I ordered food for pickup. The online ordering was a bit difficult, because at first the site kept opting for delivery. I finally decided to call them to order, but the number at this location went straight to voicemail on the first ring both times. I was finally able to order pickup through ChowNow with Google login. The main reason for going here is because they offer halal (zabeha) meat. As I have family members with this necessity, I thought to go out of the way to order from here. The family box said it would include onion rings along with the burgers, fries, and wings, but ours did not include any. This was a bummer because I always love a good onion ring. I found the burgers to be on the smaller side. I did not like their choice of potato buns at all. The tops of the buns peel off and I believe the burgers would be much better with a different style of bun. With the family box, you can only order two styles of burgers, so we went with angus beef and grilled chicken. The meat I thought was good and both were well made. The chicken wings were good, but nothing spectacular. We got the sweet chilli garlic flavor. The family box was around $45, including tax and does fill up a family of 4.

A great burger FAST! Everyone is super friendly and kind and they pump out delicious food. The angus with extra patty and fried egg is heavenly! Be prepared to unhinge your jaw

Grabbed some quick bite at BurgerIM. I love the selection of their premium toppings and the way that you can customize your burger. I would recommend to get the Duo or the Trio. Those are smaller size burger, which you can build out different combination to try out. Beside having a side of fries, I also topped the meal with some wings and end with the shake.

Holy smokes Batman! I've seen this place on High Street, and always thought the name was stupid and never tempted enough to try this place. Turns out, I was the stupid one. These burgers are good enough to make a vegetarian change their minds. The staff is really great. It was my first time in, and all three people working made me feel like I was the owner or their own family. Really top notch. I wanted to try more than one, so I went with the duo after deciding against the trio per the girl's advice behind the counter. Glad I listened, because I'd be hurting right now if I didn't ask her. I can't remember the names of what I got, but one had an onion ring, BBQ sauce, bacon and cheese, and the other had grilled jalepenos and some tasty sauce with lettuce and they were both delicious. They don't have all the same patty options for the small burgers, but they are close due to the toppings. The onion rings are probably the best I've ever had, and they have unique fries unlike a large majority of burger joints. Speaking of other burger joints, I can't see me going to Swensons anymore, Five Guys is good, but I'd rather come here instead. The Rail is pretty good, but I still think I'd rather come here. Oh, and they have one of those fancy coke machines that you can make a custom drink...nice touch.

Meh. Burgers were just ok, a little dried out. BurgerIM fries were ok, a little salty. Sweet Potato Fries were good as were the Onion Rings.

We ordered our food and it arrived very quickly. We both got the super burger and we split a basket of fries. Random thing I loved was that the condiments had a small pair of scissors on the table to help open them! As someone who has long nails this was great and so smart. The music was a bit loud which made everyone have to speak louder to be heard. It would have been fine but with the loud music, people shouting over one another, and the train tracks right next to the building, it was a bit too loud for me. There was a friend group catching up at the bar but their conversation was becoming a bit inappropriate and the entire room could hear the explicit details of their conversation. All in all, I look forward to eating those delicious burgers again! But unless I'm there when it's less busy I might just order ahead and pick up instead

I was a bit hesitant going in because it's been years since the last Yelp review -- that lack of recent buzz (good or bad) felt concerning. On a Saturday night, it wasn't overly busy, so we didn't have trouble getting a table (they don't take reservations but do accept call-aheads). I ordered the burger and onion rings, and both were genuinely delicious -- I was very happy with my food. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't as smooth for my friends. One has a severe seafood allergy, and she was shocked to learn that all fried items (fries, onion rings, etc.) are cooked in the same oil as the seafood. It made her nervous to order much else from the menu, and we almost walked out when we found out. A separate fryer or dedicated oil for non-seafood items seems like a basic accommodation these days. Two other friends are recovering alcoholics and were disappointed that the only "non-alcoholic" beer option still contained a slight amount of alcohol. Their only other choice was a sugary mocktail, which isn't great for diabetics either. In 2026, it's surprising that a restaurant/bar still struggles with these common dietary and lifestyle needs. The food we did eat was solid, but the evening felt dampened by the lack of basic accommodations. There are plenty of other places that handle allergies and non-drinkers much better. I would have scored them much higher if they could have accommodated this basics.

This place knows how to make your taste buds do the happy dance. We didn't have to wait long for our food, which was a blessing because I was *hangry*. I opted for the classic cheeseburger with fries -- simple, juicy, and absolutely perfect. Oh, and as if one meal wasn't enough, my son also ordered a chicken sandwich. He declared it "the best ever," which is saying something because this kid is a chicken sandwich connoisseur. Boy do they know their stuff bc it was pretty much one hour to the minute when they called our name and escorted us to our table. We sat in a booth and took in on the collection of various items around the bar that have been gathered through the years and had some laughs at some of it. It was almost like a fun game of eye spy! They came to take our drink order and by the time they returned we were ready to order. We chatted for a bit and our food came out in what seemed to be a good time. I ordered the Patty Melt with onion straws. My husband got the Thurman Burger. We were surprised by its size when they came carrying it out to our table. Believe it or not he ate every single bite. Said it was delicious. Mine was equally as delicious. Maybe not quite as big but that was fine by me. I actually quite enjoyed that they served the 1000 island on the side. It made it way easier to eat. The cheese was nice and gooey. Just perfect. The onion straws were good too. I shared those with my husband. They were actually just as good on their own as they were dipped in any kind of sauce. That's big coming from me bc I love dipping! We got a box for our leftovers and headed out happy with a great first time experience here.
