I wrote a review from Fathers day already. Its my grandsons 12th birthday and guess where he wants to go? I agreed, because they get to choose. I told them waitress that last time was horrible, she understood and took on the challenge. All was well until dinners came in. Only my wife had a salad before her entree. When the entrees came to the table, by another server, my wife had no meal and mine was missing a loaded potato. The kids also had no ranch, which is a federal crime to them. We asked 2 others and our server, never received. When our server came out to see how dinner was going, I told her we are missing 1 entrees and my side of potato. She quickly went to kitchen and came back with the potatoes and then apologized for not keying in my wife's dinner. By the time she received her meal, most of us were done. The manager 1st came to apologize and said that she will comp us a dessert, but still no entrees yet. It took another 20 minutes from our entrees, before she received hers. The manager came back and said the entrees is on her. The food is always good, but for 6 people, over $200, I would like to eat together and have great service. When they brought out a free dessert for the birthday boy, they never asked what he likes, of course it was not what he wanted. He blew out the candle and then I ordered the dessert he did want for his birthday. Yes, you guessed it, I paid for that and the free dessert the manager mentioned, must have been recalled because entrees was free, which was the higher price, but she should have given her the dessert to make up to HER, for delayed food, since I paid for the meal only I benefited. Its saddening that this will be off our list here in Woodbridge. There are many others to choose from, even with 4 or 5 going out of business lately. In closing, the food is good, but service is terrible and since managers were involved, it seems like a culture problem of quality employees.

In the lobby, there's 6 establishments on the 1st floor such as Crab Tastic, R' Burger, Mama Mia's Italian Kitchen, Southern Spin Kitchen, The Bar and Corner Store. But you have to check the listings as they do not open on the same days and hours. During Mondays-Wednesdays, you have to place your order at the Corner Store for Southern Spin Kitchen and R' Burger. There were 3 items: 1) Chicken and Waffle Sliders 2) Fried Chicken 3) Peach Cobbler. The sliders were unique, waffles were fluffy and chicken were crispy. You get 3 portions served with crispy fries and slaw but never received the slaw but everything was delicious. The fried chicken platter is served with two sides of choice (collard greens and mac n' cheese). Be careful with the first bite as the fried chicken is piping hot. The two sides are were delicious but the collard greens were too sweet for me. The peach cobbler was supposed to be à la mode in which the kitchen staff of SSK informed they ran out of ice cream. As I return to the cashier named Tasia F, I informed her of what SSK staff told me about the ice cream. With the assistance of another cashier named Allie, I was informed that cashier Tasia F went searching through other kitchens within the resort to see if ice cream was in stock. Unfortunately there wasn't any ice cream available which was okay. I wasn't expecting anything because I understand if supplies were short. But I had excellent service with these two cashiers who were friendly, genuine, knowledgeable and beyond customer service. I would make future visit to try other items on their menu as well as other establishments

The rotisserie chicken was pretty good, collard greens and baked beans are prepared with pork (fyi). Substitutions for chicken pieces are not allowed. My husband had the smothered pork chops which he really enjoyed. His only complaint was there wasn't as much gravy as he would've liked on the pork chop but instead was covered in a lot of mushrooms. We would definitely visit again!

The Woodbridge Silver Dinner is a very busy place today. The ambience and moods seem to be running on happy high octane. The sounds of meals being prepared along with the smells are mouth watering. Evidently, I must be hungry. Upon being shown to our table by a young lady with short hair, we learned from the lady which specials are available for brunch. The lady reminded me of Rhea Ripley. Someone I vaguely remember seeing before I stopped watching WWE. Now she is very popular and I see how she looks now. The lady who seated us remind me of a young Rhea Ripley, but with the short black hair and a bit of the gothic vibe. All of these passed through my head as our host was talking to us. I think this host lady will be making it big very soon. Our server's name is David, but he likes to go by the name DJ. DJ took our orders and the were brought to us pretty quickly. I appreciate DJ informing us that the Rootbeer I would have ordered was flat. The soda machine appeared to be out of the C02...or something else all together. I ended up sticking with good old H20. I ordered the Belgian Waffle&Eggs. Since I do not eat eggs, I substituted the eggs for the new menu item called Home Fries with Caramelized Onions. My wife ordered the French Toast and Eggs with an order of Home Fries with Caramelized Onions, as well. The food was delicious as it almost always is. We saw and heard DJ talking to other guests in his high friendly energy he puts out. Unfortunately, one customer didn't seem to be enjoying himself and got loud and rude with DJ and a customer. Things could have ugly, but they didn't. Cooler heads prevailed dispite Rude Boy taking his anger out on other customers. Whether or not his wife, girlfriend or sister was embarrassed by his rude boy manners, Rihanna's message of the Rude Boy song needs to be upgraded...without the sexual innuendos to her. The other option, "Everything He Owns In A Box To The Left." I am digressing. Back to the subject at hand. DJ is a grown man and handled Rude Boy's remarks and fixed the issue. DJ apologize to his guests for the Rude Boys outbursts. Just another day at Silver Dinner if you don't let rude remarks hit you/bother you like a bat out of hell. The staff members seem pretty down to earth and they all worked together to get food out to the guests. Yes, mistakes can happen, but it's how the problem(s) are handled. We will definitely be back.

