Brannon did a fantastic job of remedying a an issue that seems to be a theme in other reviews: Lack of communication. I too, ended up with a back ordered part which was completely fine with me. What was not fine was the lack of communication from that point forward. After about 4 business days of minimal communication I began to make attempt to assess the situation with my car having thought my patience would be rewarded. I can't tell you how much all I wanted was to be treated like a normal customer. I never asked for anything special. I approved all costs for the work immediately. I had my wife drop me off and pick me up 3 times from the dealership, the last time was fresh off a family medical emergency situation and I and Burleson Honda, for 3 hours seemingly had no idea where my car was so I literally had to show up to the dealership frantically so I could get my car to be there for the family member having the issues. In the 3 phone conversations I had with my service writer I just kept impressing upon him "please let me just come get my car and I will bring it back in when the part arrives" it was a radio part. Had nothing to do with the functionality or safety of the vehicle itself. Various service writers watched me frantically search their lot for my car because I was in a high stress situation. I still never raised my voice or became a problem customer just begged them to find my car for me with tears in my eyes at this point. I'm sure a few folks there remember my distraught face searching everywhere for my car while the service writer was seemingly hiding from me. A guy who said he was a manager came out... "Can I get a loaner vehicle just for the weekend so I can be sure I have wheels to get around?" "no" "but I'll even pay for it, my car is out of warranty so I understand I have to pay for it but do you have rates with a local rental car company? It's Friday night 30 mins before closing so Im out of options" "no, I'm sorry we can't do that" This interaction happened, while finally after 3 hours (and over a week before that) notice they realized I was serious and wanted my car back for the weekend. Lest you think this was a safety situation as to why they wouldn't release my car to me, it was not. It was a part of my car stereo that wasn't working. This was day 9 of my car being on their lot. Brannon has salvaged what's left of my faith in the dealership but all he can do is make right what went wrong and going forward, I'll drive an hour away for service. Compounding that, I had even reached out about purchasing a new Honda while my car was being services because I love my Honda! (see my texts You lost a service customer and a long time sales customer who always comes in with cash and buys the new Honda Accord every 3-4 years. I will follow Brannon Smith to whatever dealership he ends up at because his service was 5 stars. Unfortunately it took a month for Honda to realize he had a customer who lives 3 minutes from the lot who really got a raw deal run around. He can only do so much with the tools he is given. I'm sure he would do anything to make me feel better but it's too little, too late. I never asked for any special treatment; I only asked to be treated like a paying customer and I'm profoundly disappointed in the lack of customer care personal touch or just the ability to think outside the box in a tough situation. Why am I doing all the thinking for your service writers on how to make the customer happy? Below is a screenshot of the texts between the service writer and I. Noticed the lack of response and the dates. This was also buttressed with phone calls as often as I could without being annoying. I would also point out, again, I was never rude, demanding, mean or anything. You lost a lifelong customer in the prime of their buying years with a growing family located in town with roots here. I know nationally, or globally, that doesn't matter to the Honda brand. But locally here, it would have been nice to see service match the reliability of their excellent vehicles.

According to one of my adjusters (as I was dealing with two separate claims), that sort of thing doesn't usually happen! I wasn't planning on buying a new car for a few years as I'd had such good experiences with my last two Lexus vehicles. But it all changed when that last accident totaled three cars due to someone driving under the influence. And so began my search for the perfect new (or potentially used) car. I went to so many dealerships and test drove everything I thought I might like. Volvos, Lexus, Subaru, Mazda, Mercedes, BMW and Toyota to name a few. I called dealerships. I searched online. I had so many tabs open on my phone & photos saved that it was beginning to overwhelm me. I was disappointed and lied to by more than one salesman to be sure until I visited FAMILY TOYOTA in Burleson. My salesman was Dominic Gomez and how he changed my perspective of a car salesman! He was honest & upfront with me and genuinely cared about my needs, budget and concerns. He heard me out and was patient to the point of even setting up my phone with the Toyota App. When I was ready to buy my new Toyota BZ, he didn't flinch when I said I needed to drive the Toyota Crown "just to be sure" since I love a luxury car. In the end, I went with the new 2026 BZ Limited BEV (battery electric vehicle) as I just love the smooth ride, platform and trim (not to mention the huge savings by not buying gasoline)! The store's General Manager is Dustin and he was most accommodating & helpful, too. I was so impressed with the no pressure sales and how clean & organized this dealership is as well. I really can't say enough having been through so much these last two months as I did extensive research & was really losing hope until I walked into FAMILY. I had other car salesmen from premier dealerships literally lie to my face about prices but this didn't happen here. I have converted to Toyota as I was treated with total respect and left feeling confident in my purchase. Ask for Dom and tell him his new favorite customer sent you. You won't be disappointed that's for sure.

