While eating in your spotless dinning room I noticed Jackie was keeping the place looking like new. It was spotless! Taking my time to enjoy my wonderful "one meal a day" Cane's Ambience was five stars and the food was award winning ~ fresh, hot, and delicious! You have to know that all fast food is not the same. Works for me. I love white meat, so tenders are perfect. They are incredibly juicy, crispy, and, well, tender. Order came with fries, cole slaw, and the Cane's sauce. I suggest that, like Russell's, start selling this sauce. I was a first timer, so I don't know if you can order extra sauce. Fries could have been cooked a touch longer, but I will not hesitate to eat this chicken again. We didn't get any of the toast and that looks good, too. read more

The chicken fingers were crispy and juicy, and the Cane's Sauce definitely was overhyped but still very good. The Texas toast was buttery and delicious, and everything came out fresh and hot. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the fries could've been a lot better. Pretty high quality ice as well so that's a plus. The Texas toast was ok but, seemed to lack some punch, perhaps add more butter or some seasoning. My sweet tooth really wanted a dessert. They don't have any. Hi i use to work at this place and honestly it suck's. The first thing i found weird was when you called in it didn't count as calling in, it counted as a no call no show. At raising canes you get points, 6 points per person, and every time you don't show up you get pointed two points. So even when you do call in its counts as two points.The other thing is that Raising canes seems to only care about the timing, multiple times while it was busy i would get yelled at by my manager to bump a ticket even if i was busy helping a customer. Not only that but they will make you stop what you are doing and make you do something else. Not only this but i also did not know about a lot of important information, for an example they did not tell me what to do when someone throws up. I get it doesn't happen a lot but you all need to make sure they know what happens when it does happen. I also got in trouble for drinking a drink in front of customers before i even clocked in. Another thing about the manners is that they will wait forever to approve of a shift when someone wants to take it. I would have some times where i would get pointed for a shift someone picked up but they never approved of it. Even though someone picked it up and went i would get pointed for not showing up even when someone else picked up the shift. I will not say any names nor say my own in this review. All i know is that from my experience this place had really let me down, I was super excited to work here because of how much fun it seemed to be when i would in to get food. Thurs, 5:45pm, drive thru line moving well, then with 1 car in front of me to pay at the first window, all stopped. We sat for 7/8 minutes, no one was moving. Then, the first window waved the car in front of me, and me, to the second window (the first window has 2 employees just chatting away). After a few more minutes, the car in front of me got their food and left, I pulled up, the employee apologized, said it was a shift change. I finally got my food. Entered an order online and went to pick it up. It was raining, so they refused the service where they bring it out to your car. So fine...I have to get wet so you don't have to. When I got in the restaurant (around 9pm on a Tue evening), there was one other person in line in front of me, and there was one single car in the drive-thru. There were no fewer than EIGHT employees...all standing around talking. A couple of them glanced over at us, then continued to talk. One woman came out from the back and stood behind the racks looking at us. I looked back at her, and I heard her say to her co-worker, "Da fu** he lookin at?" I am SO tired of this lazy, entitled crap. If I hadn't already paid online, I would have walked. The girl who FINALLY came over was one of the ones who'd seen us come in, then went back to her conversation. I don't care how good the food is. I am highly devastated at the quality of service I have received today. They are lucky I am so incredibly addicted to their hot buttery toast or they would have lost a loyal customer. I scheduled a mobile curbside order for 4pm... had to go inside because nobody was bringing it out at 4:15 and didn't leave the store until 4:30. It's difficult to judge a restaurant based solely on their drive through. Yes, the first and only time I have been to a RC was during the pandemic so going into the facility was not an option. I had the chicken strip basic with a soda. The strips were just ok, with the coating a little hard for my taste. The bread was drippy soggy and the soda had hardly any ice. The chicken tenders were nice and moist and hot. The crinkle cut fries were decent. The cane sauce was a nice compliment i liked that, the Texas toast though was phenomenal straight . Today I went to canes with high hopes, waiting to each some juicy tenders. Ordered our food, and what we received reminded me of my grandmas old breast implants. The chicken was rubber and not seasoned at all. The fries were partially cooked and the bread was BURNT. That's the hardest thing ever to mess up. I've eaten food off the ground better than this caniack shit mess. And they gave us NO ketchup when we specifically asked for ketchup. Cheap chicken coop ripoff. Disappointed. Wont visit again. I had my first weird experience as I always get the box combo I ordered and whom ever was taking my order was in a real rush to get me out of the line from their tone and I paid and got my food but this ones my fault I ended up with someone else's order. Now to not be a Karen I owned up even though my receipt was accurate and went back and went with the Candace combo instead but my order was right but same in a hurry tone and the voice didn't seem to match the person taking a payment so I got my food but my subbed item was missing and was missing fries as well. Not sure if Quality control was missing or no manager at the time but I'm only stating what happened this time, I like this location and always hits the spot. Never really had an issue with Canes. Chicken is chicken.. whatever However I don't think the employees working at this location really care. There is absolutely no quality checks before a customer is handed their food. First of all the lemonade tasted like water with a single drop of lemon juice. I ordered extra sauce with my food. I didn't receive any sauce at all in my order. Not one! How do you give a customer their food without an extra things that they ordered and paid for. The food was ok. Nothing special to bring us back. We had the 4 piece chicken fingers meal. I did like the garlic bread. I was not a fan of their sauce. I just wish they would give us a good old fashioned thousand Island dressing. Cole Slaw is the creamy type and was fine. The Diet Coke was exceptionally good. Raising Cane's was busy on opening day, a packed parking lot, a long line in the drive though that circled around the building. Even an employee was outside to help direct traffic. The feel on the inside was excitement mixed with the smell of chicken. The newest location for Raising Cane's was as clean as it's ever going to get. I wouldn't have eaten off the floor, but the floor was spotless. Food was coming out of that kitchen as fast as it could have as cars in the parking lot continued to roll in. The disco ball spun as it splattered lights throughout. Inside was packed and the slow moving line moved along at a pace that didn't seem to bother the many patrons who waited. Figured maybe it was an off day so we tried it again. But the canes sauce was really good (great copycat recipe available online I plan on tying soon). I was already excited to eat the amazing food that Cane's has to offer, but the worker at the counter (I was unable to catch his name) elevated the experience tenfold. Again, the signature sauce is excellent, and it's required in order to give your meal flavor.
