Just tried this location and learned that it is under new management. And the service is excellent. Manager and staff was doing a nice job checking in with us and seeing how we're doing. But the best part about the location is actually the quality of the food. Though the food takes a bit of time to make and prepare, it is very well worth it. My baseball team and I headed to this BurgerFi location following a double header. They did a phenomal job serving us all on late notice. The burgers and fries were delicious, and they even provided a sweet treat for us following our meals. Midie and Donyae specifically did a great job with their service. Burgers were so raw and if I hadn't ordered onion rings I would not know what they were. Burnt oil things stuck together that were literally unrecognizable. Years ago this was a good place and now this was the last time I been a while because last time was bad and now this was garbage that went straight to the garbage. In a world filled with high priced burgers it is still very difficult to get one that is meaty, flavorful and not $25 or more. We stopped by because I felt like a burger (which happens quite often), my son heard it was good and it is just down the street from my house. The restaurant was bright and sparklingly clean, not fancy as it is a fast casual type of restaurant, but still welcoming in its decor. I did find myself disappointed to be facing a screen rather than a person for ordering as I am technically challenged, but finally figured out what I wanted and how to order it. You wake a number and they bring the food to your table, which is far preferable to waiting. There was a middle aged guy walking from table to table. I assumed he was the owner of the franchise by the way he was taking care of everybody. When he came to our table to ask us about our drinks I asked him if he was the owner. He said that he was just an employee, but that made no difference because his job was to make sure that every patron had the best experience possible. When he brought over the food he asked about sauces and brought us plenty of what we wanted. I decided that if I ever wanted to buy a restaurant I would make him a partner. If management reads this his name was Art Gappi. I am not a big fan of either Shake Shack or Five Guys nor the burgers at Checkers, Wendy's , MacDonald's, Chili's or most other places. There should be enough meat in a burger that you can taste the meaty flavor and not have to load it with other items just to have something inside the bread. That said if you have a tasty burger additions to it can make it special. I had the CEO Wagu Burger and added mushrooms. It was delicious, but a bit more Truffle Aioli would have made it perfect. I asked for some Fi Sause for my onion rings and tried it on the burger. It was not your typical burger sauce. It had a bit of a kick like the Awesome Blossom Sauce that Chili's had before they stupidly took it off of the menu. Their burger with onion strings and that sause was addictive. Speaking of onions the Onion Rings were large, hand cut and battered and cooked to perfection. My son had the Rodeo Burger and loved it. He had fries, which were fresh and cooked well still left me missing Checkers down the street. It is too bad that their burgers do not match their fries. He chose the Custard Shake, which was exceptional. It was not a cheap lunch, but it was better value than most place and left you feeling like you had an exceptional meal. Came with that awful skin I believe you are supposed to peel before cooking; eaten with a knife and fork but only because I was hungry. What a disappointment. One of the best burger places I have ever been to. Being a vegetarian mainly, I find it hard to find good tasting vegetarian burgers, I tried many and they have failed me. BurgerFi does get the vegetarian burger damn right. I used to live in Florida and moved away. I wish these guys are all across the country, they would be a hit just with their vegefi burger. Very impressed with this BurgerFi in Boca Raton. The place is huge and spot clean. The tables are wiped, the trash is empty, the condiments are perfectly filled. The manager is a cutie and you can see she runs this place as it should be run with love and care. Mitch was my guy... He helped me order a new chicken sandwich... that I loved. Very delicious. We have tried a bunch of their Burgers and liked them all but surprisingly I liked their Veggie Burger the most and fellow Vegetarian YELPERS please take note that this coming from a former Carnivore! Their Truffle Fries and Onion rings are worth every drop of oil they're fried in! I was new to BurgerFi through Instacart. I really don't care that Uber eats or whoever is responsible for three times, putting the bag of food in front of my front door, on the ground . And disregarding instructions to put it to the left of the door on the chair the instructions are on the delivery on my wall next to the front door , & instructions for Instacart. Specifically, I copy them to the actual order at this restaurant BurgerFi they have a deserved bad reputation for being nasty to customers. Not only do they continually not follow any directions. The burger was Mushy!! with a soggy bun it seemed as if the bag had been thrown on the ground and it was an hour late. I ordered it at nine and I didn't get it till after 10.. It was lukewarm it was greasy and it was not absolutely not delicious was actually pretty crappy!! The Boca tude was rude and that's what gives Boca Raton a bad reputation. This is like this: if you do not care about their customers & when I called to say please don't put the food on the ground. The manager told me that I was for bidden to order from them anymore.! Only too happy to comply POS I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant through Instacart through Uber eats or any other way. You would think eventually they would work on a better customer service experience given their current financial status. Tried this location again spending much more than a family of 5 should only to wait and wait for part of the order while the rest becomes ice cold. Unfortunately we made the mistake of ordering to go and based on past experience dining in, this should have been expected. Was never told an item was missing and had to discover myself while taking inventory. I've been standing here for 20 min since my order was ready and waiting now on the replacement since it took them 15 minutes to tell me they didn't have their "new" chicken wings. Had I not checked, I would have been home with an angry person waiting for me. Instead I am the angry person now and everyone else at home will be by the time I get there. This will be the last time I eat here . . . I would highly suggest to anyone reading this to visit a different location! I was sick of the attitude and could t cancel the order online so I went there and canceled it in person and she was beyond nasty and other patrons came up and said the same thing to me about how she was super rude to her grandchildren and even people pulling out of the parking lot when I left told me she was nasty with their kids as well! Whoever owns this location you seriously need to fire her immediately, feel free to contact me if needed as she was trying to make me look bad following me out of the restaurant recording me while I was talking to the delivery driver who was there to pick up my order and I felt bad and wanted to tip him all after she hid in the back when I told her to cancel my order and provide me with confirmation via receipt.
