What an awesome place to go. The beer and food are top notch. Laid back vibes and price is great. Cheesesteak sandwich is bangin'. Beer cheese is great! Highly recommend if you're in the area. Cool seating with board games and tons to keep the kiddos occupied while the adults enjoy some brews and drinks.

Poutine. 15 bucks..definitely made for 2 people. Good but not worth 15 bucks. Should be 10 dollars.

Had a very bad experience here. First off, we were overcharged for our beers and we had to take additional time to get our bill corrected. Tuesday, 5 pm visit and stayed about an hour. Must have been 25 to 30 patrons in the whole place and only 1 person waiting on customers. That means this beertender was pouring every beer, running all food items from the kitchen to the entire place, bussing tables and checking out customers that came in to buy 4 packs. It was crazy. This was in August, during the summer and they only had 1 person working! Took a good 15 minutes every time we wanted a beer and we found the beertender to be very offputting. This was because he would consistently walk right past us as we sat at the bar and not make eye contact. He went out of his way to make sure he didn't make eye contact. We pushed our empty beer glasses forward to make sure he'd see them, but he just kept walking by. Every time we wanted a beer we literally had to call to him as he simply ignored us. At most breweries, they're chopping at the bit to pour you your next beer...not here! It was as if the guy literally didn't want to have to pour beers or something. Don't you want to make money? We really just didn't understand it. Yeah, he was busy, but to walk past our empty glasses over and over and over as we sat at the bar right in front of the taps, we were just dumfounded. We talked about it and concluded that he ignored us because he heard us talking about other breweries in the MB area (for tourists, definitely go to Crooked Hammock Brewing in North Myrtle---awesome food and beers and it's a big place with multiple bars. They have things dialed in there.) to some other out of towners. The food we had was decent, albeit it way overpriced (that's just what you get at breweries nowadays) and the beers tasted fine. Beers are 7 to 10 bucks a pour for typically a pint. Oh, and they don't have wifi, which totally sucks. Can't remember the last time I went to a brewery and they didn't have wifi. I recommend you visit Crooked Hammock in North Myrtle Beach. It's just plain way, way, way better and in a much, much safer part of town.

Stopped in for a bite to eat and they were operating cafe style where you order at the bar and then your food would be delivered to your table. The hubs and I both got the Smash burger. It's made with a mix of ground beef and I think he said bacon. I just remember tasting chopped crispy bacon in it. It wasn't horrible but definitely not a burger I would rush back to have. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the variety of games they have available. I probably wouldn't go back to eat here but would come for beer and games with a group of friends.

Yay. New brewery in Myrtle Beach!

We come back every year. This is always our first stop. Great way to kick off beach trip. Great brews and great food!

Pretty much located in ghetto part of MB. The entire area in scary and i would never go into this area after dark. Service is slow to non-non-existent. Everything is overpriced. Overall go somewhere else.

Grand Strand Brewery

Great beer and a yummy smash burger and fries. We enjoyed trying my their brew while in town for a short stay.

Bar area

Food was full of flavor. Kids meals offered. Wide beer selection. Park in the rear and walk around. Grab any seat you want and order food and drinks at the bar. Food came out quickly and hot. Burger was great, chicken sandwich was great. Kids get a popsicle after their meal! Kitchen closes at 7 during the week and doors close at 8. Found it to be VERY clean. Staff were very polite and chatty. $7/8 pints, $12 flights. Wide variety of patrons - families, couples, big groups. Would 100 percent recommend a try here.

Good bar, the ambiance was upbeat and fun, plenty of beer choices, only bar food available, it was pretty good, had the pretzel and they were liked by everyone that tried them, friendly service and the prices were reasonable.

Buffalo trace and their best selling craft beer

This review is based solely on atmosphere, beverages, and staff... solid "A"'s across the board. Cool interior complete with that brewery vide. Bartender super chill, attentive, and very helpful with craft suggestions. My colleague ordered a craft beer and loved it. Not being a craft beer connoisseur myself I don't recall the choice he got however, the bartender did say it was their most popular brand. Sorry bout that. Much to my surprise this establishment carries spirits as well. When asking what Bourbons they carry m, Buffalo trace was on the "menu" so I went ahead and happily ordered one of them. Excellent pour. Thank you.

Fantastic time at this brewery! Such an inviting atmosphere with ample seating inside and out - they have games for kids and adults which is always a nice touch. Awesome beer selection and the bartender suggested a beer that my dad would like (he doesn't like any micro brews) and the Golden Ale fit the bill! He said that a lot of people come in there wanting a miller lite or coors light so they decided to make a beer that would cater to those folks without sacrificing their beer standards! The food was unreal - must get the pretzel bites, fries and huge hot dog! Met one of the owners and he was so kind and educated us on the brewery a bit! Highly recommend!!

