The more difficult (at least I thought it would be) was to regrout the countertops that were bordering the wall. They had become gross and couldn't be cleaned anymore because the dirt was like stuck underneath so he pulled them all up and regrouted in like 10 minutes. Then he noticed that inside our sink some of the group was coming up as well. He didn't even charge us extra and replaced that in like 2 minutes. Everything was done outstandingly and we will definitely be using them again.

Not measured correctly, had to add extra trim to cover their mistake on our large backsplash slab. Then the measurement person said it was because we were doing a replacement and measurements can be off. The seams are huge and visible and couldn't be adjusted after being placed, I noticed 1 corner wasn't finished and they had to adjust it on site . 9 months later and we have discoloration on multiple edges despite sealing it. I've asked for help and they said this isn't covered under the warranty. I'm looking at costly repairs or replacement on something I waited 15 years to change out. They did do a good job on my quartz remnant for my bathroom vanity but I had to really convince of them if the placement of the sinks as it's off set from what is usual. I would not use them again and it's a shame. Deb was great to work with and is a huge asset to them.

They were subcontracted by my contractor to do the framing and drywall for a basement job. The first 3 weeks and basically 90% of the work had been ok. The last 4 weeks have been nothing short of miserable. There was one area or ceiling left to finish which I paid the day they were allegedly done. That was a terrible move on my part because they were not done at all and left the ceiling an unfinished mess. This isn't even getting into the $6000 in overages they charged me for work that was agreed upon before the job even started. Yes, there was some additional work that was requested as the job progressed. But when I saw the newly updated quote with an additional $6k, I was shocked. But after some discussion and a few hundred dollars knocked off, I still paid them their balance only to be sitting here weeks later with an unfinished portion of ceiling and a newly noticed not plum window opening that Corwin tried to say they were not at fault then tried to blame their laborers. Now fast forward to late last week when I spoke to the owner who agreed to pay me back a sum of money that we agreed upon due to the issues at hand. I then get an email telling me their lawyer will reach out to me. What an absolute joke of a company and I will gladly take this to court. DO NOT USE CORWIN. I wanted a new patio installed, the landing of my back porch replaced (which had broken off and left a hole) and extended to match the patio, the corner of the foundation patched, the front sidewalk slab replaced (that had broken away from the front porch and broken in half), and a hole in my front porch sealed so that the critters would stop using it as nest. My new patio is amazing - better than I could have imagined! The holes in my porch (front and back) are now sealed, I don't have to look at the missing foundation corner, and I don't have to worry about critters any more. :) I am VERY pleased with the work! They also installed a new bathroom fan in our kids' bathroom and painted it that room and ceiling as well. We also had them paint our front door.
