Heck, I was offered a free bra fitting the last time I went in. Didn't need one, but it was nice! Most stores let their mannequins look shameful, but this Lane Bryant keeps them cute! I know none of the clothes will look the same on me because I'm not a six-foot tall Amazon goddess with the perfect hourglass shape, but they give me a good idea of how I'll look. ... Which is terrible compared to the mannequins, but who cares? I can almost always find what I need and if I can't they're quick to call another store or have it shipped there or my house. They keep me up to date on my Real Women Dollars and seasonal coupons. They really know a thing or two about customer retention!
