I have been going to physical therapy at Burger for a while now and looked up their reviews. I…read morenoticed there were no new ones, so here goes. I find it a great place. The people there are wonderful. All of them! From checking in to the people that are helping out. The physical therapists know their stuff. At the end of the workout they put a tens unit and either heat or ice for 15 minutes to help with the inflammation. And being in pain is hard to deal with and they have a caring and understanding attitude which makes it easier. I totally recommend this place. Be sure to ask for Mark! He's the best!

At first, I liked this place for my son as he just started ABA at 1 year old. They provided home…read moreservices and as we discussed And planned, they will introduce several BTs to my son at home and then he transitions to the center. It was a great plan but once we transitioned to the center, none of the BTs he knew taught him at the center. Scheduling was very undesirable as even when the BT my son knew was available, they would rather give him to a new BT. As we all know, children with autism need structure and constant environment. Even his room changes everyday and they put four kids in a small room, very loud and too distracting. Then they started expanding to older aged children up to 18 years old (from what I hear), I was concerned as its already a zoo in there and with older kids, my little nonverbal, non-walking one year old would get lost and most likely trust an older kid who looked like an adult as they did not segregate the age groups. I told them of my concerns immediately --mostly the fact that they introduced 6 BTs in my home and none are able to see my child on a regular basis. They didn't care. I showed them their own policy and the emails where we agreed on this. They didn't care and practically told me they can do whatever they want. And so I left with my little one and found ABA services elsewhere. All this center cares about is how much money they can make by packing the center with as much kids as they can. Sadly, they are only good if its all in home services as you would see a constant BT but at the center, all that gets dropped off. I guess they only make an effort when you are supervising them in home. Lastly, I picked up my kid with dried tears on his face. Although, they could not tell me anything and I wasn't supposed to talk to BTs (yes its their policy), the BT had accidentally told me in passing that my kid cried for almost an hour with some BT he didnt know, when she saw, she asked to be my child's BT as she knew my child. My child immediately stopped crying when she took charge. Hmm, BCBA who was supposed to be in charge of my child was supposed to be at the center yet she didn't know all this was happening nor was I told this was happening. I trusted you with my precious one year old. [This was all prior to covid]. DO NOT trust this company. There are better ABA services out there who truly care for your child's well-being and learning capabilities.
