We decided to stop by as we go past this location quite a bit and thought we'd check it out. We were motioned down to the drive through window to order our meal. We could no longer see the menu, so we had to ask several questions. The lady who took our order was very nice. My husband has hearing issues, so she had to repeat herself a lot, she was very patient. Now onto the meal itself. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Once we arrived at home, I cut my sandwich to make it easier to eat. Low and behold the chicken was still raw inside! We live some distance away and didn't want to go all the way back to Burger Ranch. I was able to finish cooking the chicken fillet at home. Once that was done, it tasted ok. I'm just glad I saw it was under done before biting into it. This location needs to pay more attention to the temperature of their food. Stopped at this spot on our way out of town. Placed an order for 4 bacon burger combos. All with sauce on the side, no onions and add cheese. Also an extra order of onion rings. The food was fantastic. We had Burger Ranch combos, longhorn chicken sandwich and onion rings. Everything was just like we ordered it and the portions were very generous. First time visiting this establishment tonight and I have to say I was quite shocked at a $15 hamburger fries and a root beer. There is signage needs to be more clear of how much they charge when you want a small medium or large. And overall it was nothing special surprise for Gracie and the burger was Service call. Was working across the street so this was the most convenient place to eat while in town. I got a burger through the drive through, and it was about $13 total for fries and a drink. The burger was good it was just a standard fast food burger, the combo was not worth $13 in my opinion. They have fries were good and cooked well. The water kind of tasted funny. read more

I stopped with my daughter for a quick lunch while we were out today and decided to dine in, I hate to write such a bad review. but this needs to be addressed. Every table in the dinning area was absolutely disgusting, it was hard to find a seat. The floor was sticky, and the tray our food arrived on had caked on food. The burger was called the Big Ranch Burger, I expected to get 2 patties on this? I would hate to see the regular ranch burger... Our server was more interested in the conversation with her co-worker than she was to get our order. This needs to be fixed, If the dinning area was that bad I would hate to see the kitchen. Our fries were cooked perfectly, but they tasted like fish and we were never even offered any fry sauce. I didn't even i know they offered fry sauce until i looked at the website later. We use to have a Burger Ranch here in Auburn, but its been closed for years now, so everytime we go over the mountains we love to stop at Burger Ranch....everything is still as I remember and still good as ever!! I really like how the food there is always consistant. I had a regular cheese burger with fries....and LOTS and LOTS of fry sauce!! I also ordered a sunday....it was really really big at a very good price, I would reccomend sharing because it was too much for me personally. I cant wait to come back as we always do. This has been a regular spot for my family for my entire life and I always look forward to grabbing food from here. The place doesn't look amazing but I always have great food and service. Sometimes they get frazzled during dinner and lunch rush but as long as you're patient everything goes seamlessly. TERRIBLE customer service! I paid for a few drinks got all the way across town and realized the girl forgot to give me my card back. Me being pregnant I forgot to make sure she did. I went back to the restaurant to get my card. There was no sorry all she said was I need you to sign this or my till will be short. The food in general is yummy, however the employees were down right rude and slow as molasses. I ordered two burgers and the young lady at the register literally stood there while listening to a girl talk about someone who kept asking for a drink and that it was annoying her, and she completely ignored my order unil the other young lady finished talking about her unhappiness with another customer, All of the girls who were working there were talking so loudly about being pregnant and smoking marijuana. Stopped by as I was passing through Yakima and was not sorry I did. Though the seating area could use some new furniture or at least a good cleaning, the chocolate/black raspberry shake I ordered was DELICIOUS. So I walked in and the place looked deserted apparently the waitress had been in the back smoking a cigarette so whistled loudly and got the cooks attention he was very nice and came up and got about half way through taking my order before the waitress came back to take my order she obviously didn't wash her hands and took over the ordering taking process and it went south from there... Service is and has been amazingly slow for last few years. No longer sell Pepsi and Coke so that ruins it for me, although I have always enjoyed the Burger and Ham. However they have become much skimpier and mostly lettuce now. The Taco Salad is probably the Worst Chicken Taco Salad in Yakima, Giant poeices of lettuce with a few sparse black olives and a few pieces and an old tomato that is waterlogged. That is it.
