First skate park my kid ever went to. Nice pool. Rails . Every edge is like like a rail. My son had a great time. No hassle from the locals

Miguel Ribera Park was a further drive but so very worth the trip... First and foremost, parking was plentiful. The park was beautiful, clean, spacious, and so very entertaining for our kiddos that range from ages 6-9. Honestly, I was shocked as to why more people weren't out on such a beautiful day and why they weren't taking advantage of this wonderful & free park. We easily spent over an hour here and the kid's 100% dragged their feet when they were directed to go home. 5/5 stars for Miguel Ribera Park. Bonus points because they have public restrooms. This is the perfect spot to host a gathering, enjoy a little picnic, or simply kill some time. I'd come here again.

There were two homeless men living at this park. Another man was walking around and talking to himself. The bathrooms were occupied by homeless men. I would not bring my family to this park. I hope Reno PD can clear these men out and make this park safe for families. There is a skate park at this park. There is a walking path which goes through the park. There is a baseball field but it's not in good condition. There is a large grassy area to play on. There are two full court basketball courts which were in good condition. There is a large playground and a smaller playground. Wood chips are underneath both playgrounds. There are swings at this park. There are no toddler swings at this park. There is a covered eating area with picnic tables. This park has a lot to offer but I think it's unsafe and dirty. Try somewhere else. There is a parking lot to park in. Be safe out there. -Dadzone

It wasn't always like this, but dont let that bring you down. Its a large park good for children. Who are young and older. They also have a lot of soccer games for the youth. The picnic area is also nice. Ismts spacious and I thi k there were two pavilions. The best part are the trees. Most parks in reno dont have such luscious trees. So its nice in a hot day. The parj is well maintained, but beware of the goose droppings. Its everywhere. Its a must visit on a nice summer day or a cool fall. Winter might be fun, but I stay indoors.

The park has alot of open space for kids to run around and has a pretty nice playground. There is also a Skate Park and parking lot on the opposite side of the park. The eastern side of the path goes along a creek and there were quite a few birds, ducks and squirrels in and around the creek. I did see graffiti on one of the park signs, so that made me wonder how safe it is. In general it's a nice park, but I would have to come back during busier times such as evening or weekends to see how it is. For now though I'm only feeling 3 stars.

We used to bring my kiddos to this park a when they were little. There's a good amount of shade, ample parking, There are restroom facilities with bright night lighting. A large stretch of grass and even a walking trail makes for some good stroller cruisin'! I'd say a highlight to this park is the awesome view and location. We paid $250 for the rental through the city of Reno. Just so you know, the power outlets DO NOT WORK. We used our vehicles for power outlets ;)
