing with there freinds on cook stations and also dealing with the same horrible portions. I'm sad to write this review but I must, I have had a lot of bad experiences with Chipotle's all over the US. For some strange reason something about Chipotle, just doesn't agree with me, with that being said, this particular Chipotle was the only one I trusted and I was ok with that. Recently I've noticed things have changed at this location, I don't know if management changed or not but I'm noticing things aren't as clean as they use to be. The prep area where they make the food in front of you, use to be a lot cleaner than it is now. Me being a germaphobe, I've recently noticed they don't wipe or clean the area where they 'drag' your food to the next slot, to add different items. For example, they add beans then drag it down the line to the meat, lately that area hasn't been cleaned behind each order. That could be why I recently had a really bad experience here and probably will never return because I can't stand to continuously get sick after eating. I ordered a veggie burrito with guacamole for the 1st time ever. I usually get a sofritas burrito but I was bored with those and chose to do a veggie since it included free guacamole. That turned out being a bad idea, immediately after the first few bites, I felt naseous. I didn't even eat the whole burrito and had to leave the Restaraunt because I felt myself getting more and more naseous. You can imagine what happened once I got outside. At that moment I decided I won't ever be able to eat Chipotle again. I went back in to speak to the manager to let him know what happen, he was very sweet and apologetic and issued me a refund. I really hope whatever the issue is with Chipotle gets corrected because this issue happens too often. I would feel bad giving them 2 stars because they always treat me good here, the service is always good, so I'll keep it at 3 stars for the service but something needs to be done about the food and the cleanliness here and at all Chipotle's. read more

This staff is so rude, is always cleaning up early. Like an hour early. They ignore you and make you feel like an inconvenience for eating there. Burritos are wrapped horribly, they are out of many ingredients half an hour before they close. Brooms and other cleaning supplies are all over food services which is disgusting. Staff is extremely unprofessional, last time we were there two staff members were verbally fighting right in front of us and not completing the order even though we just wanted to pay and get out of there. Food portions are getting EXTREMELY small at this location. Asked for double Black Beans because I wasn't getting Pinto Beans...no problem, got two WHOLE spoons. However, when I requested Chicken, the server scoops up a HALF spoon of meat. I asked him for a HALF spoon more of chicken. He says that if he gives me more, he'd have to charge me xtra, ...go figure that one out! I'll reroute my business back to the Oakbrook/Lombard location. I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service was TERRIBLE and NONE of the tables were clean. A guy (I think he's the manager) was working the checkout charged us for 3 drinks when we only asked for 2, he said that our credit card can't tap because "there's them, and there's us" he claimed. There were no napkins to wipe the filthy tables that were covered in disgustingness, so my grandpa had to go to the car and get some. I'm sorry, there actually was one napkin - it was wet and in the small and dirty bin where about all of the six forks were. The amount of sour cream that these poor teenage workers put on my burrito was way too much! I wanted a lemonade, to wash my mouth out, and to put in one of the 3 cups he gave me. In the fountain drink machine, there was no syrup to turn the water in the machine into lemonade. It was a cup of flat water!! Very bad customer service at this location, and I am now seeing more reviews with similar issues. Anthony was the cashier when I was there at about 11:15 today and he was VERY rude and irritable. He snapped at me because I was trying to find the list of meats on the menu board so I could tell Anthony the name of the meat that I got in my bowl. I had just chosen whatever the other employee had pointed at because I was tired and it looked good to me. I guess I was not quick enough for Anthony even though I had told him I just picked whatever his coworker had named off and I couldn't hear here because it was so loud. Don't they normally mark the top of the bowls with anything the cashier needs to know for pricing before they push customers down the line? Taco shells are stale, hard...nothing like the chips. They put so much sour cream on my tacos and barely any chicken. Called and talked to mark the manager and he offered to make them himself but that means i have to drive all the way up there again when all they had to do is make them right to begin with. Young teens working there not listening to me when I say a little sour cream and more meat please. Also, the quesadilla was so cooked that it wouldn't even come off the foil. Online order - disappointed the mild salsa was forgotten on my steak tacos. It was VERY dry & the other ingredients were minimal. I also had a burrito bowl, which I threw away because the rice was not thoroughly cooked! You can tell in my picture the rice is still small and undercooked. It was so hard & the bowl was also dry because of the minimal tomatoes, corn, & sour cream. The chicken was dried out as well. This used to be my favorite location, but this is the second time I had an issue within the past two months. My boyfriend also mentioned the rice on his bowl was hard. This is frustrating for sure.