Before coming here, I visited several dealerships, but nowhere did I receive the level of attention and care that I found here. At most dealerships, employees fight for your attention only while you're walking through the door, but after that, the manager who greeted you usually does very little. At AutoNation Ford Burleson, however, I truly understood what customer service is supposed to look like. I was greeted very warmly and immediately introduced to the employee I had spoken with on the phone. Within five minutes, they handed me the keys to a car and simply said: "Where would you like to drive?" For me, that was a huge difference compared to other dealerships. I wanted a new car, but I wasn't completely sure what exactly I was looking for. When I visit a dealership, I want someone to help guide me toward vehicles that actually fit my needs and preferences. Instead, at other dealerships everything started with endless questions, entering information into computers, filling out forms and applications, but with almost no real effort to help me choose a vehicle. At AutoNation Ford Burleson, within just five minutes of arriving, I was already test-driving a car that didn't just meet my expectations -- it exceeded them in every way. I especially want to recognize the amazing work of Sunni. English is not my first language -- my native language is Russian -- and I fully understand that my English is far from perfect. But despite that, I felt completely comfortable. The entire dealership has an incredibly welcoming atmosphere, almost like being part of one large and friendly family. I also spoke with the manager, and during my next visit I purchased the vehicle. But my experience with AutoNation Ford Burleson didn't end there. I purchased a used vehicle, and there were no visible issues at the dealership. However, after leaving, I discovered that the rearview mirror had been damaged. I contacted Sunni, and I was immediately told I could come in whenever it was convenient for me. That was another huge difference compared to other dealerships, which always try to force customers into very specific appointment times that I simply cannot guarantee because of my work schedule. When I arrived, it took less than five minutes for them to inspect my vehicle and order a replacement mirror. When I asked how much it would cost, they told me they would take care of everything at their own expense. For me, this was honestly shocking. In my home country, once you leave the dealership -- whether the car is new or used -- any problem you face afterward immediately becomes your responsibility. Now, after driving the car for two weeks, I'm still extremely happy with it and deeply grateful to this dealership for their honest and high-quality work, for the way they genuinely care about customers, show patience, respond to concerns, and don't immediately bury you in paperwork the moment you walk in. At the moment, I still have one additional issue involving a creaking sound when opening the trunk and the sunroof. I mentioned it while they were replacing the mirror, and once again they told me I could come in and they would take care of it. I want to sincerely thank the entire team for their work. Thanks to this dealership, I finally understood what truly great customer service looks like. This is absolutely the place I will return to when I decide to purchase my next vehicle, and it is definitely the place I will recommend to all my friends and family.

This has officially become the worst dealership experience in all of Texas. The customer service is beyond terrible -- the employees clearly do not want to be there and make it very obvious that they could care less about helping customers. How does a dealership claim to be "booked for the next couple of weeks" when their own website shows open appointments the very next morning? That's not just unprofessional -- that's dishonest. My family has been loyal to this place, having purchased two vehicles here over the years -- and we're talking about senior citizens they're mistreating. Eight years ago, this dealership was run right: respectful, efficient, and proud of their service. Now? It's turned into straight-up trash. The employees are rude, dismissive, and act like they're being forced to do their job. AutoNation Ford has lost all sense of pride in representing the Ford brand. They have no business serving others when they can't even treat repeat customers -- much less seniors -- with an ounce of respect. Save yourself the headache and take your business literally anywhere else.

I disclosed with the MANAGER that I may not be able to make the payment until my pay check which fell 8days after the payment date. When I went to the dealership I was told that it would not take long because I was approved over the phone and I would need a $750 down payment. I went in and I ended up spending over 4hours waiting for the car to arrive and in the mist of things other customers came in the salesman was so focused on everything else he kept saying just give him 2 secs which turned into another hour. The manager ended up rushing through the paper work with me and not showing the video that they are REQUIRED to show because he knew I had been there way too long! While we were doing the paper work the salesman chimes in and stated that he JUST 4 almost 5 hours later realized that the vehicle required a $1000 dollars down! They said that I could pay the additional $250 with my following check that's when I stated that I needed my first payment to be made on the following pay check! The manager being a manger DID NOT stop and say well it's a possibility that your car could be repossessed. Not to mention the check engine light came on I bought the car on a Monday the following Monday the light was on. This company has no morals or integrity. And the manager was only worried about the sale. I have spoke to 4 account managers and asked to speak to their manager and now more than 24 hours later she returns my call after leaving her 3 msgs. Not only did she say there was nothing she could do and I asked for her to let me speak to her boss the ceo the owner whoever she hung up on me stating there is no one else I could speak to besides her as if I'm not smart enough to know this is a whole company that cannot be ran with 6 people. I advise anyone looking to buy a new car go elsewhere make sure your getting a good deal not being a customer that they feel like hanging up on them is being fed up dealing with them. Also the car that I got came from another location and the inside was decent but not 100% clean but all the cars that I looked at at this specific location were filthy there were a few I didn't sit in! They are the absolute worst that's not an opinion that is a fact!!!!! I would like the owner to contact me and they account managers are able to let you know exactly who I am so they can give you my information! I just finished ready other negative reviews so before you all can say that I am not a real customer my middle name is what I used to creat this email and the last name is my actual last name and I'm sure you can find my whole name using my last name and then repo date!

After a friend of mine who was stationed in Germany moved back to ft hood in the same weekend his family lost their home and his step father in a fire. In part to this it was causing money to be tight for Chris. Helping his family out, his own moving expenses, and on top of that he absolutely needed a car to go back and forth from ft hood to Mansfield. 21, didn't have bad credit but certainly not an extensive history. So we went to autonation and were out right lied to being told he needed a 20% interest rate on a 10 year old truck with over 100k and no options, which started a big fight between the salesman and I. We left, and EC was the last stop before we gave up for the day. Let me tell you how awesome these guys did. At the other dealer did they care that Chris was active duty? No. Did EC? Absolutely. The other dealer, did they care he just lost his father and didn't have much cash? Nope. Ernesto helped. Did the other dealer care that Chris had a long drive to see his family on the weekends? Nope. That's where Dylan came in and landed him on a fully loaded diesel Passat for $100 less per month than he was expecting to pay. These guys were so wonderful that today I brought Chris's mom in and traded her fiat for a Cadillac TWO YEARS NEWER for only $20 more per month than she was paying. AND her credit had tanked since the fire. And they're even throwing in a new set of tires for the car! If you need a car, this is absolutely the place to get one. If you have bad credit they don't treat you like some poor person or an idiot, you get respect which is why I will tell everyone to come here. Period.
