The second time she got it back it was leaking oil and smoking like crazy... It was not doing that when she brought it in. The fan problem was a simple fix of a new thermostat and they couldn't even figure it out the first 2 visits. The last visit they finally figured it out, but it was smoking and leaking oil when she picked it up this time. So she brought it back to have them right their wrong. Apparently their mechanic broke something on the motor while troubleshooting... Again! They overused the truck while test driving it....I guess it's ok to joyride in the customers rigs while having the rig in their care for two plus week both times they were supposed to be fixing it... And didn't. This is unacceptable any way you look at it. Now they're telling her truck has a broken spacer on the engine causing the oil leak. This was NOT a problem before their mechanic broke it. They won't admit their mistakes and it's going to cost so much to fix, my daughter already paid them $2400, she can't afford to get it worked on by anyone else, and it's not usable the way it is. Sorry for the rant, but this is so wrong that I felt everyone needs to know what kind of business they run. It really looks like they break things while fixing the original problem, so customers have to keep going back and wasting more time and $$$. So, don't let this happen to you!! Unfortunately this is an old trick by mechanics to make more $$$ at the customers expense. If you go to a mechanic for one simple problem to be fixed, you shouldn't have more problems when you pick it up after supposedly being fixed in the first place. Since they won't own up to their mess up, we are reporting them to the better business bureau and warning everyone we know that they are not trustworthy and they are rude with customers they have screwed over

I won't even mention the attitude and how rude they were since it was covered by other reviewers. Stay away! Next time I'd rather push my car then deal with these crooks.

When I went in the last time wich is 45 minutes away there was some problem with my device and needed to be sent back luckily he had two new ones in stock. Unfortunly his calib re atio calibration machine said the same thing on both of you are the new ones so I was now stranded at his garage as. My car was dix Disabled he really went to bat for me when he called the company even going so far as to say that it was unaccessible and they made his buissnes look bad. Jerimahia then called another garage one hour away and asked if they had any extra devices and they had two. He then drove. The two hours to get them. When he tried tried the first of the new two it failed again to calibrate he called up the company again. He really went to bat for me again he then realized it had to be their calibration. Machine he then drove all the way back the two hour trip to use the other garages machine for me he gave up his own time giving up his towes and repares he went way above and out of his way so I would not be stranded. If you want the very best in towing and repairs in the nek I highly recommend this buissnes i cannot thank him enough...

All of my tools for my construction company were stolen, they took a $1200.00 Generac power bank out of my truck after being asked not to go in my vehicle again in lieu of payment. They waived all storage due to not releasing the vehicle to me and saying the state police said not to release it to me, when in all actualality the police officer said to only release it to me. Then said when you come bring something to blow your tires up as they are flat from sitting I get there and both back tires are off the rims and the vehicle is totally undrivable. I say well thanks for the heads up I would have come more prepared if you told me what actually was wrong with the tires his response was " Ya well oh well ...." The disrespect was at it's finest. Then when I confronted him about taking all my tools he tried to blame it on being stolen and I'll give him that, that could have been the case but the state police did a inventory as it was stolen and part of a crime. I also believe that the tow company was supposed to do that as well and I asked him if he did and he said very proudly, " No why would I do that" I looked up all the VT laws all company procedures are supposed to be posted with rates and insurance information at storage facility and at the towing company it self. Which none of that was done. He refuses to even give me his insurance information and said his insurance would not be paying for anything. Which I doubt that he even has any to begin with but that I'm not sure of. I will be making it my job to be sure he pays for absolutely everything he/ they stole and my vehicles damages. Which includes two broken tail lights and two rear tires which were only two days old. He tries charging me $300 for the tow $150 a day for storage and a hook up he did an dropped the hook a month before, before I could even get any of my property out of it which is also illegal as stated in the VT laws. I would never recommend this company to anyone as you will not get your vehicle back in good working order and they are ridiculously priced to begin with. The person I dealt with the most was Brent then at the property dealt with even worse I'm not sure of his name but he was a large gentleman with a nasty attitude and disposition. I will say my wife was not very polite to them by any means as she was completely blown away by their actions and condition our vehicle was left in after everything we had already been through.
