BurgerFi is a good spot located in Winter Garden to grab a quick bite to eat for lunch/brunch. The service was fast and efficient. The fries are delicious and very flavorful (well seasoned). The chicken tender was crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside. And, as for the burger, it was decent. I personally think the patty was not as juicy. But overall, good experience and enjoy the meal. The environment is very lively and definitely kid friendly since the franchise is in the center of downtown Winter Garden. There are a lot of cool places to check out as well.

COLD SOGGY LIMP OLD OILY GROSS UNSEASONED UNSALTED REGULAR FRIES! 0/10 would not recommend

Ordered to go yesterday at the winter garden location ...the store was DEAD! Not a soul in there not even an employee - when I walked in yo the restaurant there was no one in the register area, i awkward had to wait a moment before someone realized I was there & came out of the back/kitchen area to the front to help me. ... to my surprise my order was ready a few minutes before the ETA which was great... got my food and my cup & walked to the coke freestyle machine to grab a drink where I was very annoyed to find that like 75% of the options were out of service! Nothing good available just like zero calories fake lemonades and diet root beer grab that and it was all bubbles and no syrup... next option same thing no syrup! UGH was like ok whatever not a big deal grabbed my 7th option of a drink and headed over to the food hall across the way to eat with my friends i sit down and grab a fry out of the bag... COLD SOGGY OLD WET LIMP OILY GROSS were all great adjectives to describe the slop I was served.... The burger was shocking hot and fresh, tasted pretty good other than the fact that it was served on a stale bun that was falling apart! This was a horrible experience and I was disappointed annoyed, frustrated to say the least that I spend $20+ dollar on such a sh!tty meal! I have eaten at this location a few times in the past and never had any problems but yesterday was really bad I will not be willing to roll the dice hoping for a better outcome next time and I will not be willing to give this location another chance. If I'm going to spend $20+ on subpar food I'll just eat in the food hall in the brewery next time!!!!!! BurgerFi you should be ashamed to charge these prices and serve food this bad!!!!!

My barber is in Winter Garden, so I decided to take a drive through downtown after my haircut. As I drove around the circle toward the end of Downtown on Plant Street, I saw a sign outside of Burger Fi advertising a Wagyu burger. I've heard so much about this elite beef, couldn't pass up the chance to sample a bite. Got the Wagyu burger, urban fries (herbs, Parmesan, aoli sauce) and a vanilla shake. I don't know whether Burger Fi has simply mastered the art of the burger or if it is the Wagyu, but it was delicious! Fries on point. Counter crew was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was a bit chilly. I had to go get my emergency sweater from the car. A little pricey, but I would, and will, do it again. 1/17/20 - back again. CEO this time (double Wagyu). Still delicious! Best burgers around! Another great experience with wonderful service and top-not

Imagine you haven't been able to eat and when you finally can, you're told you can get whatever you'd like. So you search thru Yelp to find someplace that offers a GF bun on a hamburger. You find BurgerFi! You're hungry and looking so forward to this meal, only to open the bag and discover a beef patty with cheese sitting on a single soggy piece of lettuce. No bun, no extra sauce, no fries. We called to let the restaurant know the order was wrong and I was first told they were "so busy" but I could talk to the manager. The manager (Ryan) explained they were out of gf buns and someone was supposed to tell the delivery driver to let me know. Although I was charged for the items I didn't receive, BurgerFi can't do anything about it since I went through a delivery app. They apparently can't update the app to reflect being out of an item, they can't contact the customer to let them know in advance and they can't adjust the payment on items that are out of stock. But even if this IS a 3rd party app issue, the entire order was incomplete, down to no napkins or condiments in the bag. Manager Ryan's solution? She could remake the same order (sans bun of course) but I would have to drive up to get it myself! Unfortunately I cannot leave the person for whom I ordered the food (thus the need for delivery in the first place). She did apologize but her ambivalence, lack of customer service and creative thinking to retain a first (and last) time customer was shocking. If you know an order is incomplete going out the door, throw a coupon for a complimentary meal in the bag. Write a quick apology on the receipt/bag with an extra item to the order. Do SOMETHING besides just placing blaming elsewhere.

Love BurgerFi and the service! Gabriel is fantastic and was very helpful and kind. The burger was excellent and the fries were crisp. Beer was cold, and BOGO during the day! Come here when crooked can is a bit busy to enjoy the atmosphere of DTWG!

