My experience here at BurgerFi on West Palm Beach was wonderful. It was my first time here. The young lady that took care of us was very professional and showed excellent customer service. Her name was Latoya. She took our orders and we had them at our table within a matter of minutes. The food was hot and delicious. The environment was cozy and friendly. I stopped to get burgers for the first time in 5 years and I couldn't believe they are still operating in downtown WPB, and by City Place nonetheless. Let's start with the food: Food was ok. I ordered a burger without tomatoes, it seems they understood no lettuce as well. Fries were burnt and tasteless. Why? Service: servers were kind, sympathetic and attentive with everyone waiting patiently for their food. They now have board games to keep you entertained while you wait for the food. Nice idea! Ambience: Nice ambience, lots of families with kids, and they all seemed to be having a good time. State of restaurant: D-I-R-T-Y!!! That is what was the most shocking to me. If the place is dirty, chances are the bathrooms are disgusting. Sure enough! Not only were they dirty, they were forgotten. Looking at the area where the bathrooms are, it looks like their warehouse. If the bathrooms are dirty, the kitchen will be too. So I took the food I had already paid for and tossed it. Well, I could see why they're closing these places left and right, very unorganized took forever to get a cheeseburger and onion rings, the little manager was walking around in circles more confused in the employees, they take your name instead of using a table number, then they just walk around looking for someone yelling out their name instead of a table number that they have right there on the counter. This is by far the dirtiest and most filthy BurgerFi I've ever been to--possibly in the entire country! Every time I've visited this location at 700 S Rosemary Ave in West Palm Beach, there's trash scattered all over the floor, and the tables are left completely uncleaned with old food and wrappers everywhere. It's really off-putting and makes it hard to enjoy your meal. On top of that, it's severely understaffed, leading to painfully slow service. The three times I've been here, they've been out of several menu items, and the drink fountain was missing half the selections (many buttons just didn't work or were empty). Unfortunately, this has been consistent enough that I won't be going back again. Such a disappointment for a chain that usually has better standards. read more

Not a lot of lower priced options in downtown West Palm Beach .. I came recently on a weekday afternoon at this location at the "Square". Since it was Wed, I participated in the hump day deal - buy a beverage and get a cheeseburger for $5 (which is actually the double patty). Wasn't busy, good A/C, friendly staffer, clean tables and bathroom, soda refill machine (the jukebox kind) .. the burger was very good, a smashburger, quality meat, wish it was more juicy. worth a visit if you want a lower priced option in the area. read more

I came in just after the lunch rush so it was much quieter than when I walked by at noon. Service was quick, there was a girl working the counter and two self kiosks to keep the line moving quickly. I ordered the CEO wagyu burger with bacon jam and I added bacon and jalapeño and an order of onion rings. The burger meat was okay, it definitely didn't appear to be wagyu although it was loaded with bacon so I was happy about that. The onion rings are delicious and huge! I had a terrible experience today. I come here very often as I live a few blocks away and usually get decent service the times I decide to stop by. Today it was a radically different experience. I was verbally threatened and insulted by their "team lead", Tevon. All because they refunded me less than what I paid. The refund was for an order I had waited around for that couldn't be made. After paying and waiting for my order I was told that they didn't have the ingredients needed for my order and that I can have a refund. Very rude and as if my time wasted was worth nothing. Just the definition of inconsiderate service. Imagine THATS their team lead! Well when he professed my refund it refunded me less than the amount that I paid! It wasn't by much but when I told him they didn't refund me the full amount he said to step to the side and he'd handle it later. I was already out 15 minutes of waiting, foodless, and now I was down a dollar and some change! And I was being told to wait a bit more! I was upset and Tevon chose to insult me and threaten me. I left to not cause any further drama. When I called to speak to the manager, workers answered and told me to get a life and hung up on me. I asked for their managers name and they just laughed. It was really frustrating but I get it, they're teenagers that's don't care. It's just a shame that they represent someone's business. I eat out a lot! Fancy places, and hot dog stands... I've never been treated as badly as I was here. Was it because I am Mexican? I don't know but it was out of nowhere and so mean spirited. Easy to say I won't be coming back anytime soon. BurgerFi used to be pretty decent. Not so much anymore. This pic is a $3.75 order of coleslaw, it's a 1/4 full small container. I get inflation is real but please try harder to fake me out and use an even smaller container. Additional, the burger meat for a semi fast food restaurant was really ok but the meat is well kinda ick these days. Also note, I ordered this from DoorDash so I also get it took a little bit longer to get to my table to eat and may not be the same as dining in. Still ick. read more

First and last time eating here. I ordered off of grub hub for pick up and wanted to remove the fi sauce and add ketchup, mustard and mayo to my burger along with the normal toppings. However, when I got back to my hotel my burger had only ketchup, mustard and mayo. It was not a good tasting burger. My husband did not like the sauces he selected with his chicken fingers he ordered. I called to complain about my burger being made incorrectly and it seemed the manager wanted to rush me off of the phone and said she would refer my concerns to the regional manager for my burger refund but I won't hold my breath about it. What a great find! Love the vibe, appearance, and location! All three on point. Ordered the BBQ Burger, fresh cut fries, and a cold beverage! Awesome. The BBQ sauce has just the right amount of bite and the burger was cooked to perfection. You already know I love fresh cut fries and they were epic here.