Great food and beer selection. The servers are always friendly and talkative. I had the cheesesteak and my wife had the smash burger, both were delicious. It's a nice place with a huge outdoor area.

Came tonight because we had gift certificates but we've been before and we enjoy coming here. It was a Thursday night and it wasn't too busy inside but outside there was a band playing and the city had booth outside showing how they are making Myrtle beach better.. the beer was good and we got food.. I had the smash burger.. it was real good for a bar food!! The staff came outside to serve us at the tables they have. They were very attentive and nice. It was a good night with good beer and good food..

The restaurant had several tables inside. They keep everything clean and organized but the menus were slightly sticky. Could be the fact that they serve beer. My wife and I did the VIP…read moretour and it was amazing - very well led by SAM who spoke well on how they make their spirits as he showed us around, helping us pick spirits for our sampling and leading us through the equipment then to the "secret" Speakeasy. We loved our time at Twelve 33, enjoying our visit with SAM and KEVIN, the food, the spirits and the general feeling of joy persistent throughout the facility. Highly recommend you work in time to visit! TOUR $29 per person gets you a very personalized tour with an employee - in our case, that employee was SAM TICE who we learned is the Assistant Distiller and Operations Manager so he definitely knows his stuff! On the tour, you start by picking your spirits that will be on your tasting flight. Yeah, it seems weird to pick them up front but then while you're on the tour in the back, their staff is pouring all your spirits so they are ready for you when you're done - very efficient! And don't worry, your guide will assist you in selecting spirits and there's a very descriptive menu to help you out as well. SPIRITS The spirits I tried were excellent and my wife enjoyed hers as well, starting with their Intemperance Vodka that both of us got and fell in love with. And that's saying something! We are both Belvedere fans as our number one vodka of choice, and it's a Rye vodka so normally we're not in on the corn/wheat types but this vodka was smooth, delightful and fun enough that we purchased 2 bottles on our way out. Beyond that, our tastes went different directions as I loaded up on whiskeys and my wife went the tequila and cream liquor route. My favorite was the Triple Oaked whisky which I also procured a bottle of as we exited SPEAKEASY Such a fun surprise - at the end of the tour, you open their speakeasy by uttering the password, and step back into time with early 1900's decor and music, plus your tasting flight waiting with water and pretzels for you to enjoy. They give you time to taste and also select a cocktail (included in the tour) from their menu which they bring to you to imbibe in this fun room! FOOD We only tried one item from their Small Bites menu - a flatbread - but it was awesome. Very interesting flatbread as it was smaller than I think we expected but the ingredients were perfectly balanced and appropriately sized - we had the BBQ Chicken pizza with BBQ sauce, roasted chicken, purple onion and 3 cheese blend. It was cute and the perfect amount of food for a snack before we moved on to dinner closer to our hotel. STAFF Besides SAM who gave us the tour, we met KEVIN OSBORN, the founder/owner/head distiller who swung by to say hello and chat for a moment. He was very nice and it was great of him to drop by. We had servers and other staff that were equally friendly and welcoming - a warm, enthusiastic group of people that all seem to truly love working at Twelve 33 Distillery, and it made our visit even better

Perfect Spot for a Sunny Afternoon Lunch!…read more We stopped into Gordon Biersch Brewery in Myrtle Beach on a beautiful sunny Friday afternoon for a late lunch, and we were thrilled to be seated right away in their lovely outdoor dining area. Our server was fantastic--very attentive, bringing out our drinks super quickly and checking in just when we were ready to order. The menu has tons of wonderful options, from fresh salads to hearty sandwiches and their signature brewery-inspired dishes. Prices are a bit on the higher side for lunch, but the quality makes it completely worth it. I went with the Caesar salad topped with salmon, which was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly dressed--the salmon was cooked just right. My husband ordered the French dip with fries, and he raved about how juicy and tender the beef was. Portions weren't enormous, but they were more than adequate and left us satisfied without feeling stuffed. The highlight was definitely sitting outside in the spring sunshine, people-watching in the vibrant Market Common area while enjoying the relaxed vibe. The patio setup with umbrellas kept it comfortable, and the whole atmosphere felt welcoming and lively in the best way. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Myrtle Beach--great food, excellent service, and that outdoor seating on a perfect day is hard to beat!