Even though it was pretty busy, we were seated immediately, and I was especially grateful to be seated in a quieter corner where the tables were more to the side instead of directly behind us. It was a stressful moment because my autistic son was having a really hard time and was clearly overwhelmed. Our server was wonderful, but the manager, Joy, was truly an angel sent at the perfect time. Not only did she remember our family from a previous visit, but after we explained that our son is autistic and was struggling in the moment, she immediately went to the back and returned with markers, paper, gemstone stickers, a timer, and more -- almost like she was fully prepared for children with sensory needs. I honestly can't express how much that meant to us. Her timing couldn't have been better, and we will forever be grateful for her kindness and compassion. On top of that, when my food came out, my steak wasn't cooked the way I requested. I honestly wasn't even planning to say anything, but Joy noticed I wasn't eating it and asked how I had ordered it cooked. When I explained, she kindly offered to remove it from the check. Managers like Joy are rare and so deeply appreciated. The food was great, but truthfully, Joy is what made this experience unforgettable. You can tell she's not only an amazing manager, but also a genuinely good person with a caring heart. Thank you, Joy, for making such a lasting impression on our family. As someone who resides in Dumfries, this is a very welcome addition to upscale dining, and I was greatly surprised by the decor. I've visited many casinos locally and around the country, including Vegas, Atlantic City, Biloxi, Mississippi, and New Orleans, and I must say this restaurant's decor is on par with many of the other fine-dining restaurants. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was not busy at all. In fact, there were only a few people at the bar and another couple who came in at the same time as us in the dining area. While someone would look at this and be very skeptical, I took it as number one. I was coming on a Sunday night around 5:30. Number two, it may be early for dinner, and number three. I could assure you that my food would come out hot. My server was excellent. The service was terrific, which I had heard was the most mixed part of the experience previously, due to staff turnover and inconsistent service levels for a fine-dining establishment. Akeara was fantastic, I mean, truly remarkable, and coupled with the excellent management and leadership of Veronica Keller, they made the dynamic duo who saved my dining experience. Akeara was very well-versed in the menu and sensitive to dietary restrictions when asked about many of the ways ingredients were prepared. She was invaluable and well-versed in preparation methods, as well as in drink pairings and menu options, to ensure we had a great culinary experience. The food I really enjoyed the calamari. It was fried perfectly. The two dipping sauces were fantastic. The rose salad is absolutely a star on the appetizer menu. I was a little skeptical about the crabcake because the way she described it sounded more like a fried crabcake than a pan-seared one. I think had she mentioned pan-seared, I would have likely gone with a crab cake, but I am certainly not disappointed in the calamari, and again, the salad was phenomenal. The steaks were a different story. I think they marinate the steaks, although I got different answers from the server and the manager when I asked; however, the steaks were a great cut. I saw someone get the bone in Tomahawk, which is presented nicely, hanging from a hook, with the Chef coming out to torch butter over the steak and vegetables beneath. I got the New York strip. It was a very, very lovely piece of meat. The New York strip was severely underseasoned. In fact, I had to ask for steak sauce, which is a cardinal sin of any steak restaurant. I think had they used a little more salt, pepper, and garlic to finish the steak It would've been perfect. The cook was absolutely perfect, medium rare. The seasoning was just off. I also got the risotto and short ribs. The short rib was well seasoned, though so much gravy from the short rib almost covered the entire plate of mushroom risotto. Tasty but just a little disproportionate in presentation. The bread basket was terrific, and the honey butter was nice, though the bread had a slight cheese flavor. It was still a really good combo. The baked potato is by far one of the best values on the menu as a side item. It was large. It was hot and fully loaded. The creamed spinach was a little more cream-cheese-forward, and it seemed like the spinach needed a little something else and seasoning, so it wasn't as bland. The desserts were another story: the toffee cake I thought would look like something I would get at Hell's Kitchen looked more like a very crumbly cornbread with ice cream on top. The vanilla ice cream tasted great, but the cake was just OK. The crème brûlée was on another level. It was fantastic, creamy, full of vanilla, and had a great crunch from the Brulé sugar on top. What really made this meal so good was the service. I talked with my server about my dissatisfaction with the two lobster tails: I did not appreciate being told they were pulled from the lobster shell, and they were served cold and rubbery. The server immediately jumped into action, spoke with the manager, and had the lobster removed from the bill. Thank you so much. But what really impressed me was the time that both the manager and my server spent at the table. Veronica was truly a pleasure to meet. As a military officer who has commanded hundreds and been responsible for thousands, she really hit it out of the park with her ability to problem-solve and immediately address issues as they arose. She was very engaging and really a pleasure to be with. This dynamic duo, who've only worked at this location for less than 5 months combined, really made me say I will come back to the restaurant, assuming they may have had an off night with seasoning and timing in the kitchen. If there's anything to take away, the food is OK (3 stars), the service from this dynamic duo was fantastic, and that's why they got the four stars.

