I don't usually review fast food venues, but seriously good service needs to be acknowledged and appreciated. I walked into this particular McDonalds, past the self serve kiosks and up to the counter. What I see is an incredibly busy kitchen, employees hustling and an extremely clean kitchen area at that. Even the lobby and tables were very clean. Having worked fast food in my teen years I get how difficult it can be. Suddenly one of the staff comes around the corner and gives me a great smile and asks what he can do for me. I can see how busy they are, but this guy is gracious and smooth. Almost feels like meeting up with a pal. My order comes out in just a few minutes, these folk were hustling. The lady that brought my order out also had a genuine smile and a very clear and cheerful "have a good day". The level of positive service during an extreme rush hour was phenomenal and just needs to be mentioned. It was a pleasant stop for me on a long road trip. read more

I had door dashed some McDonalds for me and my colleagues to enjoy, but for when I opened the bag. To my surprise I see mistakes all over the order. First there was no Tangy BBQ sauce for my light order of 20 McNuggets. Remember this was for me and my colleagues. After a long magnified inspection on the order my colleague brings to my attention that there is no straws whatsoever for the 6 drinks that I ordered. Remember it's not just me, I have colleagues that I needed to impress. This overall darkened the mood at my function. Will never trust this McDonalds to get my McOrder McCorrect. Very clean and modern McDonald's. The kiosk menu was easy to navigate and order your food. There was no front counter person and it seemed dead. The food took awhile to received because they were taking care of the drive thru orders instead of walking. This place was serving McRibs and I finally had one. Not bad! read more

One of the few Mickey D's that still has a play place for the kids. It's a slide and playground toys but it is still a place for the children and for the child at heart. Since I gave this place a horrible review in May, I thought I should update my experience. I eat here way too often and for the most part the food is good, quality is good, and service is excellent. I like the breakfast menu, especially the sausage burrito. The breakfast sandwiches are good but the burrito is excellent and it only takes one to make a breakfast. I just came to this location with my family. It was one of the cleanest Mc Donald's I have ever been to. A few things that stood out to me was how positive and encouraging the staff was. Every time there was a food rush you could hear the manager yelling words of encouragement to her staff. There was a lovely young lady who checked up on us several times and to the customers around us as well. The play place was very clean as the rest rooms as well. Fast service, great staff. The last few times I've been here to pick up DoorDash orders at night the staff is VERYY rude. There's this one girl that always looks like she is high. Her eyes are red and glossy the last few times I've been there. She's given me wrong orders, Gaven me orders that were not for DoorDash. Whoever their manager is there should really do a better job at training their employees. Can't even get a simple order right without them messing it up cause they are high. I have the give props to this location for a rare quality experience at McDonalds. Just stopped off the freeway at busy lunch time. Had to order on the app as our vehicle is too tall for the drive thru. Friendly service and everything came out as ordered, fresh, and SUPER fast...the food was the hottest I've probably ever been served at a McDonald's. This really deserved no star at all! yesterday my husband and I took our grandsons to the McDonald's on newberg highway in woodburn. it was such a terrible I felt like I was being discriminated against because I am white. I went to order at the register and there were only couple of customers seated eating their meals. about 5-6 employees were standing in the front area and there was a older female screaming in Spanish. they were all standing around laughing to where I couldn't even hear myself when ordering. The girl at the register looked like she was asleep and didn't say anything to me, no smile, or welcome, nothing to make you feel welcome. I ordered and went to the play area where my husband and grandsons were. it was empty. so we waited and waiTed for about 20 min. no food. then a customer from another table knocked on the glass by us and motioned that our order was ready. I got up and walked back to the front and picked up my order. no one had the decency to bring out my order. after that we noticed that several hispanic families were coming in and sitting down around us and each time the sleepy girl up front would bring out their orders within 5 min or so. This McDonald's has really gone downhill since I used to bring my kids here. all those teenage kids that worked here years ago had pleasant demeanors, politeness and welcoming smiles. How long does it take to make a hamburger. I stopped in and was given the wrong order, told to pull forward and they would bring it to the window. After 10 minutes and multiple cars getting their orders I shouted through the window, did you forget me? They came and wanted to know what I ordered. I said hamburger and fries. It's a McDonald's. It serves about what you'd expect, the same McDonald's food you get everywhere...and an attractive salad/veggie area, and Tillamook ice cream, much to my surprise. The interior is lovely, much more interior-decorator-has-been-here than most McDonald's, comfortable and pleasant. There's a good-size play structure for the little ones, too. So with all that, the one thing I have to yank a star for is...the restroom. The lady's room was clean, but there were no seat papers. I'm not saying the dispensers were empty: there were no dispensers. I was in the drive thru for this restaurant last week. Their parking lot is very disorganized and so are the signs. While exiting the drive thru, I looked at signs which pointed to the road as an exit road. I drive on it to the main road, only to discover that the road was converted to a footpath with no signs/warning whatsoever. This led to my car getting tipped on that location and got stuck. Had to call the tow truck to get it out. Imagine my surprise when I talked to the manager. He was unapologetic and talked like it was my fault. On top of that he said that "You are not the first person to get the car stuck". ???? Are you serious !!!! Maybe someone needs to sue you for this...... Came here for the first time and ordered a large fry, a large iced coffee, and three straws through the drive through. Upon receiving the order I noticed I was given a large cherry soda instead of my desired coffee. I nonchalantly parked and took my order to the main entrance where I was greeted by a very kind employee and a man who I can only assume was the manager. They both immediately took action and retrieved me my iced coffee and an additional large fry because "we don't want your fries to get cold."
