Door Dash to the rescue again. Great choice for burgers for a low key Sunday dinner. He loved the CEO (hey, wagyu) and my double cheeseburger was just right. I was kind of disappointed in my meal today. I thought that I would stop in here for a "cheat day" cause it's my bday! I went to the counter and told the employee that I had never been there and I heard they had fantastic food. She could have cared less. No personality at all. I also told her that I wanted the smallest, healthiest burger and asked for her help. I asked what the difference was with the regular burger and the Wagyu. She said " some people prefer Wagyu" Wow. Ok So, I ordered a regular burger with cheese and the regular toppings. Also ordered a small fry with ranch and a bottled water It came to almost $19.00 That's insane for a chain burger. Anyways- the place was clean, and very spacious. It has a virtual golf section too. I just felt so not helped with what I was looking for and there was nobody else behind me. The burger itself was average. The fries - meh. The ranch- delish!!! Totally not worth the price or customer service. read more

What a disappointment! Ordered the burger bowl-patty was ice cold, and none of the advertised sauces were on or with the bowl. The ratio of lettuce to everything else was too much. Also got an order of onion rings. Four onion rings for $6?! Breading was soggy and not crisp as it should've been. And little flavor in the breading. The burgers are great, but you have to get the onion rings. My family is obsessed with BurgerFi and was excited to take us there. They have three main options burgers, chicken, and hotdogs. There are some vegetarian and vegan options as well. I had a single burger with bacon jam. It was tasty and I liked you could get one patty instead of two. My husband and I split the large onion rings. They were so flavorful and well-cooked. The fries were good but my favorite was the onion rings. read more

I got the all day breakfast burger (bacon, cheese, fried egg, hash brown) and I can't believe what I tasted!!! Our favorite! Love the lettuce wrap option and the hand cut fries! Love how it's hormone antibiotic free meat and clean ingredients. Went to BurgerFi last night and absolutely everything we ordered was delicious! Excellent pricing for the quality of the food, as well. I had the spicy Swag Burger and would definitely get that again. Their onion rings were the best I've ever had. My daughter ordered their chicken strips and I already want to order those again. Pretty darn good, the CEO never disappoints. The sauce is classy but the beef itself I've had better tasting at other burgeries. Sometimes the burger meat matters the most, but it is prime quality here. And taste is subjective but I would appreciate more flavor to the actual meat (salt, spice, mix and such). The banana churro shake comes with churro pieces (nice texture) but I thought the shake the actual flavor of churro and banana. The shake itself is very mild in banana flavor. read more

I went to BURGERFI for the first time today for lunch. The menu was varied offering angus beef burgers, plant-based burgers, hot dogs and chicken sandwiches. They have a kids menu as well and kids eat free after 5pm on Tuesdays. BurgerFi has beer and wine choices as well as the regular soft drinks from Coca Cola along with bottled water and tea. The restaurant was not very busy and there was some trash on the dining room floor. The place had several televisions tuned in to ESPN and trendy music was playing. I ordered the cheeseburger which was a double beef patty (it looked like all their beef burger options were two patties) and the usual veggie toppings and the BurgerFi sauce. The trademark brand appeared on the bun. The burger was substantial but not special. The burger was juicy and requires several napkins to eat it but lacked anything that separated it from the burger found at any other gourmet style burger restaurant. The fresh cut fries were more than plentiful but very limp and greasy. BurgerFi has desserts featuring custard but I did not try any. Overall the experience was not different from what you would find at any other casual dining restaurant. I would probably not return since there are options available locally that provide a more satisfying experience. read more

We read the great reviews on BURGERFI and since we were in the area we decided to give it a shot. I must say that it didn't disappoint! My husband ordered the CEO and I ordered the cheeseburger green style (wrapped in lettuce). We also ordered a side of onion rings and fries with Parmesan and garlic aioli. I wish that I had gotten a picture but it looked so good that I had already eaten half of it by the time I remembered. The icing on the cake was one of the workers here. He was literally the friendliest man, always had a smile on his face and you could tell that he genuinely enjoyed being there. You don't find this trait often anymore. Come to find out, he was the owner (Larry)! You would have never guessed. He just acted like he was just another employee there. I would go back here just to see his smiling face! Loved this place. We kept things simple with just a single cheese burger (usually I go for the biggest burger in the house) and chili cheese fries. Both hit the spot and left we thinking I should've went all in and got the CEO. Loved the hand-cut fries. If there's ever a Burgerfi in California I would definitely become a regular. And I had their Citra Ass Down IPA. Both were tasty. The beer had a mild citrus flavor but not overwhelming. While perusing the menu, the wife saw they had a fresh pretzel, and she was sold. Something about a hot salted pretzel that just makes her happy. It came with a beer cheese dip, and a mustard dip. Do yourself a favor. Ask for a second mustard dip. That stuff is addictive. For our main course, she had the wings. BBQ sauces with Ranch. I had the Chicken Shrimp Po Boy with their in-house chips. We would order both again. The wings were large, juicy, and had the right amount of sauce. I would say closer to a glaze on them. My Po Boy was full of well seasoned meat. And had very fresh greens on it. Disappointed. We found burgerFi when visiting south Florida a couple of years ago and couldn't wait to eat here again. After building up the place to the rest of the family, we were left looking silly. Obviously the expansion has caused them to downgrade the quality of their meat. The patties seem frozen and small. In one of the original locations it was clearly freshly made and a great size. In fact, I shared a burger with my wife. This time I had family members going back to buy two because they were still hungry. Also extremely over priced for the portion size and quality. Originally felt like this blew five guys away, now, doesn't come close. My 8 year old son ordered a hot dog and was complaining he didn't like it. Surely you can't mess up a hot dog. My wife took a bite to check it and she also felt like it was substandard. Didn't make him eat it. Waste. Overall decent burger, but not worth it. Won't be returning unfortunately. read more

I have emotions about this place. 4 years ago we stumbled upon it while at the beach for holiday vacation. We've returned every year since. To say they are consistent may sound boring but when it's consistently great, it takes on a whole new meaning! Every employee seems happy to see you and celebrates that you have stopped in. They are welcoming, patient in explaining the menu and their philosophy. The food is consistently delicious and cooked to order. This is not your average burger joint. This was my first time in a BurgerFi and it was amazing! I had a perfect bacon cheeseburger along with a generous portion of fries and onion rings. The batter used for the onion rings was out of this world and the fries had the perfect amount of spice and flavor. As for the burger, I almost ordered another it was THAT good! Sampled several of the local beers they had on tap and I was not disappointed. Great vibe and atmosphere and overall an amazing experience. Would recommend 100%! Stopped by on way home from Charleston to grab a burger at 10pm and they were cleaning up for closing the manager Kelly who I had a long conversation with took the time to cook me up the new summer burger all I can say is WOW.
