Stopped here on the way north. The restaurant apparently had no manager on duty as the floor needed to be cleaned. There were crumbs and paper on the floor. The coke machine was out of Diet Coke. There Was no ice machine except behind the counter. Our order was paid for at 7:18 pm and took 22 minutes to receive. The last item was hot and all other items were cold. I wish I could give zero stars, but you're required to give at least 1. I HATE the Burger Kings in Woodburn...but ESPECIALLY the one on 99E. 1) They rarely, IF EVER, get your order correct. 2) The employees are indifferent, bark your total at you and never give a receipt...most times, if you use a card, it will NOT be returned to you by the same person who took it from you (they just leave it in the machine!). 3) They ALWAYS make you park out front. It doesn't matter if you've only ordered a single item, they will make you drive around front and park. If I wanted to park, I would have done so and walked inside to place my order. I'm in the drive thru for a reason...it's CALLED A DRIVE THRU!!! I am aware they do this because they don't want to receive negative reports from corporate on the amount of time it takes for them to make and deliver your food to you. But, seriously, when there are 5 cars waiting out front for their food too...you're pretty much sucking at life. They have no sense of urgency, they are completely indifferent to their inability to provide any ounce of customer service (good/bad/or otherwise), and then when they bring your food, it's typically missing something, overly smothered in mustard, or just plain cold. We also never get napkins....How are we paying these complete waste of spaces $15-20/hour??! Do yourself a favor and eat ANYWHERE ELSE. read more

I always eat at this Burger King when I drive through with an exception: now, there is a pandemic going on, so they opened later than normal. We didn't know this, so We went to the drive through. When nobody piped up, I google searched their hours and realized that they would be open five minutes after finding the information. We decided to wait. When the lady piped up, a few minutes later than opening time, her first comment was a snarky remark about not waiting in the drive through before the store opens. We said we didn't realize they weren't open yet, and when we did, we were merely minutes from start time. She bit back that we "don't need to wait at the drive through until we're open." We asked if we could make an order, and she said "fine" and we gave her our order. She seemed grumpy at the window, and when we drove off, we realized we were missing a few condiments we requested, but didn't have time to go back. We tried to make a complaint at the corporate line, and the representative hung up on us the moment we said, "we'd like to file a complaint." One of the bigger burger kings I've been through. I feel like fast food is hit or miss, but this location was a hit for me. I usually dislike burger king fries but this time they actually tasted fresh, well salted, and overall good. `Oh my god .... be in this Burger King made my day ... It was a Monday, like, one month ago, but I need to let you guys know why I'm so happy with this place. My friend and I decided to go and eat outside and we chose this place. The leader took our order, I think there were no cashier I don't know the reason. Moment later, she were so busy. I think the leader name is Emma .... And then, my friend went to order another thing...that was a moment when Emma asked a girl to the kitchen to take the orders ... a girl about 17 years old. She came out with a smile so kind. That made me stand up and go to greet her. She apology with the smile in her face.... she took a little moment to take the orders and she apologized again because she said that she works in the kitchen and she didn't know how to take order but she was so efficient and so friendly that there was no problem. Overall, I want to thank Burger KIng to have this kind of people. ONLY ONE SUGGESTION: MANAGER YOU SHOULD CHANGE THIS GIRL TO THE GUEST SERVICE!!!!!! read more

You can't expect much with fast food, but my experience was beyond horrible! I ordered two meals in the drive thru one was a burger specifically without mustard, when we got the order the receipt said no mustard but the burger had it. We went inside to get an exchange and the staff was very unfriendly. The lady that took our order in the drive thru was the one that took the burger back and in the whole time did not say one word to us. We waited almost 15 minutes while the employees boyfriend sat in the lobby glaring at us. The replacement burger was almost worse it was so incredibly dry! During our meal that employee got off work and left with her boyfriend. I felt like she didn't care about her job since it was only the last few minutes! Very old food and Almost every table that wasn't occupied was dirty. Also , would it hurt to get their windows cleaned (or replaced) sometime??
