Just tried Bricked Burger food truck across from Kohls in Kendall. We're talking a smashed-to-perfection patty with those yummy crisp edges and great wait staff ready to answer any questions I got the single "as is," which in this case means pickles, onions, house sauce and cheese. The burger also came with a Lightly toasted bun to hold up to the burger and toppings. The house sauce just ties the whole thing together. It's creamy and a little tangy. We also got an order of fries and the chicken sandwich. These thick-cut fries are a total throwback. Soft on the inside crispy exterior. The chicken sandwich is high up there as one of the best I've had!!! Nice and crispy with a juicy interior! This unpretentious food truck is definitely worth a try!! Can't help but support these little guys trying to make it big. I know that thin lou place gets a lot of hype and they deserve it but this place is just as good and a short golf cart ride away from the crib. I'm not sure it was the owner that helped us out but he had the weight and knowledge of someone that would own a burger trailer. Super nice guy. The food is really tasty. And the employees are really nice and hospitable , but my burger can't get cooked all the way , even when they know and even when I ask for the burger to get fully cooked. So I am going to have to find another place to eat. I tried , I did my part , but apparently I can't have a fully cooked burger. It has not happened twice now. MUST READ: My wife and I spotted this food truck parked outside the mall around 6:40 PM. Today Friday May 15th, 2026. Although the area was completely empty, we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the customer service was nonexistent. An employee wearing the company shirt walked right past us without acknowledgment. When I approached the order window, a woman looked directly at me, said nothing, and turned away to chop onions while ignoring my presence. We waited for about five minutes without a single word from either employee. Unsurprisingly, the lack of customers makes perfect sense given this level of service. A Bricked burger is absolutely out of this world. Extremely satisfying. I've had them before at a pop event here in Miami and when I discovered they have a food truck here on bird road I said yupppp I'm on my way. Apparently there's 2 locations. I got robbed here. I ordered online 2 burgers on 3/24/26. I paid $32.76 and left a tip. They texted me with confirmation saying the order was ready at 11:10pm. I showed up at 11pm and the food truck was closed and locked up. The time they have listed on their website 11am-12am. I guess that is inaccurate. I called the phone number they have listed and went straight to voicemail. I called again the following day and straight to voicemail. No answer and no response. Lost my money and no food. read more

This used to be my favorite burg spot until they partnered with DoorDash for deliveries. 3 times now my husband or I have placed an order and it's completed, driver picks up, cancels and then no one at the restaurant picks up.
