The majority of my groceries were missing, leaving me without food in my home. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for Walmart+ and relying on your delivery service. I'm also extremely disappointed that I'm still waiting for a call from Customer Service regarding this issue. Not only has no one resolved my concerns, but I'm apparently expected to pay another Express Delivery fee just to receive the items that should have been delivered correctly the first time. You can no longer speak directly to a live person when you call. Instead, you have to leave a message and wait for a callback, which can be inconvenient when you need immediate assistance. Overall, the improvements to the pharmacy process have made a noticeable difference, and my experiences there have been much better lately.

I'm unsure of the name of the sales rep (older male) that assisted us but we visited the store around 7:30pm on 11/29/23. We were the only customers in the store and was barely greeted. It took a while for the sales rep to even get up from his desk to assist us. While inquiring on the different types of mattresses in hopes of finding one to fit our comfort, the sales rep seemed very irritable as he was short and unconvincing naming the highest price for every mattress we inquired in my opinion, assuming we wouldn't be able to afford it. Not once did he express interest or offer his suggestion on what he think would be the best fit for us. His entire demeanor was unwelcoming and we immediately felt judged due to the fact that my husband and I are young adults however, our general manner and the way we present and carry ourselves is beyond the stereotype therefore, you simply shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I understand it was an hour and a half before closing time, but that shouldn't have impacted our experience. We ended up leaving the store and thankfully was able to take our service to another location and was treated with exceptional customer service which allowed us to successfully purchase the right mattress for us.
