The last time I…read morewent in to have a small talk with the manager, the manager was outside of the store talking on the phone, I had no problem with it at the time, so I proceeded to wait for him to get off the phone. When an hour went by, he was still on the phone and outside the store, I waited some more. I was a little too patient with the whole thing so I waited again. By that time it was 2:30 when I checked the time, and he was still on the phone. I then went up to an employee and asked if there was another manager or someone else besides him that I can speak to about a future interview, and to my disappointment, there was no one else besides only him. So I ended up cutting it short and left and never really went back for another shot at scoring an interview with that business. I would like for the management to be a little bit more professional and have a valuable worker to be at attention when the manager is tied up in certain time pulling situations. Thank you

My issue today was SERVICE or lack there of. There was no sense of urgency or respect for the patrons time. Unlike my experiences in Oxon Hill & definitely not like the Nike Unite stores in NYC. I saw a young lady casually standing at the online order booth on her phone. Two employees at the registers dealing with customers with extenuating situations & others (maybe managers) just buzzing around the store as the line continued to grow. There were literally only 2 people in front of us and we were in line 30 minutes. To make matters worse, my 15% in store reward from my Nike app was NOT applied. I returned to the store but couldn't get anyone's attention to address. Had to leave annoyed in order to get back to work.

Immediately upon trying to enter the store we were stopped with a hand to our face telling us we weren't allowed in in a very nasty tone because I had children with me. Despite there being a small child already inside. My oldest went ahead of me so I could park and there was no reception for me to call or text her to have her come outside so we waited in 86 degrees in front of the store until I finally peeked my head in to ask if someone could send my daughter out. This is where things took an even worse turn. The woman and her husband were seemingly bothered by me asking for them to send my daughter out as she tried on dresses telling me to "just close the door". They came outside and told me while my kids sat on the curb to tell me kids touch things and break stuff and I told them my kids weren't going to do that and she says this isn't against you it's just store policy. All I wanted was to get my daughter a nice prom dress I didn't see the sign that said no kids because her sisters and I were excited to see the dresses on display and what should have been a beautiful memory turned in to a terrible nightmare. The man held the door closed so we couldn't enter and when I walked away to wait for my daughter in the car and put her sisters in the air conditioning the man then followed me to my car. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Another client walked past and said the woman had a terrible attitude and she was absolutely correct. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

The owner made us feel welcome and treated us with kindness and respect. She had some beautiful items. This was the only time we saw things we actually liked.
