I recently visited BurgerFi and ordered the Szechuan Tenders, but when I received my food, it wasn't what I expected! It turns out I accidentally ordered them grilled when I really wanted them fried. I told the staff, and they kindly made me a fresh order of the fried chicken tenders without a problem. They were tasty, spicy, and perfectly dusted with Szechuan seasoning. This is a limited-time item, but they should definitely add it to their menu year-round! read more

We had kind of given up on Burgerfi after a couple of bad experiences at the Doral location. Gave this location a shot today because we were craving burgers and so glad we did! The service was excellent. As I was waiting for my to go order, I observed several interactions between employees and customers, and the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The kitchen was also clean and seemed to be working efficiently. I had to wait a few minutes while they cooked the fries and had several people check in to see if I needed anything and to check on the status of my order. Will definitely return! The burger was good but the fries and onion rights were slightly burnt, greasy and overloaded with salt. Salt should be added by the customer. Service was good and ambiance was ok. Decided to hit up BurgerFi with the kids after practice, wasn't particularly happy when I saw the kiosk. Thats to when a nice gentleman called Leo introduced himself and said I'll help you out. He must have seen the look on my face as I was trying to enter my order which is probably why he took my order. I personally prefer to deal with a human when placing a food order. Anyway, he was super nice, patient taking my order (those w/kids know what I mean). The burgers, fries and shakes were all great. Two things stuck out to me at this location 1) excellent customer service, not only did Leo follow up on how my order was and if I needed anything else but I noticed him going around the restaurant asking others how was everything. 2) cleanliness, bathroom were nice and clean and the tables and try return area was clean. I hope the owner recognizes he has a good staff (Leo) which is hard to find so treat them well. Your restaurant is only as good as the people who run it. Will definitely return. read more

What a disappointment. When we first came here for their soft grand opening, the manager was enthusiastic and timing his workers for the best time efficiency. Things have significantly gone downhill. Maybe they never recovered from the pandemic but they seemed to have enough staff, most of who filed in after 12. The doors says they're operational at 11 but at 11:30 they didn't have anyone at the counter until someone called her to the front. Our order took 20 minutes and came out cold and disgusting. The fries seemed like they were made yesterday, also cold. For some reason after the staff used the bathroom, it remained locked for the hour we were there. Not sure what's happening out back but looks like a lot of garbage gets tossed in the bushes read more

I never seen that before that's gonna cost you $10.79 i'm like no no I just wanna pay the $6.19 that's what it says up there that's all I have you know I just wanna buy that burger double is perfect. He says no we can't do that so can you call the manager now? He's not here so that looks to me like it's false advertising. I love burgers but I also love fries. Little did I know that there fries were going to be so good! I stopped by here for a Saturday lunch and ordered the regular BurgerFi cheeseburger with bacon. It has two patties so it's a good size. My side of fries were perfectly crunchy and way way better than fries from anywhere else. I was really full by the end of it, but hey, I skated 13mi last night, I probably needed it anyways. I'll be back soon! Love it! This review might be biased because I was starving lol, however I thought the BurgerFi burger was great. Place was clean and service was fast. You order up front, take a number, find a table, and food comes out to you once it's ready. I just got a BurgerFi burger and Oreo milkshake. The burger itself was a normal size, nothing crazy. The bun and patties were thick AND the burger was nice and juicy and did NOT stick to the paper (one of my pet peeves). The milkshake was probably the best part. Very little whipped cream was added on top, but the shake itself was spot-on with consistency and taste. Yum! Will need to come back to try the fries! read more

I've ordered takeout from this BurgerFi many times and it's always been delicious. Once in a while they do mess up the order, but the food has always been good. The reason why I'm giving it 2 stars is because we ate inside this location for the very first time recently and it wasn't very clean. We walked in on a Monday at 11:30 am, so they had only been open for half an hour, and we couldn't find a clean table. Every table had food scraps on top of it. There was food on the floor and the bathrooms weren't that clean either. I find it hard to believe that the restaurant got this dirty in half an hour (they open at 11), so the only explanation is that they didn't clean the night before and just opened it without cleaning. There was plenty of staff in the kitchen talking and just hanging out, so they didn't seem short-staffed. We just got the impression that cleanliness is not a priority here which makes me rethink ordering UberEats from this place. What a shame! read more

When you walk into an establishment the last thing you wanna see is a bunch of PDA from the teenagers working there including the MOD who appeared to be on a break, sitting at the front of the location in uniform ("petting" one of the employees) What type of behavior do you expect from high-school aged kids if their manager is demonstrating the same type of behaviors. We got the shakes with no straws and the young lady never came back to bring them, and as we watch the shakes melt away because the rest food took almost 30 minutes to come, we went back inside to ask where our order was, it was just sitting on the counter cause she said she didn't see our number on the table, mind you she had seen it as she had previously brought out the shakes to us. And I'm not going to lie it wasn't bad. It was good. For starters i don't remember being greeted it was more so her staring at me and me staring at her like oh you ready! Then what really made me cringe was... one of the workers had just finished on her lunch break and walked back in the kitchen started pulling her hair in a pony tail and talking and laughing and stuff. I don't think workers of fast food restaurant understand that people watch what you're touching with those gloves on and also where you're touching. I'm just going to start off by saying this place had the best customer service and that made the whole experience ten times better! I had ordered and paid online and when I got to the restaurant they didn't have my order showing but they were super nice and understanding and I showed my receipt and they treated the situation so nicely. They made my food in minutes and I had everything correctly and I was out the door a happy customer. Now onto the food, it was delicious! I've never had this burger and I really enjoyed it. It was cooked perfectly and seasoned well, the bacon was also cooked the way I enjoy it. The fries were so nice a mixture of crispy and slightly less crispy ones which was nice since I shared my fries with other people. The shake...the shake tasted like red velvet was melted and put into a cup! It was so good I was so surprised. This new location recently opened and honestly I can see it being a very common spot for my family and I to enjoy some good burgers. I order the BurgerFi burger with onion rings and extra burgerfi sauce on the side. The burger was the most "meh" burger I've tried (especially at this price). It tastes just like the Wendy's burger, it's pretty much identical. The BurgerFi sauce was pretty tasteless, it's just pink sauce with low seasoning. But the onion rings are DELICIOUS! I also really liked the place, the attention to detail, cleanliness of the place and how quickly the food came. I'm going to come back to give them a chance.
