She was extremely unprofessional in the way she booked and was doing my hair with overbooking so many clients at the same time. The client that came in after me was finished before me. After, I looked in the mirror it was nothing like the pictures. I explained it to her that it was not what I had asked for and she said to give it time and if I was not happy then to call in 2 weeks. I followed up on text and received no help whatsoever instead a really unprofessional response and no solution. I provided the screenshots. She basically made it seem like it was my fault and that I was being difficult when I was not. The bare minimum should be taking accountability for the actions done and trying to help an 18 year old. Beyond ridiculous and frustrating.
