I will never order from here again...as you see by the pictures below of the smashed box I was handed at delivery delivery. Not sure why they thought this was acceptable to give to a customer. Even though I seen this I should have sent it back but as late as it was and as hungry as I was I just went ahead and took it. Wish I didn't because the quality of the pizza was flavorless. Can't even tell that it was pizza beside I knew what I had ordered and it's shaped as a pizza. I should have went with lil Caesar's at least their pizza taste like pizza and never had any problems with flavor lacking. Not sure how you can make pizza taste like cardboard with all those veggies and cheese... This "chocolate cake" is actually some type of mousse style cake that you can get in the freezer section of any grocery store. Tastes good but I was hoping it was actually a chocolate cake so I can eat with some ice cream. Now to the best and only good part of the meal was the chicken wings. Tasty, spicy, and hot glad I got these because the rest of the meal will most likely go in the trash. So wish I would have ordered a small because this isn't worth even freezing for when I have a taste for some pizza! I'll probably just make myself eat maybe another 2-pieces then the rest goes in the trash.. As always go with your first mind...I should have gotten up and went to the other spot instead of being lazy and ordering delivery...I guess I learned today! read more

placed an order on doordash because they had a special on this store, driver gets there to pick it up and i get a notification its canceled. i called and asked why it was canceled, he says "we dont have it" i ordered a steak and cheese and a sausage pizza! he says "its no good for me, the price too low" then hangs up! horrible service! read more

The Pizza Palace is just like a small pizza parlor should be, a couple of tables and a good selection of pizza, wing and sandwich choices to take out. Very good prices and quick to boot. The pizza was very cheesy and the crust done right. However, the pepperoni and overall pie lacked that special zest that makes a pizza great. No blue cheese for the wings? Tried Pizza Palace on a whim. Delivery. It took 1 hour 20 mins from hitting submit to a knock on my door. Too long for my taste. Delivery guy claimed rush hour traffic? On a Saturday night- yeah ok. Better off just saying it is busy. Ok, so I ordered a medium Philly cheesesteak pizza and a cheese steak sub and fries. Oh and a 2 liter of sprite. I guess I should have waited to open the sprite, but it literally exploded all over my dining table. Usually waiting 20 seconds is enough for soda to settle. I must have man handled the soda upon receiving from the delivery man and setting it on the dining room table? The pizza: it was ok. The cheese had cooled and hardened by the time it got here. I suppose that's what happens when an hour and twenty minutes goes by. The crust was good. The toppings of cheese, steak and cheese meat, tomatoes and onions just ok. Nothing great. Not terrible. Would I order it again? Never. The steak and cheese: I think there was more lettuce and cheese than meat. It tasted ok. Nothing to wow about. Only reason why there is 3 stars and not 2. Would I order again? I would if this is the last place on earth that delivered. Not lying here. The French fries: ketchup saved the day. Imagine French fries in a styrofoam clamshell for 75 mins. Yeah that's exactly how they turned out. Soggier than crisp. I can't understand how some folks hold such high regard to pizza palace. I suspect false reviews, or blind fierce loyalty. Lol. I asked about the coupon on yelp but the person taking my order didn't know how to redeem it, and said the owner would be back in 10 minutes after he prayed. No problem for me, I was completely understanding of that. But...as I'm waiting for my order, the guy indicates that they are all out of wings. Wait a minute...what the hell? It was good, but bad pizza is hard to find. We ordered two large pizzas, one cheese for the kids and one with green peppers and pepperoni for the adults. We placed the order after the normal dinner hour at 7:00 on a Thursday evening and received it at 7:40. The driver wasn't unfriendly but wasn't really friendly either. The bill was $21.50 give or take a few pennies. It was perhaps the most average experience I've ever had. Just lost a customer due to the way the manager dealt with a situation. When you place an order for a sub and then they do not add the usual items that come with it, it isn't right. Then the manager says I made it the way the slip said.. No, I'd be happy to remake it and deliver it to you, nothing of the sort. He told me to speak to the owner that took my order but he was gone for the day. Then he proceeded to hang up on me. I will NEVER spend my money there again just on the way the guy spoke to me. Awful customer service on the phone. Great usually inside when I deal with the owner. Sad that a person like the manager will drive away good customers. Walked in to order a carry out special. Large 1-topping gyro pizza. Took maybe 8 minutes and it was fresh and beautiful. Atmosphere was meh but it is a very small sitting area. Just moved to the neighborhood and thought we found a another great pizza spot! We got a coupon deal for 23.99 which included a large pizza, steak and cheese and wings. The food came in a reasonable time for a Friday night. HOWEVER it was clearly a old dry cold pizza. When my husband called back he was first informed they would bring another pizza. Then we received a call back from another gentleman who got into a argument about there pizza being fresh... I then took the phone from my husband and informed the man I was not here to argue and just wanted some hot food and We prefer not to have another pizza sent and I will post a review instead. He was trying to work with me but enough is enough! It's just pizza and You lost a customer! For the wing they were OK and the steak and cheese was good but not very little meat! read more

Ordered from this place last night. Let's make this brief- GROSS. Such a waste of money. I want a refund and they refuse. I am considering contacting my bank to get my money back. I've lived in Woodbridge for almost 20 years - and this is one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Great cheese/sauce ratio. Bread is not too thick and not too thin. The plain cheese pizza is perfect. But also try with gyro meat...awesome! Haven't tried much else, so can't rate the subs, etc. But the service is great. Carryout only. Very inexpensive and awesome. The wings are amazing - the owner gave me a few to try and I loved them. Way better than most "wings" restaurants around town! read more

I am a pizza lover and this is by far hands down the best pizza in all of Virginia. I'm their number one fan. Not only is the pizza delicious the customer service is amazing. I order from them at least 8 times a month and I have never had an order that didn't meet my expectations. I had the chance to meet the owner one day and he was sooo sweet. Those other pizza chains out there need to bow down to the Pizza Palace! We always get thin crust pizza which isn't on the menu but you can request it. I love this place! It roughly takes 20 min from the time I order until I start devouring their tasty morsels. The prices are fair and the food is orgasmic. Called in and wanted a special that was on like for 2 subs 2 drinks 2 chips for 14.99. I called and the staff member on the phone said "that's an old website we don't have that deal anymore the one we have is 2 subs 2 drinks and 2 fries for 18.99 " I mentioned how if I ordered online I could get the deal I wanted he said "I doubt it will work " and Hung up. Very poor customer service I didn't ask for the two fries he could have honored the 2 chips instead of the 2 fries. But since it was almost 10pm and my son was so adamant to get the fries deal. I called back and gave the same staff member my address and when I said the 2 subs 2 fries and 2 drinks his smart comment was "you couldn't place the order online?" Smh. Anyways I proceed with the order my order came and the food was awful the steak and cheese was plain and tasted like rubber. I was in the Woodbridge area last Friday and on a friend's recommendation stopped in for a pizza to take home. Pizza Palace is a carry out & delivery only restaurant and not much too look at, but their pizza was the best I have ever had. Ever! This is the worst place to order from. I placed an order on grub hub and what ingredients are reflected on grub hub didn't match their menu. Ordered a pizza that was not right and when I contacted the restaurant itself prior to grub hub, the gentlemen gave me attitude, told me there was nothing he could do and I had to contact grub hub myself. I did that and grub hub was nice enough to refund the order. So I reordered a new pizza and added an item, only to find out the restaurant contacted grub hub and refused my order.
