I have been wanting to try the Frosted Coffee at Chick-fil-A and finally got to! This location is super convenient to the 5 freeway, so was a great stop as we were traveling through. They only have outdoor dining but lots of seating available outside. It was a bit chilly the day we went, so be sure to bring a sweater. You order outside and wait for your name to be called once your order is ready. It was a great break for the dogs traveling with us to be able to hangout while we ate our food. I really like the Market Salad, so ordered that for my lunch. The Frosted Coffee did not disappoint. I will definitely be trying it again! read more

I was very surprised and disappointed to discover though that it has no inside dining area at all. There is limited outdoor seating which was plenty on the cold rainy day I was there. We ate here frequently when they came to Woodburn. Then twice received chicken nuggets that were hard and overcooked. Told that that is impossible because the fry time is on a timer. Chick-fil-A is great, but this location has no indoor seating at all. Epic fail in my book. I don't like eating in my car. It is summer in the PWN so outdoor is fine, but a good bit of the year not so much. Very disappointing to see focus so much on drive up only. Yes, they have outdoor seating, but really? Also the walk up window is very poorly laid out. You can't see the menu while you are close enough to talk to the attendant. The sad thing is, even if they realize their mistake, they won't be able to fix it at this location. They are putting a new one in close to my home, I hope it is not an epic fail like this. read more

I just ordered and picked up a milk shake and a couple chicken items around 5:00 this afternoon. When ordering I requested extra pickles and some sauces grabbed my order and headed home. Made it home to enjoy our food only to find out they did not send us any sauces!! Next, I checked my spicey chicken sand that I ordered with extra pickles only to find one the diameter of my thumb, and the other no larger than a nickel, sliced paper thin at that!!?? What a disappointment!!! Called the store to complain just to get ZERO help and lip service!! If you go there, be sure to check your order before you leave the drive through!! My family and I ordered a large meal for pick up, but we were planning to dine in. When we arrived to the place, we got our order. But they missed 2 of our items (salad and nuggets). We went to the Chick-fil-a in Woodburn for breakfast and had a great experience. The customer service was wonderful asking where we were headed on our trip (the rack of clothes was a dead giveaway). The food was delicious and hot (the coffee could be better) but everything was great. While talking with the employees, I was told this was a brand new restaurant and they opened a few weeks prior. Almost 30% of the food was missing from our delivery order. I contacted the delivery agent to see if a bag had been missed and they advised everything they weee given had been delivered and to outreach the restaurant. Upon calling the restaurant the associate I spoke to regarding the situatipn stated they would check with the employee that bagged the order and took my name saying they would call me back right away but it may have been the drivers fault, despite me having said I had checked with the driver first. I waited for 30 minutes and never received a call back from the associate. When I called again I was told that they checked with the person that bagged the food and they said it was all bagged so there was nothing they could do about it. I asked why they never called me back and was given no answer and told me I needed to deal with the delivery service. I told them their customer service was beyond poor and never calling me back or having any willingness to remedy the situation was absolutely ridiculous. the associate continued to state there was nothing they were going to be able to do, but if I wanted I could put my name on the list of people who are owed free food for the next time they come in. I advised I would never be in again and not to bother, and that it's not "free" food when I've already paid for it and never received the product. Ultimately multiple people ended up with out food for our dinner meeting. absolutely terrible servic. read more
