If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Went to this Woodburn location on 8/25/2025 for lunch. Terrible experience!!! They got order wron, we ordered a burger with bacon and neither burger had bacon. Both burgers were cold. The fries and onion rings were cold.. May partner took the burgers and receipt in and instead of making us hot, fresh correct food, the manager handed him the cold burgers back with a box of cold bacon. He took 1 bite and threw his away. I took three bites and threw my burger and the cold ass bacon away. I regretted my decision to eat the 3 bites 15 minutes later as I began to feel nauseous. Two hours later the food poisoning hit in full because I had a 15 second warning before the diarrhea hit. Needless to say I could not get into a public restroom that quickly and had an accident. Nothing like being an hour from home and sitting in your mess(best attempts to clean myself in a store's public restroom weren't great). I was ill the rest of the day and pissed as Hell. I will never go to a Jack In The Box again and am going to call the Health Department tomorrow. It is illegal to serve food that is supposed to be hot in a fast food restaurant when the food is supposed to be hot because bacteria grows quickly and gives customers food poisoning. 6 MONTHS WITH NO ICE Placed a delivery order Sunday evening at 5:30pm and it was never started. Drove up to the location at 6:30pm, canceled the delivery order and placed a new one through the JITB app for drive-thru pickup. No signs up stating anything about no ice, but this has become a normal situation here. Ordered as usual. 2 large Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger meals; one with curly fries, one with Diet Coke and one with Dr. Pepper 2 small Jumbo Jack w/ Cheese combos; both with Sprite 1 kids chicken nugget meal, with Sprite 6 tacos "2 for $1" After a short wait in line I pulled up to the window and was told there was no Sprite or Dr.Pepper. We swapped the Dr.Pepper to Diet Coke and the Sprite to Fanta Orange. It wasn't until I was being passed drinks that they were, unsurprisingly, out of ice. The worst part of that message is that all the soda is undrinkable without carbonation or ice, and that is exactly what you get. Syrup water. Now I have to make a trip to McDonald's to get replacement drinks. Again, not surprised since we have this in our plans if we really want JITB. As the food is coming to the window, Team Lead Olga takes the bags and starts up conversation about how they're waiting for our tacos to finish, so I ask why a delivery order was never accepted on their side. She proceeds to explain that JITB doesn't do delivery. Keep in mind that there is a GIANT RED POSTER ON THE DRIVE-THRU that says they do. She then explains that she's been there since that location started and has never heard of delivery as an option and I couldn't have done that. Now with my food, I head home to find our large fries are half full, drinks are indeed warm syrup water, and our tacos are 3/4 cooked. Threw the drinks away immediately, tossed the tacos in our air fryer to salvage them, and poured all our fries into a share pile to make the best of a bad situation. Thankfully the food that was warm ended up being very good. In our 7 months of being in Woodburn, this location has had ice on only one visit. The parking lot and surrounding area is in desperate need of work, paint, and cleaning. You can't call the restaurant to speak with anyone because no one answers or the line is unavailable. If I could give negative I would. After sitting at the microphone to order for 10 min with no one answering, was told to wait after saying hi is anyone there.... Ok so I wait order food just to sit 45 min in line for 2 cars in front of me. Get to the window and quick to take payment only to wait another 15 min. The food total 35 and change and the chicken looked like it was fried then sat around for a while then fried again. By far the worst and 10/10 don't recommend this location. read more

the customer service is by far the worst service imaginable I went there for the popcorn chicken paid $5.99 only to get 9 bites that were ice cold, no sauces I asked for a remake was told they don't do that. the employees are busy horsin around then taking care of customer there was no manager around the whole day. I return later that day to speak to a manager and was told she would be back the next day. There was no one to teach or even manage the employees or the restaurant it self and the service. won't be coming back won't recommend the restaurant to anyone. They have a sign in the drivethru that clearly states DELUXE fish sandwich combo $5.00 small. When I asked what the price of a larger combo I was told $7, $7.59, and $7.75. When I pointed out that the sign clearly stated $5.00 I was told that was the normal fish sandwich combo. I pointed out that the sign clearly stated DELUXE Fish Sandwich. The clerk told me that $7.00 was the price on the computer so that is what she was charging. I told her that was deceptive bait and switch and backed out of the driveway. They are hoping that people will just order multiple items and not pay attention to the price. That is criminal activity and I will be reporting to the state agency. read more

Updating my review; I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt but they can't get a simple order right, their fries are often cold and over salted . Careful they'll repeat the order back correctly and still give you your food incorrect. So irritating. read more

This place was a total disaster. I wanted to try their new Waffle Breakfast Sandwich. It was about 1 PM but they proudly advertise that all items are available all day long. I walked in and no one was at the counter. I waited and waited and more people came in and no one waited on any of us. Finally, we saw a fellow in uniform emptying trash containers in the dining room. We implored him to find us some help. He took off his vinyl gloves and went behind the counter and tried to take my order. I told him what I wanted and he said, "we don't have that." What??????? I asked, again. And, again, he said the same thing! I explained to him that the TV ads said that all menu items were available all day long. He looked at me with no real interest or expression that indicated he had any feelings at all and said, "we ran out!" Well, for cripes sake, why didn't he say so to begin with. As this was just a quick walk from the restaurant I was staying at, I thought I would give it a try. I wasn't sure what I was hungry for, but I thought I would eat at this Jack In A Box as all of the Jacks in the Chicago, IL area have disappeared. This particular restaurant does not the serve the greasy deep fried Super Tacos that I remember from my youth. However, they seemed to have come up with some other interesting items such as the Pita Snacks and the Teriyaki Bowls. As I was not feeling extremely adventurous, I thought I would try the Sour Dough Steak and Cheese Sandwich and fries. The upside is that the food comes hot and freshly prepared. The fries were nice and hot and appears to be made from real potatoes, not reconstituted mashed potatoes like Mickey D's. The sandwich likewise was hot and freshly prepared. The only negative I can state about my meal was that there really was too much cheese in my sandwich. Apparently they need a lot of cheese to keep the steak strips together and as a result, the sandwich was too rich and gooey for my taste. After I finished my meal I kind of felt like I ate a pound of lard. However, if you are a cheese freak, you'll love it. Overall the place is pleasant and the food is good. Is there a negative star rating I can give? If so it would apply. Decided to take wifie here as shes never been and it was just off I-5 on our way--- wrong move! Many small issues that just add up to one big, hot, nasty mess. Mind you, Ive never complained bout fast food as they have there own handicaps to allow for, so this is a first for me! Not that I need to add to the long list of bad reviews this place has gotten already, BUT my wife and I came here through the drive-through. A sign was posted over the speaker on the reader board indicating out of order to pull to the second window to place an order. We pulled up to the second window and no one was there, and I mean literally there was no one there. It was about 5:45pm in the evening. The open sign was on and the all the lights were on. However, there was not a single employee in sight let alone any customers. I honked my horn then waited 5 minutes and honked my horn again. No one ever came to the window so we left. We stood there for several minutes without a word by anyone even though the drive-thru person looked at us but ignored us. Finally ordered and got our food which was adequate. What makes this place interesting is that this seems to be the standard "kid swap" place for a parent dropping off the kid so the other parent can get their weekend visits. Stopped in to use the restroom and the women's restroom conditions were appalling. One stall of two did not even have a toilet dispenser much less toilet paper. This stall also possessed a seat and floor covered in urine and it's smell. A sign in the restroom says they check it every hour. I think someone is lying.
