I've been to this Burgerfi location several times many years ago but never wrote up a review. Today, I stop by to have an early lunch around 11:30 AM. As I walked through the outside dining area, it was neat and clean. Once inside, many tables were not clean! I ordered a conflicted Burger or one Angus Beef patty and one VegeFi patty with American and White Cheddar cheese on lettuce, tomato and their signature BurgerFi Sauce. The burger was prepared in a few minutes and prepared properly! It hits the spot. I did not have any wine or beer but a simple fountain soda with my lunch. The staff at the counter is friendly and courteous. Although I'm cooling under that huge gigantic fan that is 66% more efficient, but those dirty tables just turn me off! I thought it was a nice touch to add the stamp on top of the burgers as a signature touch. Being a fry advocate myself, the fries were good and I liked that they had an option for a large shareable amount. The burger however, as ambitious as it portrayed, didn't blow my socks off. Person at the counter never entered the chicken sandwich before I was asked to pay so I had to place a 2nd order. Got home and opened the bag, my 2 burgers were on a bed of lettuce but there was NO BUN! Good thing I had my own bun at home, lol! I tried to call the store but it went to voicemail where the box was completely full! 1/6 received a call from Emily this morning offering to remake the entire meal or to receive a full refund. My son and I stopped in there for lunch we ordered and when we finally got our food, we had ordered bacon cheeseburgers, and there was no bacon on it. We asked for baked bacon and they gave us cold bacon and a dish for us to put on these burgers, the burgers themselves were dry, and very tasteless and they didn't even have the signature stamp on top of the burger buns they advertise. Give this place two stars because the young woman at the counter was trying. Came in at 8pm on a Tuesday. It took 40 mins for a burger without a bun, a small onion ring and a milk shake. The machine was out of custard. Someone eventually went to get a bag of custard. 5 mins later, custard in machine. 10 mins later still no shake. Didn't see a manager anywhere that should probably be helping it's they're overwhelmed with limited business. The girl at the counter was nice and apologized. I was going to go to the restaurant next door and saw a rather long line, so I opted to take a look in BurgerFi. Hey, there's nobody in line, great! I walked up to a touch screen and ordered one of the limited time offerings. Then I went and found a place to sit. The place is empty, but there's messes left behind everywhere. I take a seat at one of the cleaner tables and my order is eventually served by someone not unpleasant, but obviously not having a good day at work. I started with my fries. They were hot and fried to a darker brown than you normally see, and I liked this. It also had some kind of seasoning that I selected. no strong flavor and I ended up adding a lot of salt. The burger was not terribly interesting or flavorful. There were some take-out orders and people in and out, but this should be a lot more hopping on a Saturday night. Maybe there's a reason that the restaurant next door was so much busier? read more

My date and I wanted good burgers and I had had that at BurgerFi's Sarasota store (since closed). On first impression entering, I thought that the decor was decidedly downscale. The ordering process was convoluted but what the heck. The food, on the other hand, was just awful. I order the CEO burger, Wagyu beef patties with cheese and some interesting-sounding toppings. The burgers were lukewarm and dry as sand. The toppings were ok, I guess. The onion rings were good but the fries were possibly the worst that I have ever had in a fast-food restaurant - they were cold, dark brown, and many were burnt. My date's food was similarly unappetizing. The bill for this? $49.00. I am most definitely not going back. These people don't even hold a candle to 5 Guys. read more

We have been a fan of BurgerFi but only a couple weeks ago we visited this location the 1st time. First time using the mobile app to order, we found out all the options of toppings and sauces that we can add. The transaction was smooth except the coupon from the email did not go through. The staff was very friendly and explained there was a glitch with the coupon when we picked up our food. I customized my single CEO burger with pickles and grilled onions. The location has been remodeled and has an open floor plan style. Food took a little bit of a wait but that's due to it being fresh. Staff was very friendly and energetic. They just opened so hoping it keeps up. No complaints for the cleanliness - it is brand new. The place smelled great though. Update: spoke to manager Rose over the phone and she made me a completely satisfied customer! Updating to 5 stars everything I usually go to the location several times a month but today was a completely different experience. The person at the front counter was not welcoming and just seemed to be in a bad mood. I stood in front of the counter for a while before he acknowledged me. I pre-ordered my food on the app and forgot to put the sauces I wanted in. I told him that and he continued to charge me 3.75 for the sauces. I told him it can't be that expensive but he just said I can't give food away for free. After he charged me for the sauces I had to wait a while for the food to be ready even though I showed up at the time the app told me to. After going to this location several times a month this experience left me feeling very unappreciated as a customer. I get it you guys charge for sauces but the front register guy was being rude about it and he didn't explain anything. He also didn't give me a receipt for the sauces so I don't even know if he charged me correctly for them. read more

This is very similar to Five Guys except BurgerFi has beer and wine. We were lucky to get the last table outside, but had to clean it ourselves. The girl at the counter was very nice and helped us decide on size portions. Since there were only two of us, she recommended the regular size fries- to serve 2-3, had we ordered the large, we would have been too full to get up from the table! I ordered the Hotdog, which was grilled and came out hot and on a crispy bun with raw onions and mustard. It was perfect and I would order it again. My other half ordered the BurgerFi Cheeseburger, which came with bacon. It was also very hot when it was brought to the table, but he had not been aware it was a "double: and although he ate the whole thing, he said he wouldn't order that again. There was no doubt the food was served straight off the grill, no sitting under a warming light or waiting for someone to pick the order up. Our problem was, since we had never been there before, and we went at lunch time, we should have taken more time to review the menu. We saw same great pictures of the menu on Yelp- but there were no prices listed. We will go back again next time we are in the area, because we want to try the onion rings and milkshakes. read more

I went to Burger Fi for the first time on April 3, 2024. Checked out their site first and it looked like you could get a decent burger perhaps a step above fast food. Boy was I wrong, the burger was dry, the bacon was so over done and so hard it came in a bunch of broken pieces. It didn't have any bacon tastes at all. Fries were brown and soggy, it was like everything was old. I should have just returned the food and got my money back and left. I hadn't eaten all day and I was hungry. I just didn't have the energy. The girls were nice enough at the counter but this was the absolute worst meal I have had out ever. Flavorless, the only thing that helped was the garlic aioli sauce. I dipped the fries in that. I could not taste the pepper jack cheese or the grilled onions. Three days later and I'm still thinking about it and I never leave bad reviews but it's just irking me that I ate it and did not return that awful food. Today was our first day at BurgerFI and we were greeted by wonderful Jeanie. Besides the best burgers we ever had Jeanie was beyond amazing!