My family I absolutely love this place. We visited on this last Friday night, wanting our favorite fries and to try a new burger, and they were more busy than I've seen them before. As always the people behind the front counter were friendly and helpful yet they did seem a bit hurried due to the business. When they informed us their was a bit of a wait, we were not surprised due to the business, yet a man a few people in line ahead of us seemed very aggravated with the staff for having to wait in line for so long and even went as far as to bang on the glass near their ice cream machine to try to get the poor girl busy with ice cream orders to take his order so he wouldn't have to wait in line. We noticed that a few moments later another girl came to the back, presumably the manager to speak with the customer who very rudely demanded that his order be taken, though he was practically the next in line at this point. When it was our turn to have our order taken the same man very rudely interrupted us in the middle of our order to tell us to go somewhere else because they are not a good restaurant and continued to walk up to other people both waiting in line and those whom had been for their orders and tried to rally people in the restaurant to leave. Shortly after my order was taken the cashier started telling people it was 25 minute wait and the same man as before then got up from his table and started stopping every person after placing their order and telling them they wouldn't see their food for a good hour. About 5 minutes later he was yelling at the cashier to call the manager again. And when she came out again and gave him both his money and what appeared to be his food he still continued to complain to others in the restaurant, including myself and family. I am great full to have found a burger place that my family can enjoy, but if that's the kind of customer that comes regularly I don't know that me and my family can continue to frequent this location. After we finished our food, I went back to the counter and thanked our cashier Jacob, whom is always the most pleasant when we come, and the other girl, whose name I believe was Alex not sure, and told them to also thank the cooks and the manager who was screamed at and told them how much we love this place. Keep up the good work burgerfi, but please screen your customers better. Any place has the right to refuse ahole customers like that, regardless of their childish threats to ruin you on the internet or start a riot in your store. read more

