Extremely Disappointing Experience -- Buyer Beware…read more I am extremely disappointed by my experience at Vision Christian Store. What should have been a simple return turned into an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction with the owner. The most frustrating part is that the store did not honor its own return policy as it was clearly printed on my receipt. I relied on the policy provided by the business when making my purchase, only to be told something completely different when I attempted to return a pair of gloves. If a business chooses to print a return policy on its receipt, customers should reasonably be able to expect that policy to be honored and all exclusions to be included in the receipt. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the owner (Robert) was rude, dismissive, and argumentative. He made it seem like he couldn't afford to perform the return. To make matters worse, he complained about how as a brick and mortar store, it was difficult for the store to compete with online retailers. I found that particularly ironic considering that the item I was attempting to return had actually been purchased from a beauty supply store, not an online retailer. He even advised that I go there instead. As a small business, I understand that competing with larger retailers can be challenging. But blaming customers or becoming confrontational when they simply expect you to follow your own stated return policy is not the way to build customer loyalty. I was able to find two pair of gloves for the price of one. Who wouldn't attempt to return the originals Being a Christian bookstore makes the experience even more disappointing. Customers should not have to wonder whether they will be treated with basic courtesy, honesty, and respect when they walk through the door. I would strongly encourage the owner to review the store's return policy, make sure employees and management are following it consistently, and reconsider how customers are treated when they raise a legitimate concern. Or better yet include the specific items on the receipt that are not eligible for return or place signage in the area so there are no questions: I will not be returning, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business. A business cannot expect customers to support it while simultaneously refusing to honor the policies it gives those same customers in writing.

I been a customer at M&S Jewelers for 3-4 years now. I'm also impress at the other customers and their older children come in the store to shop for their jewelry needs. I've gotten several pieces of jewelry from M&S Jewelers from good quality diamond rings, watches and earrings. I use to live overseas and I've purchase several 18kt gold rings overseas. Some how the ring had a small hole on top. Well Mr. Mohamed helped me picked out a nice diamond to sit in the center of the ring which is where the hole were. When I tell you the craftsmanship that went into redesigning the ring was AMAZING!!!! I was soo impressed, I was back in the store in 2 weeks. Lol This time I brought 2 rings my mother passed down to me from mom sister, who were my favorite Aunt Norma. Mr. Mohamed sized one of the down for me and the other ring he told me since it's dear to me he recommend giving me a thicker shank (band) for that particular ring. I tell you, I was very elated when I saw my Aunt Norma rings and the shine from both rings. It was almost as if my aunt was smiling with me knowing those rings were passed down to me, her Favorite Niece. Smile So if you're looking to buy something special for yourself or a love one please go by and see M&S Jewelers Mr. Mohamed and his sons will be sure to take good care of you. Kim helped us out and she was incredible. Never tried to over sell anything and knew exactly what we were looking for. It felt like shopping with a friend. I found my perfect ring and even under budget! I had to get it re-sized and I was able to go in and have it done the same day to make it to a family event! It was very important to have it ready in time to show it to family and friends and they were more than understanding. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. I went to M&S initially to get my wedding bands and engagement ring appraised for insurance purposes, but I accomplished so much more. They were quick and timely in my appraisal and extremely communicative during the entire process. They provided all the appropriate documentation to get my jewelry properly insured. They also melted down a previous diamond ring I owned and turned into a pendant. I wear it around my next everyday with no problems. I also was able to get links repaired to broken bracelets and anklets, links removed from oversized watches, and batteries replaced. All my services had a 72 hour turn around, with the exception of the appraisals as is to be expected. Their cost were fair and reasonable. I also noticed a lot of fine gold pieces I will definitely be back to explore. read more
