Went on a weeknight, self seating, vibe was that of a dive barish. Guns and Roses was playing while we dined. The service was quick and our food came out in a timely manner. Food was good too. Decided to try this place mostly because of discount offers by restaurant on the Upside app. It doesn't seem right that restaurants lure us in with these offers then don't provide a receipt that fits requirements. We went there because of the offer. We will not be back. The food was below lackluster and service was distracted by their phone. The hot honey pizza had an odd red sauce base. I don't leave reviews, so this is my first one because I felt like I had to warn others. Be careful coming here. Came here to enjoy our night and left very upset. Make sure to check your bill before you pay it!! Savannah the bartender will pour herself shots behind the bar and charge them on your bill! She will pour your shots and then say she'll "take one with you" and pours herself one and puts it on your bill to run it up! We realized our bill was wrong after we left; so we came back inside because she also put other peoples drinks on the tab as well. She couldn't figure out where the other drinks went probably because she was hammering shots behind the bar... There was also a shorter stocky girl with brown hair who had a lot to say because they weren't happy with their tip. They yelled stuff across the bar saying how they would never serve us again... but when we went back inside to get our bill fixed because it was messed up, she seemed like she had nothing to say. it was all fun at first but left a bad taste in our mouth afterwards. Maybe management should hire better bartenders or maybe tell ur bartender not to get fried behind the bar. read more

Out of place in a beach town, but just right when you want a good drink and pizza without cliché beach ambiance. Prompt service

My friend picked this place, not sure what he heard about it that was so great because it wasn't and by the time we were done he was pretty mad. It was not busy at all but we had super lousy and lazy service. Waitress flirted with my buddy each time she came to the table but couldn't do her basic job...I guess that flirting probably gets her good tips. We had to ask for drinks four times before they brought them out. We got our food before we got our drinks. I got the sliders. They sound better than they tasted. The bread was grocery store quality bread...same thing you'd get at Walmart. The Sloppy Joe tastes just like it would if you made it at home. The London Broil and the French dip was the exact same meat except the French dip came with cheese on it and au jus on the side. The cheese pizza wasn't bad and it has those tiny pepperonis on it like a Tony's pizza from the freezer aisle. Bathroom is behind a paywall, code is 4321 for the mens room, probably same for the ladies. They do list their beers on Untappd which I think is just about the only positive thing I could say about my visit. When we asked our waiter for our checks, she told us to go get them from the bartender. I would not come back. read more

Used to be a fun place. Hadn't been in 2 years and expected the same place. Nope. Two obnoxious drunks who were trying to intimidate a FAMILY who were there for food. When myself and another lady pointed out the problem to both the bartender and cook/manager we were initially ignored and then told the drunks were leaving because they had gotten their to go order. They were just outside smoking in front of the entrance. The lady sitting beside me was concerned about their presence so she sat inside while waiting for her uber. The reason I went to the bar was for the pierogis that aren't sold there anymore. Looking for a better alternative? On our annual guys trip we decided to meet up here for lunch before checking into the hotel. It ended up being the perfect spot with lots of TVs, solid bar food, and friendly bartenders. I had the meatball ricotta pizza which was good but a little undercooked. We heated up leftovers in the oven the next day and it was even better either a little crunch. Great happy hour specials that runs from 4pm-7pm. It was quite surprising the very few people that were there when we were dining. Love the setup with a plethora of TVs and a sports ticker above the bar. The pizza is hand tossed and the exact same size as their reg. Pies ($8). Bang bang shrimp were great. Loaded tots were tasty. Garlic parm and sweet chili flavored wings were crispy and cooked to perfection. Mozzarella cheese sticks were made from scratch and excellent with the red sauce. One of the best values in a happy hour on the Grand Strand. The service was outstanding with the food coming promptly and drink refills offered continuously. The margarita was a little low on alcohol, but they get a pass because it' has a lot of hotel traffic. The sunrise cocktail was very good, and i would recommend it for anyone who like tequila. It's a little hole in the wall but overall I really enjoyed this place. It's more bar than grill but we took our 13 and 15 year olds around 7:30 pm and it was totally fine. There was another family with small children as well. They have a larger menu than expected and everything was very good. I didn't catch our servers name because he was very busy but he was friendly and efficient. They have lots of TVs for watching sports and were willing to put on a specific game for us which I loved. We will return for sure. The only downsides, it's small and cramped. Getting in and out of the tables can be challenging. And even though they are locked with a code for customers only, the bathrooms were pretty gross. read more

This is a cute little hole in the wall. I was looking for something new that would appeal to my extended family. Of course, someone made snarky comment, "did you know this was a bar?" But they shut their mouth once they realized the food and service were top notch. I came in on a Saturday afternoon just before the holiday. My family and I were trying to sit together but our server let us know we could sit at the booth right near the door. We missed it! The other tables were high tops or at the bar. Service was excellent and food was great. Portions were large. We all left satisfied and with leftovers. Bring your ID if you plan on drinking, everyone was carded including the 50+ year olds.
