We had a truly awful dining experience here tonight. Probably should have bailed out, when we had to repeat our order three times, but we had brought out of town friends and kids and really needed to get seated to eat. After waiting more than an hour, 2 out of 3 burgers were prepared incorrectly, the fries were soggy, and the second half of our order was further delayed because they actually lost it. The business wasn't offering a receipt of any kind, even upon request. (which is actually illegal), which made escalating to the manager challenging as well. No ketchup available in the dispenser and employees are only able to escalate to the manager and can't help. Save yourself the trip and get a basic burger elsewhere. read more

Booo hisssss I couldn't even taste salt and pepper. A single paddy ran about $8.00. Onion rings- small was about $5.00 and my shake - small was about $5.00. Yes nearly $20.00 for one person. The onion rings were huge and well seasoned and very good. The shake was sweet and I didn't get a custard flavor but it was good. Nothing more to say about the bland burger. The staff was polite. Only one person on the register but she was fast. Indoor/outdoor seating. At first the place was trashy but someone came to clean it up. Good location in the middle of a Stonebridge. First time here. My impression is that this is a more expensive Five Guys. That said, Five Guys has better fries. Probably won't go back.

We stopped in...a group of 12 for dinner. We considered all of the surrounding restaurants and wanted sonewhere casual, quick and laid back. The place is clean and the staff was friendly. It took about 20 minutes for all of us to get our food, but we ordered separately. They have a good selection of craft beers and a few wines. We had a taste of everything on the menu...hot dogs, veggie burgers, burgers, milkshakes, custard, wine and beer. EVERYTHING was spectacular! Raves from all 12 of us! My ONLY complaint was that my veggie burger was in regular iceburg lettuce. I wish that it was in a leaf lettuce. read more

I've been to a couple BurgerFi locations and this one might be the coolest! The facade of the restaurant was all metal with a huge screen right above it. The outside patio right next to the lawn was very nice and enjoyable. The tables, chairs, and floors were really clean, which is rare for outdoor sitting. The quality of the food was amazing like all the other locations I've visited. This time I tried the conflicted burger, and it might be my new favorite. The veggie patty was so good, honestly way better than I expected! Once again I leave BurgerFi extremely happy! read more

This rating is purely based on the Beyond Burger. I've never had a real beef burger before, so as far as taste goes, I don't know what to compare this to. But I will say, this looked like beef and had this smokiness that grilled meat tends to get. It was veryyy good! I liked the atmosphere too. I've been to this location several times as I've always enjoyed the food. However, nearly every time before and during COVID, they are constantly screwing up orders, short staffed, taking two or three times the amount of time they estimate or just rude when you ask for a status. So this is a new place in Stonebridge. My husband is a dieheart burger fan. He shows up with this back and tells me that these burgers are the bomb.com. I told him that I would be the judge of that. We came here for dinner and was greeted as soon as we came in. I order the brisket burger with the blue cheese and cheddar. Small burgers but the flavor was there. I was surprised that I couldn't finish my burger. We also ordered the cry+fry. This is a Onion Ring and French Fry combo. Boy o Boy, were they good. I love the onion rings here. Burgerfi is a gourmet burger place not like the other places. History/Overview: Burgerfi started out in Delray Beach, Florida, February 2011. Burgerfi seems to try to separate themselves as a gourmet burger gastropub and not a regular fast food location. They pride themselves on their beef (hormone free, antibiotic free, and humanly treated), fresh ingredients, helping the community, and being environmentally friendly. Review: Located in the heart of Stonebridge shopping center, surrounded by made from scratch kitchens, and finer dining, Burgerfi has much to live up to. My wife and I decided to give Burgerfi a try, being burnt out on the local places. The outside is tough to find parking due to the layout of Stonebridge. The inside is a bit cramped for the amount of tables they have inside, but still give a good burger restaurant feel. The ordering process is simple and the servers are helpful. Although they just opened, even at 7:30 on a Saturday night they weren't overly crowded. The server recommended the 'breakfast all day burger' which includes angus burger, american cheese, bacon, maple syrup, fried egg, hash brown, grilled onions, and ketchup. I also ordered the cry+fry (3 large onion rings and fresh hand cut fries). The burgers are a little on the smaller side. The flavor gives a good fresh flavor, juicy but not greasy, and a slight grill flavor. The toppings were a great addition, fresh, and added a good balance and flavor to the burger. The onion rings were big, however fairly standard for flavor. The fries were a good addition and definitely had a fresh hand cut look and flavor. The owners were there while we were, meeting customers which was good to see. Servers seemed very helpful and happy to help everyone. Overall, I would recommend giving this burger place a try. It may not be a replacement for the usual burger places you're used to or choose to go to, but it's a good change from the typical places around the area. We went for lunch as a business group. The restaurant has a nice layout and was clean and decorated nicely too. The prices are very high, especially for mediocre burgers. The size of the burger, with only one patty (as I didn't want two) was extremely small for the price. It did take quite a while for the food to be made, even though it wasn't very busy. The "aioli" on the fries tasted like straight mayo, not like it had any amount of truffle in it. The onion rings looked very impressive, but also didn't taste very well. The onion in them was very thick and the flavor was slightly off. The soda fountain machine closest to the front counter didn't have ice that worked in it, but the other soda fountain only had half of the drinks working. So, I had to get ice from one machine and drink from the other. Overall, for the prices and flavors, this visit was very mediocre and unless they pick up the clues (from all these 3 and lower star reviews) and makes changes, I can't see them being too successful in this location. read more