So good I didn't even take a picture. I visited Burger Fi many years ago; the last time I came to this location was about five years ago, and I'm not sure why I stopped coming. I'm sure it had something to do with the food or service; however, if April is a season of renewal and rebirth, this place hit all those things for me. I decided to pop in because it has been a while since I've been there. When I walked in, the place was moderately sized, which could or (not) be a good sign on a Friday night. When I approached the counter, I was greeted by Edith, who was pleasant and eager to serve. I inquired about the Wagyu burger, and she gave me a favorable opinion, seeking that I was still indecisive about that choice she suggested another burger that may satisfy my tastebuds. I engaged with the staff and got various opinions (sort of like an impromptu exit poll for sorts) from Luana and Yolani between my selected bacon cheeseburger and the waygu. This is where the magic happened! Yolani was impressive with her precision of cooking and attention to detail. I mentioned to Luana and Edith I'd like the burger that used to have an egg on it (since I didn't see it on the menu, but I did see the egg, which meant I could add it on for an additional cost). My only ask was to cook not overcook the egg yoke, as the warm, rich center brings a different level of decadence to the burger. The burger was beyond seasoned and flavorful. The cheese melted perfectly, and the perfectly cooked egg with a runny yoke. The fries were hot and thick enough to provide the perfect pillowy soft interior protected by a crunch exterior. If I had to find a critique, the soda machine needed to be improved; they were out of several syrups, so the selection of drinks was limited even though the machine offered seemingly endless possibilities. I've been to Burger Fi before but this one is really bad. I paid $19 for a Breakfast Burger, the Fry/Onion Rings side, and a soft drink. The burger tasted worse than a McDonald's McGriddle with cheese, which is like $3.29. It was lukewarm and the cheese wasn't even fully melted. The egg was clearly microwaved or prepackaged. It tasted like fake food. Definitely not "all natural." The onion rings were also undercooked. I couldn't bite through them because the onion tasted almost raw, like I was biting into an actual onion. The fries were also a little stale, like they'd been prewarmed. And to top it off, the shake machine was busted, and the soft drink was missing what I normally get. As for my sister's experience, the New York style hot dog was so greasy that she had to use 10 napkins to dab it away and when she bit into it, she had to take casing out of her mouth, like they hadn't properly removed the hot dog from its packaging. We all bit out lips and ate the food but as soon as we left the store, we all agreed that the food was disgusting. Also, the tip machine makes it very hard to not tip anything. The options are 15%, 20%, and 25% and you have to press the red to not tip (which isn't made clear, especially by the cashier who tells you to pick button by motioning to the 15%-25% line). Why am I tipping for fast food? Especially food that's already obscenely overpriced. Now I have to pay the cashier $5 for the luxury of getting stale food at my table? Very disappointed. This place seems quite understaffed in mornings. I visited this afternoon, and as I waited for my food. The staff was excellent, including the young lady who took my order. She made sure that I had everything I needed and even gave me recommendations as she saw me struggling with the menu as a first-timer. But, while waiting for my order, I observed her completing multiple tasks by herself. Between tending to customers, making milkshakes, getting orders out and also cleaning up after messy diners, etc., she kept her composure but it definitely does have an impact on the dining experience--impacting wait times, the dining area gets messy, condiments and drinks run out, etc. I frequent this place regularly for lunch, since I work in the area and I have noticed this understaffing issue a handful of times, each time whoever is working the register gives it their best go but it's common sense that they need help during lunch rushes--help that I have hardly seen them receive. Having worked in the restaurant business as a manager, I can only guess that this is an issue of labor cost going up during their slower hours, but I can't help but wonder; wouldn't the managers and owners prefer to have a smoothly operating business that brings in money versus putting pressure on understaffed teens and young adults? read more

I decided to bring my kids' friends to burgerfi for the afternoon after we( my kids and I) had such a great previous experience there. The food was amazingly delicious... we ordered one of almost everything. The manager was so helpful in placing my order, he explained everything and gave me more options than I though possible. My son said it was the best burger he ever had... way better than shake shack. It means so much since we are a burger snobby family. The Milkshakes are the best part, especially the new gingerbread Carmel apple shake, and the best part is that they donate to St. Jude's with every shake purchased. We ordered three regular fries for 5 of us and all were awesome although the cry and fry was the best since we got the best of both worlds! I do have to say that the urban fries are out of this world!!! Those onion rings are crazy big and super delicious! Thank you to Raul and his team for making our experience so amazing. They've done it again! This place just gets better every time I come. Tonight I came with my friend and her daughter again for the kids eat free and was wowed by their festive spirit with all the decorations they have up for Halloween. My friends daughter not only got to eat free per their special but was given a coloring book and a balloon which made her so happy. Their customer service is top notch! After we had gotten our meals their manager Christian came over and asked if we needed anything else with such a great energy and pointed out to my friends daughter that they have the cutest little ghosts on their ceiling fan which she thought was so good. He also offered us a box and bag for our fries that we couldn't finish and to take our trays for us. Such a gentleman. If he wasn't already a manager I'd say that he should be one. Sometime last week I came in to a very clean and tidy restaurant, I was on lunch and I could smell the good vibes and of course the food just by walking by, so I stopped by and I'm very happy I did! As soon as I walked in I was greeted to burgerfi, I didn't even know the name until they said "welcome to burgerfi", it shows commitment and care for the job, not one person walked through that door without being greeted and I was in the restaurant for about 40+ min over 2 dozen people walked in. Wednesday last week I came in to a very clean and tidy restaurant, I was on lunch and I could smell the good vibes and of course the food just by walking by, so I stopped by and I'm very happy I did! As soon as I walked in I was greeted to burgerfi, I didn't even know the name until they said "welcome to burgerfi", it shows commitment and care for the job, not one person walked through that door without being greeted and I was in the restaurant for about 40+ min over 2 dozen people walked in. Came in last night with my family on a friend's recommendation. She told me that had great food and their burgers were hormone and antibiotic free, which is something that's hard to find in a good burger place. I have to say my family and I were more than surprised with our visit there. Not only were the burgers and fries totally delicious, their customer service was on point. We were helped by a cashier named mikayla who was more than helpful guiding us through the menu on what was obviously our first visit, and she even told us about their kids eat free special they were having. Didn't try the milkshakes, but the table next to us ordered some that looked soooo yummy we'll definitely have to come back just to get some. read more

