The second time she got it back it was leaking oil and smoking like crazy... It was not doing that when she brought it in. The fan problem was a simple fix of a new thermostat and they couldn't even figure it out the first 2 visits. The last visit they finally figured it out, but it was smoking and leaking oil when she picked it up this time. So she brought it back to have them right their wrong. Apparently their mechanic broke something on the motor while troubleshooting... Again! They overused the truck while test driving it....I guess it's ok to joyride in the customers rigs while having the rig in their care for two plus week both times they were supposed to be fixing it... And didn't. This is unacceptable any way you look at it. Now they're telling her truck has a broken spacer on the engine causing the oil leak. This was NOT a problem before their mechanic broke it. They won't admit their mistakes and it's going to cost so much to fix, my daughter already paid them $2400, she can't afford to get it worked on by anyone else, and it's not usable the way it is. Sorry for the rant, but this is so wrong that I felt everyone needs to know what kind of business they run. It really looks like they break things while fixing the original problem, so customers have to keep going back and wasting more time and $$$. So, don't let this happen to you!! Unfortunately this is an old trick by mechanics to make more $$$ at the customers expense. If you go to a mechanic for one simple problem to be fixed, you shouldn't have more problems when you pick it up after supposedly being fixed in the first place. Since they won't own up to their mess up, we are reporting them to the better business bureau and warning everyone we know that they are not trustworthy and they are rude with customers they have screwed over

After a day to get the new part shipped in, the car was fixed up and ready to go. The price was fair and the work was great. If we were from the area this place would be my new go-to repair shop. Is August/early September of 24 I purchased a Outlander Sport with 28K miles. For the first 5…read moremonths it was okay. I never liked the car but I figured I was stuck with it. It had no power. Than about a month ago it started to stink of exhaust fumes. It was very bad and even opening the windows did not help. The fumes came in the window as well. I was coughing and sick to my stomach at times. Also, about this same time when I stepped on the gas it made a loud noise. It was like in the old days when you needed to replace your muffler. I bring it in to have it checked. It had a warranty on it for 100k miles, so I figured they would take care of it. They deny anything is wrong with it. But, if I paid about $400 they would try something that might work, but it might not. The noise when stepping on the gass was just something that had to do with the transmission, so they said. Nothing to worry about! Maybe if a man brought it in they would have taken care of it. This place is the worst service and attitude i have ever had the misfortune I sold it going to. this morning I traded it in and purchased a 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid. 150k or 10 years which included the hybrid battery too. I paid 6k more than the outlander sport. Worth every penny. Never again. Don't waste your time and money at this place.

They ordered the snow tires immediately and installed them Saturday morning. While installing the new tires they noticed I had 2 all season tires that needed to be trashed. They placed the remaining 2 tires in plastic bags and put them in my trunk - what a thoughtful thing to do! They also replaced a stripped lug nut, which could have been a real problem in the future. I wasn't sure what time I could pick up the car on Saturday and they offered to meet me on a Sunday (they are closed on Sundays) if that could make it easier for me. As an out of towner, I was treated like a local...amazing service and they were priced very competitively with ANY other tire place I checked. I wish I could give them 6 stars....thank you so much!!
