Solid fast food casual burger joint. Up there with SS and 5 Guys, but with their own spin. Bun is toasted and buttered and their fries aren't greasy. Order the onion rings and don't look back. They have several home made sauces and you should take advantage of it to get your flavor. read more

I stopped by this chain burger joint for a quick dinner. I ordered the Swag burger and went to check out the Lucid electric car shop next door. I was told to return 10 minutes later, which I did and unfortunately the burger wasn't ready. Although I didn't mind waiting at all, the waiter ensured that my order was the next one ready and even included a small order of fries. Super thoughtful! The swag burger is the spicy option with jalapenos, ghost pepper bacon and pepper jack cheese. I thought the meat was cooked perfectly and all the toppings complemented each other well. Disappointed & Overpriced I decide to switch things up, and try something new. I ordered their 'Street Stack' burger they were promoting all through the restaurant. In typical marketing fashion what arrived to my table looked almost nothing like the pictures they had hanging up all over the restaurant. Thankfully the burger ended up tasting better than it looked. And my next complaint is that the burgers don't come with fries, and to add insult to injury their regular fry (which would be a small anywhere else in the world) cost $4! I've visited this particular BurgerFi on 3-4 occasions. The customer service as well as the quality of food has been consistently pleasing. I've never had an issue when dining at this establishment. I dined here this afternoon with my daughter for lunch. Everlald (I apologize if spelled incorrectly) was our cashier. He was extremely efficient and polite. We placed our order with him, collected our number and located a table. We visited the beverage and condiment station in route to selecting our table. The station was clean and well stocked with supplies. My only gripe is fresh brewed tea isn't one of the beverage options. We received our food in a reasonable amount of time and it was delivered hot and fresh. The burgers were both photo worthy and delicious. My daughter opted for the veggie burger and I had a single burger with bacon. She raved about her veggie burger and the bacon on my beef burger was cooked to perfection. A regular size order or French Fries goes a long way so we shared. The fries were equally as scrumptious as the burgers and were salted just right. We had two staff members pass by our table to inquire about our meals were and check on our needs. We were more than delighted with our meals and will surely dine here again in the future. read more

I wish I could order verbally instead of on the machine since the add on and take off options aren't as diverse on the machine you have to use. This place needs to get themselves together and quick. I'm visiting from out of town and placed an online order. I ordered for a specific time and I got there a few minutes early and my order was already sitting there on the counter. Three people walked past me before somebody asked me if I need some help and I was right beside my bag. I got the bag and I checked it however I assumed that some of the sauces I ordered were inside the fries bag to stay warm. I walked back to my hotel and realized that some of my sauces that I paid for were missing. I called the restaurant back to only be told that the manager, Gil, said I need to call corporate in order to get a refund for my missing sauces ($3). Didn't even come to the phone and passed the message to an employee that felt the need to tell me that they are not supposed to be on the clock right now. This is very unsatisfactory. People place online orders for the convenience and trust that a restaurant can get it correct. The lack of care that this establishment places on customer service and online orders is appalling. We went to the location in Citiplace b/c my tween absolutely loves their burgers and fries. We love that you use the computer to order, it also has facial recognition so the next time you go there it is that much easier to order . It was easy to order and the food comes to the table quickly. (You put a number on your table and someone brings it over ).