I went there with some friends and we had an amazing experience, all the staff was really friendly and helpful with us.Our food was delicious, I ordered a veggie burger because I had heard from my friends that I didn't have to be vegetarian to love it and they were right, my veggie was so tasty that I can't wait to have it again.I also order those urban style fries because I was curious about how the herbs with that "garlic aioli" sauce tasted and I loved them .In addition, my friends were impressed as well with with the friendliness of the staff and with the food. This was my first visit at BurgerFi and I have to say I was very impressed by everything. The atmosphere was great and I really loved the food here. We visited Sunday around 1pm and even though it was a little busy we were served and the cashiers were really helpful! I got the strawberry milkshake and it was amazing! Thick and I could taste good pieces of strawberries in it as well. We ordered a CEO and had the Bacon Cheeseburger. in addition we tried the cry and fry and the onion rings were the best I've ever had. Been a Burgerfi fan for about a year now, i loved going to florida to visit family, cause it meant burgerfi! Its my version of in and out on the east coast, i went to the north Bethesda one and was very pleased to have found one so close to me, it was the best. i felt they were in very few states. I remember a young man that was the cashier there, created a great overall experience for me. to my surprise!!! He again was the same cashier at this restaurant in woodbridge, i believe he is a manager now, which i like to see, but my wife and daughter loved our urban fries and sandwiches, they were cooked great and im always happy with great service and tasty food. love me them burgers!! read more

Suck a horrible experience, the food might be alright but the workers and manager especially one (Vilma) are trash. I wouldn't be surprised if she's not manger anymore,she doesn't deserve it. Cute store and all but please can we get different workers. Don't understand how vilma is manager if she doesn't know English, I understand but what happens when there's an issue and someone is asking for the manager? Do we just call Charlie ? I don't know I hate that I worked here and put in so much dedication with even having customers leave reviews for the store, disappointed to say they didn't deserve me anyways. This place is awesome. My family and I love to come here. Can get crowded on the weekends, but the food and customer service can't compare to any other place like it. We absolutely love the milkshakes here. I always get the coffee mocha and the husband loves the red velvet shake. Today we tried their bacon cheese fries, and I must say we were in love. Usually we get their urban style, but I think we're gonna have a tough choice in the future. We received excellent service from the always friendly staff and a special shout out to the young man Jacob who made our delicious milkshakes. Horrible customer service if you order over the phone. First time we ordered over the phone they didn't have any record of it. Second time we said we'll try again and give them another chance and once again they didn't even have a record of the order. They said if we paid over the phone maybe they would have gotten the order? Maybe?? So what's the point of calling in? And if that was the case why not explain that on the phone when we called to order?! After coming in and explaining all that they seemed like they really didn't care. Ordered some tenders off a recommendation from a young man named Cris from what it looked like was very well rounded helping everywhere even asked me if there was anything he could do for me twice before he made and packaged my order, very kind and honest, and confident in himself as he wasted no time to ask me to review the restaurant on here! I work in stonebridge and y'all just won yourselves a loyal customer as long as you keep him around, I even offered him a job and without hesitation he respectfully declined. Was ok. I had heard such great things so maybe my expectations were set too high. My burger was good. My onion rings were good. Maybe I wasn't expecting it to be so fast food like set up. You go to counter order your food and they call your number just like jerrys pizza. I was confused that my daughter and I both ordered the same size drink but her cup was bigger than mine. When I asked the cashier she said yes they were having trouble with their cups. Which confused me on why I was charged the same price for a much smaller cup. All in all it was a ok lunch. Today was the 1st time we tried Burgerfi. The meals were excellent. Since I don't eat hamburgers and they did not have chicken sandwiches/burgers, were were about to leave, however, employee McCalea recommended the Vegiburger. I tried it and it was excellent. Donna brought us some delicious hot/tobasco sauce. I spoke to the very young manager (looked like he had only been out of high school for a couple of years) and gave high accolades to McCalea and Donna. i got to tell you my wife and son came here expecting to get a burger and some fries, and to my surprise, they had great shakes as well, wish I would have taken a picture, it was beautiful. Well anyway, I went on to have the first bite and man oh man do they delivery on the top 1 percent of beef. Burgerfi in Stonebridge has really come a long way and I'm very proud of the store. Each individual staff works really good and hard working, the staff at the front always make me feel very welcome and they're always bubbly. The managers always seem to be on top of the organization at the store and keeping everything in place. The food quality has to be out this world the burgers are juicy and always on point with the combination of the fries especially Urban style. Need a burger joint to taste?
