The food is exactly what you'd expect from a Taco Bell. As far as mistakes in orders, this location has been the least disappointing I've had. Taco Bell is following the self help kiosk trend as well, and that would be great if it somewhat complicated to figure out the differences between all of their 'taco' options. I'm complaining because I'm getting to that age where I want someone else to take care of me. Regardless, the classic taco was $2.59, but an extra .85-cents per taco for a dab of sour cream. Ouch! I normally would not review a fast-food restaurant, but this particular Taco Bell is SO BAD, BE WARNED. First, unlike all other locations, you get next to no red sauce on your burritos. They force you to pay extra to get what would be normal at any other location. They clearly are here to screw with freeway travelers who are on the go and won't notice the crappy food til it is too late. 2nd big issue: They do not label the food, so you have to unwrap all burritos when you get home and try to guess which one you paid for the "extra sauce" and which ones not. It is not obvious, and no matter how many times we ask them to label the wrappers, they do not. We are soon getting a 2nd Taco Bell in Woodburn, which seems ridiculous for a tiny town, but I am happy because it means my daughter can stop spending our hard-earned money on the crap at this location. I tried to call to talk to a manager and the phone rings with no answer and no recording, showing once again that this location does not give a flying flip about their customers. Minus 10 stars. Just stopped by to grab some grub on the go. Line wasn't too long in the drive thru and placed my order fairly quick. Then time seemed to stop. After waiting about 10 minutes with absolutely no movement in the line I bailed. Luckily there was enough lane to pull past the 4 or 5 long term parked cars and head home. It's fast food because it's supposed to get to you fast. I don't have high expectations for Taco Bell it's good enough usually but the people inside need to nap when they're off the clock. I believe this a franchise location so the prices are higher than if you were to go to one owned by taco bell itself. I mostly go through the drive thru but the inside is nice. The inside is pretty well stocked with lots of sauces. The drive through menu is very standard and clear to read. But their value prices are higher priced. Drive thru employees are very nice and straight to the point. If they ever forget something and I have to go back, they don't hassle me about it. read more

I went through the drive through with my family. When I got up to the window the manager was behind the girl in the window wiping her hands and waiting for something with real close attention. There was my drink on the counter inside the window. When I looked at it she refused to hand it to me. I looked back at her because it was still inside, she took one finger and scooted it two inches forward. When I picked it up the lid wasn't on and it spilled everywhere. The manager laughed and then rushed off. When I got my food it was a Crunchwrap that was burnt black and tasted very bitter. I ate half of it until it made me very sick. For two days I was sick. I'd did not get any for my children, I wait for something healthy for them. But I wonder if they would have done that to them too if we all ordered the same thing? read more

This place is really annoying... I stopped here on the way home. First off, it seems like Taco bell used to be inexpensive, but this is the first time I've ever felt like my bill was way higher than I expected. Also, they take forever here! I grant that there was a line, so maybe they were backed up for that reason, but it seemed like every step of the process took way longer than I expected. I was waiting for a minute or more at the menu just for them to ask me what I wanted. In all seriousness, I almost left. I was on my way home from work and I just wanted to go home. I am glad I went to TB tonight, because I had a good burrito. I doubt I'll be back here though. We will see. If I do come back than I'll have to make sure I just order a big burrito and go, that should be about 5 dollars, which is not bad. The service wasn't great. I believe this had more to do with the employee and their attitude but still the food isn't that satisfying. I asked for a burrito with only chicken and they put rice, cheese and that awful sauce. The soft taco I got in my cravings box had half cooked meat and a cold flour tortilla. When the worker handed us our drinks she dropped them the first time. Also, she didn't look happy or sound happy when attending us. It seemed maybe she was like this because she was in a bad mood. This particular location takes the "fast" out of "fast food." The drive-thru is about 4-5 minutes per vehicle. At around 12:30 AM I sat at the menu for 8 minutes saying, "Hello?" without ever receiving an answer. Once the two cars at the pick up window moved along I drove up and asked if they were open (knowing they were). The gal at the window told me she didn't hear me when I said I had been waiting at the menu. Maybe I didn't yell loud enough. The McDonalds drive-thru seemed to work just fine. Amazing what happens when employees do their jobs. These people want $15/hour?! Please. Subway in Woodburn already has a kiosk for customers to order themselves. Get these lazy, low-skilled workers out of there. ...8 months later. First car in drive-thru and I had to ask if anyone was taking orders because no one said they were ready to take more order for about 30 seconds. Updating my review based on how they remedied the situation. My husband and I own a business and I would be a liar to say we've never made a mistake. Sooo, how Taco Bell handled the mistake really made us fans. First I got a phone call from a live human asking me about my experience. She listened and apologized. Then she offered me two free meals at the same location. THEN i got two coupons in the mail for two more free burgers. Fast forward a couple months and we go to get our free meals, now it's been a while and I was just instructed to go in and mention her name. I was afraid they'd have forgotten and honestly wouldn't blame them. NOPE, two free meals and we ordered the biggest two meals possible :) We also ordered some tacos and a bean burrito for the kids. I informed the manager that I was aware the deal was only the meals and we'd happily pay for the kids food. NOPE, the guy tells me that if they did us wrong, he'd cover the entire meal! Also when we went in this time it was a whole different place. Things were running like a well oiled machine. We were house hunting so spending a lot of time in the car and the coupons came in really handy on a future date, making a whole meal for four under $10. Again, the place was running great on the last visit. I don't know what happened the first visit. Maybe some catastrophe happened and they were just doing the best they could, it wasn't great at all but they sure made up for it and my future visits were lovely. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and I don't have high expectations for a fast food restaurant. They got our order wrong and then they wanted to charge us to fix the two tacos. They also forgot part of our order and wanted us to put the food back in the bag that my kids were eating because they thought we were lying about missing a burrito. They told us we had to go in and talk to the manager if we wanted them to fix our order. So we did. She wanted the two tacos that they made incorrectly before they would remake them.
