Cashier was friendly and very helpful in taking our order. Our food orders came from the kitchen just as we ordered and was very tasty. We ordered some of the custard for dessert and first time for e and it was good compliment to our delicious meal. I loved the all day breakfast burger (which they no longer have) but the General Manager Leslie was so helpful when I came in and helped me order a burger with toppings close enough to the burger I wanted. The fries are freshly fried and delicious. All in all I got three burgers and one fry for 40 dollars. Not bad when a fast food burger chain charges almost nine dollars for one of their bigger burgers. Definitely recommend coming in and ordering it fresh versus using a food delivery service and getting the burger thirty minutes later. It made a huge difference in flavor. read more

So excited Burger Fi is opening in our neighborhood. Their grand opening is set for 9/11 but they are soft opened now. They are located in the far end of the plaza that houses Whole Foods and Target, which means that getting in and out can be a pain but at that corner parking is a breeze for now. They offer regular Angus beef patty, wagyu, chicken, as well as two versions of veggie burgers: their own made with quinoa and veggie, and the famous Beyond Meat. I tried a little of the Beyond burger but I'm not really a fan. It's much better than Impossible, but still has a weird taste. I won't mind trying their own vegan burger though. There even is a Conflicted Burger, with one beef patty and one veggie patty - for those who can't decide, who wants to eat more veggie but can't quite give up the beef yet. lol. The Breakfast All Day burger has maple syrup, bacon, fried egg and hash brown in it. Overall, it is delicious, except for the hash brown, which is just one soggy mushy tasteless lump inside my burger. Why not use frita instead? I like their fries a lot, which they promote as hand cut in house. Flavorful with a perfect texture of crispy outside and soft inside. They were giving out samples of their shakes. I find the strawberry a bit bland. It looks lighter in color than the one shown on their TV too. Maybe they need more practice making it? Burgers start at around $6 for a basic one patty, to $10 for a wagyu one. There is no combo deal so drinks and sides are extra. read more

Came in and got the CEO burger, kids cheeseburger, urban fries, and some onion rings for my aunt. Everything was made to order. The CEO burger was so tasty. Everyone from the guy on the register to the girl walking around asking how was everything was amazing. Urban fries were soooooo good! Not to mention the onion rings. Honestly perfection. Super crispy on the outside and the soft onion on the inside. Super yum. Thankfully we arrived before the lunch rush and were able to order our meal quickly, we decided to order a double cheeseburger with French fries and a chocolate shake. In terms of quality you can tell the beef patties were super fresh, but for me the sauce is main attraction andnit was a little underwhelming. Not a very flavorful, while the French fries were super overcooked. The best part of the meal was the chocolate shake very creamy and chocolatey. Since we are familiar with a different BurgerFi experience I knew that the thinness of the burger was not typical. The garlic aioli tasted watered down and was more liquid than sauce.
