We recently had our Ladies Lunch for the Good Times Social Club in Cape Coral at the Bayside Burger and Beer Restaurant. What a great time everyone had! The food was delicious, service was outstanding . We had a choice of the 1. Boubon BBQ Burger with bacon, & mixed cheeses w/FF. 2. Grilled Grouper Sandwich, lettuce, tomato and onion with Rice. 3. Veggie Stir-Fry mixed vegetables served over white jasmine rice w/chicken. 4. Grilled Caesar Wrap with romaine, parmesan cheese and Caesar w/fresh chips We had 45 people in attendance, and everyone was very happy with their meal! We will definitely go back read more

I found this place near my airbnb in Cape Coral and could not be happier. I had a burger with onion rings and the burger was fantastic. Perfectly cooked, loaded with cheese and absolutely delicious. I got onion rings for a side and they were massive battered onion rings. Fantastic! The staff was super friendly and drink prices were more than fair. Walked into this place during happy hour and, I kid you not, it was so quiet I thought I accidentally wandered into a private event. But nope--just me, my thoughts, and a very solid whiskey sour. $2 off? Don't mind if I do. At this rate, I almost expected them to hand me the aux cord and let me run the place. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger medium, and it actually came out medium--a shocking rarity in a world where "medium" usually means "choose your own adventure." Juicy, flavorful, and served on a toasted corner bun that didn't disintegrate on contact. The fries? Hot, crispy, and clearly not ashamed of who they are. Respect. The staff was attentive without hovering like helicopter parents, which is always appreciated. Honestly, if you're looking for a quiet pit stop to sip, munch, and pretend you're the main character in an indie film, this place delivers. 10/10 would hide out here again. read more

Stopped in for lunch on Saturday. Service was great, our server was incredibly attentive and friendly. We asked a few questions she didn't know the answer to for but quickly sought the answer. The mac n cheese bites appetizer was really good. Our food was mediocre; nothing special but good nonetheless. We had a gyro, a chicken gyro, a pulled pork sandwich, a Philly and chicken tenders. The homemade potato chips were delicious however half of them weren't cooked so that was disappointing. Overall I'd try this place again. read more

First time here, got to talk to the owner Andy, very hands on guy, it's him & his wife working their restaurant. A big kudos to Lex the bartender we had she was great! I had the Bayside Burger, I want one again soon that's how good it was. You can tell a frozen burger from a fresh one & this was amazingly fresh! The home made chips were DELISH! He said he gets his rolls from Nina bakery in Punta Gorda, you can tell they are bakery made & not "store bought". Really good selection of draft beer also. We had a really good experience here & will definitely be back. The ONLY thing they should maybe change is put a little ambience in their indoor lighting; it's a little too bright or stark, needs something but not sure what. read more

This is my first visit to Bayside B&B. Ordered the Lucas Burger no onion and jalapeño. It was cooked perfectly, and came out exactly as ordered. Best burger I've had since I have no idea when. We sat and talked to the owner (Darlina) and we can't wait to come back!! All of their food is made fresh and there isn't a microwave anywhere in the kitchen. 18 seats at the bar and tables for 2,4 or 6 and 8.There's a pool table and a stage for a band. There's room for any kind of celebration( birthday, baby shower, etc) there are lots of TV's for you to watch your favorite team. This was definitely not what I expected. This is more of a dive bar but it looks like it has a strong following with the locals. We went in on a Sunday in the middle of the day and it was busy. There was a live guitarist and people were up and dancing. The staff was friendly but we were seated and after 10 minutes no one came to check in on us. We decided to go to the bar and see if the service picked up, it did. We ordered a philly and a burger. The food was so flavorful and savory, there are no complaints. Being a fairly regular customer at this establishment since they officially opened in February, I can understand some of the patrons frustrations with service, as they have had issues with staffing at times. However, their menu choices are all made fresh to order, and taste excellent. If you're going to have Burgers in your name, then you better be sure it's a great one! And they are, with the Lucas burger being my personal favorite. And in the off chance that it may not be prepared to your liking, be sure to point it out to them as they will do everything they can to correct it while you're there. It is in a strip mall but don't let the outside deceive you. They did a fantastic job renovating it from the previous establishment. Brightly lit, clean, and a variety of entertainment options throughout the week that are listed on their FB page. Definitely don't pass this place by, as they say, don't judge a book by its cover. read more

Wow! First time to this new spot in Cape Coral and it did not disappoint! Flavio took great care of us at the bar-the draft beer was cold and delicious we had cheese sticks to start and then my partner had classic burger with bacon and tots and I had the patty melt with homemade chips. The food came out piping hot and incredibly fresh. You could definitely tell these are not frozen burgers!! For dessert we had 2 bayside shots and the presentation alone made me want to order 2 more if you've ever been to this location before you know it was less than savory...the new owners came in and cleaned house! Good food and great service. We went after the Vet's Day parade and it was not too busy. The waitresses were friendly and engaging. Everyone (5 of us) enjoyed the food and appetizers. I have driven by this bar, but would never go inside. The outside has the low class "bud" sun shades that made me think the inside was just as run down. Some friends wanted to go see a band that was playing on Friday night. I was skeptical of going, but gave it a try and was quite happy I did. They actually had two local micro brews on tap! Unfortunately for me, the one keg kicked and they didn't have another. So I switched to Yuengling. Our server was very nice and kept checking on us. Had a burger and it was very good.
