I really liked this burgerfi location! It was quick and tasty, especially for an airport location, which is all that's really needed. They have kiosk and I see some complaints about it, but I didn't try to use it. The line was short and servers move fast. Ambience is as to be expected. Amazing experience. They were slammed with only one person at the register, Sierra and 2 people in the kitchen. Sierra was incredible, even with a huge line she was kind, professional and made sure to clearly explain timing of each order. She ran the register, and was expediting. The wagyu beef is amazing and I'm not a burger guy.I find it extremely difficult to find a burger in a restaurant that I actually enjoy that's cooked right. The difference here is how MOIST (yes I said that) and juicy the burgers are. The side sauces for the fries are awesome especially the garlic aioli. I had the swag burger with was a blend of waygu and brisket, double patty with jalapeños with some fries. Burger was pretty darn good and enjoyed it. Fries were just ok but everything was hot and came out really fast. Staff was super friendly as well and when I say they were hustling that's an understatement. The burger was good and the fries were excellent. While I hate ordering at a Kiosk it appeared you could talk to a person if you would like to. I did not love the prices, but it is an airport. The brain surgeons who cooked it took that as an order not as extra - so I received a dry burger with no extra sauce or cheese. Yet I paid for it. The burger was way overcooked. It was very tough and had obviously been pressed during cook, removing juices. If you're going to charge top dollar for a burger it needs to be prepared with more expertise than this.