Food was okay! Burgers were decent, sweet potato fries were horrible I didn't even eat them, just threw them out. They were overdone it looked like they cooked twice. The staff was friendly

Love this new burger place her in historic downtown Winter Garden. I've been to burger fi before to their Windermere location and found this place to have the same good quality. The burger fi cheeseburger that I chose was delicious and filling. I substituted the bun for their green bun, which is pretty much a lettuce wrap for those who would like a healthier option. The optional toppings are also great, like the grilled onions I added and the bbq sauce. If you get a chance ask for extra burger fi sauce on the side so that you can dip your fries or onions rings in. The onion rings are huge, by the way. Great for sharing as well as their fries. Definitely going back to this place again on Plant Street.

No one else there, but the owner / chef was eager to serve us and helped everyone choose the burger that best suited their tastes. I ordered the gouda bacon cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. Everything is fresh made, so there was a bit of wait as he prepared meals for all six of us, but it was worth it! My burger came piled high with a freshly grilled beef patty topped with two slices of bacon, caramelized onions, tomato, lettuce, a couple of onion rings, horseradish sauce and melted gouda cheese on a brioche bun. I'm not always a fan of brioche buns for a burger as they tend to fall apart, but his held up well to all the overflowing toppings. The onion rings were super-crispy and I also got to try their fries which were a tad undercooked, but tasty overall. Make sure to ask for the "That One" sauce for dipping your sides in...kinda like the bloomin' onion sauce you'd get at Outback. Delish! We had a solid meal here, would definitely return if in the area again.

This reads less like a sincere tribute to Native American history and more like a marketing…read moredepartment's fantasy of what Native American history looks like. The opening paragraph is historically simplistic to the point of being misleading. Thousands of years of Indigenous history across two continents are compressed into a cartoon narrative about tribes "taking over" America and earning their place through bravery. Entire civilizations, languages, governments, trade networks, spiritual traditions, agricultural innovations, and cultural achievements are reduced to a generic story about warriors and conquest. The text repeatedly treats hundreds of distinct Indigenous nations as if they were a single culture with a shared identity and experience. The Apaches, Cherokees, Navajos, Cheyennes, and countless others are mentioned almost as decorative references before being blended into one vague idea of "the Indian." Modern scholarship, Indigenous historians, and Native communities themselves have spent decades pushing back against exactly this kind of flattening of Native identity. The deeper problem is that Native Americans appear to function here primarily as a branding tool. Indigenous peoples are introduced, their history is briefly summarized, and then the narrative immediately pivots to selling hamburgers. The text essentially argues that because Native Americans were brave, a burger restaurant can inherit that "warrior spirit" and use it as a brand identity. That connection is so weak that it borders on absurd. The repeated use of terms like "warrior spirit," "warrior cooks," and "bravery" relies on some of the oldest and most overused stereotypes applied to Native Americans. It presents Indigenous peoples primarily as warriors, hunters, and tribal figures rather than as diverse, living communities with rich and evolving cultures. While courage and resilience are certainly part of many Indigenous histories, reducing entire peoples to warrior symbolism is not respect--it is stereotype. What makes this especially concerning is that there appears to be no meaningful connection between the brand and Native communities. Is the business Native-owned? Does it partner with Native organizations? Does it support Indigenous causes? Were Native people consulted in developing the brand? Is there any authentic Indigenous influence on the menu, recipes, sourcing, or business mission? The text offers no indication of any such relationship. Instead, it appears to borrow Indigenous identity, imagery, and symbolism while giving little back to the people whose cultures it claims to celebrate. As a result, the branding can feel less like appreciation and more like appropriation. Native American history becomes a backdrop, an aesthetic, and a source of marketing language rather than something treated with care, accuracy, or depth. The story invokes Indigenous peoples not to educate customers about them, but to create an atmosphere of toughness, adventure, and authenticity around a burger. From a branding perspective, the concept is surprisingly self-defeating. The story spends so much time romanticizing a vague and stereotypical version of Native American history that it never establishes a convincing reason why any of this relates to hamburgers in the first place. The connection feels forced, contrived, and ultimately unbelievable. Rather than strengthening the brand, it raises questions about why Indigenous identity was chosen as the foundation of the business at all. If the goal was to honor Native Americans, the brand should begin with historical accuracy, specificity, genuine relationships, and respect for the diversity of Indigenous cultures. Instead, it presents a romanticized and commercialized version of Native history that exists primarily to make a hamburger sound more exciting. Ultimately, the most difficult question this brand story fails to answer is also the most important one: Why are Native Americans central to the identity of this restaurant? If the answer is simply that concepts like bravery, warriors, and tribal imagery make for compelling marketing, then the brand is not truly celebrating Indigenous cultures--it is using them. That distinction matters, and it is why many readers may find this narrative not only historically questionable, but deeply inappropriate as the foundation of a modern business.
