The place is nice but that's about it. Honestly I don't know how this place is #1. Everything was to greasy the fries the burger the onions rings and the beacon wasn't crispy was semi cooked. The bread is cold so the kills the burger already and is like a potato bread not even close to a burger bread. Honestly if you go to Mc Donals you will get the same or even a better burger. I love this chain and frequent many of their other locations. I live in the area, but won't be going back (at least not for lunch). It's unfortunate that parking here isn't free because that extra $5 makes it an unlikely business lunch stop for me. There are plentiful options in the area with tons of free parking. I'm not being cheap. It just that parking increases my lunch cost unnecessarily. read more

I have been DYING to come to here. There is no other place like BurgerFi. Delicious!!! I had their BurgerFi burger and hubby had the Beyond Burger (veggie burger). My burger was delicious. Hubby liked his. He had the veggie burger recommended to him so he went for it. He prefers the beef burgers. We ordered the urban fries which is fries topped with aioli and Parmesan. Yesterday we went for the first time and it was very disappointing. After spending over $50 (so overpriced) on chicken tenders, fries, and a couple of cheeseburgers, our food was overcooked. Our tenders were hard, dark because they overcooked them and tasteless. Our fries were also on the dark side. Also, the tables were dirty and my husband had to ask for someone to clean them. I'm sorry but for such and upscale location, I was expecting way better service! It was so upsetting, I would had prefer to had spend my money somewhere else. Best burger chain! The CEO burger is one of the best burgers I've ever had. The conflicted burger is surprising good even though it has lots of veggies. It's refreshing to have a creative twist to something as simple as a burger. The service is very friendly and hospitable. Fries are cooked in peanut oil so it's not very greasy.