First time hearing of Burgerfi, and eating at this particular location.. I'm just gonna save you the time of reading the full review. This is now my new go to burger spot! (Please read on tho lol) Pros: Burgerfi Burger - (Double patty, Lettuce, grilled onion, grilled mushrooms, Burgerfi sauce) Delicious! Love the Burgerfi sauce.. Next time I'd probably add Swiss, bacon, extra sauce, and maybe ketchup. Cry+Fry - (Fries with Parmesan herb, and Onion rings) Amazing! Fries were just how they should be; fresh cut, fried crispy, but soft on the inside.. Parmesan herb put them over the top. The onion rings are equally Amazing. I usually don't like the extra large ones, but these were cooked perfectly well done and extra crispy. I HATE when places under cook them and you get a shot glass amount of cooking oil when you bite into them. Also definitely enough fries for two unless you're a fatass lol.. Service - Great! Greeted when I walked up to the counter, staff was very nice, and helpful.. I originally ordered regular fries before seeing someone eles's brought out looking delicious.. Even tho the guy had already rung me up he happily changed my order directly with the kitchen and didn't even run my card again even though I wouldn't have had a problem with it. Location and Decor - Pretty dope on the inside.. Very well designed. I sat at a high stool bar style table.. I like the hard wood accents in the walls and tables.. It also has the self serve "a million and one" flavor Coke machines even tho I don't drink sodas anymore. Price- Great! My food was $13.. Definitely seems like it should've been more expensive and I would happily expect to pay more for this quality. CONS: - Either they don't sell or just didn't have bottled water when I went.. Gave me a shot glass sized water cup which is free of course, but I literally had to refill it 5 times lol.. No big deal but please get bottled soon. - Dipping containers. Again not a big deal, but I'm just trying to do a thorough review.. They are the super small paper ones.. Impossible to use for dipping the huge onion rings and youre definitely gonna need to fill up about 4 of them for an order of fries. -Turkey burger patty would be nice .. Trying to cut back on the red meat but that's just me That's pretty much all I had for this trip.. There are a ton of other things I plan to try on the menu.. Oh, they also brought out free custard samples to taste.. I tried the vanilla and it was good.. I really hope this business makes it and is around for years to come.. BurgerFI offers a burger that I can feel good about eating. Well, I feel good about eating most cheeseburgers but this one is special because it is made with grass-fed beef--no hormones, no antibiotics. This spot is the perfect addition for Stonebridge where the quick options seem to be better than some of the sit-down restaurants in the area. I got the BurgerFi cheeseburger which comes with two small patties. It was good and juicy and plenty of toppings to choose from--I opted for the garlic aioli, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms. I really enjoyed it even though it was not as large as it looked in the pictures/menu. Also I split a cry + fry and the fries were disappointing because they were under seasoned (supposed to be parmesan and herb) and under cooked but their onion rings were huuuge. Calling all chicago dog lovers! They serve Vienna beef hot dogs here and serve all of the fixins so you can get one dragged through the garden. What happened to BurgerFi, was on the road and decided to stop and grab a bite to eat before getting home. What a mistake, milkshake machine was broken. So settled for water. Ordered our burger and fries and for $30 we got cold, dry burgers so obviously the burgers were precooked and sitting and to top it off the fries must have been from a previous order because the were room temperature. Had to clean our own table, so sadly best thing we had was the water because the cashier gave us full size cups. So disappointed, don't think we will be back. read more

We ordered food and a shake. I waited about 10 mins then received my shake so I asked about the food. They told me it'd take 15 mins which is absurd. I work in a restaurant and orders average about 12 mins of preparation from the moment they're sent. It does not take 25 minutes to make fries and a couple burgers. Dear owner/s, are you really that hard up you have to up sell water? Secondly, the music was far too loud for a space that small. On to the service. We arrived around 11:30 AM on Saturday. There were two other patrons in the restaurant when we arrived, and they had their meals. We ordered two veggie burgers, fries and onion rings. Then we waited. And waited and waited, and then waited some more. The customers that came after us were getting their food, and had larger orders. I'm not sure what made them notice us, because my back was to the counter, but perhaps the hungry look on my husbands face is what did it. The girl brought the food. Both burgers were stone cold. The fries weren't cold, but they weren't hot. Dear Management, part of your job is quality control. I told the girl at the counter that our food was cold and she didn't look surprised. She offered to have new burgers made. We've already waited over 45 minutes for the food, and for it to come out cold is pathetic. I'm willing to wait for good food, but to pay $30 I would like to at least be hot. Really small burger and it was dry . Did not taste the bacon tomato jam at all. The truffle aioli just overpowered the whole burger. The onion rings looked good but we didn't get them. I was really looking forward to this place, now I wish I went elsewhere. We ordered 2 burgers to go, one with fries, one with onion rings. Waited way too long for less than fast food quality. When we got home the bags were covered in grease, these weren't five guys fries... the bag was dripping with grease! The fries and onion rings were soggy and falling apart. Now having to throw them in the oven in hopes to crisp them up. I really hoped the burger would make up for it, however it was under cooked with grease pouring out of the bottom. I'm now disassembling my burger, trying to cook it properly, unfortunately I cannot replace the soggy bun. This place is delicious! The custard ice cream is firm and it's a decent size. They have chocolate, Vanilla and swirl. They have a wide verity of burger choices. I couldn't decide between the 2 veggie options they had so we got them both and tried them. The patties were fresh, flavorful and you could really taste the ingredients. It tasted very fresh not like it was a microwaved patty. The fries were very crisp and tasty. They were fresh and didn't taste dry or soggy- absolute perfection! Literally THE best burger that I've ever had! We came from NC and were looking for a quick burger, with no great expectations lol and this place came through! Customer service was phenomenal, the ingredients were oh so fresh and the establishment is absolutely beautiful!
