If I'm not in town, they ship pieces to me wherever I am. The level of service and attention they give their clients is exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I didn't know where to begin browsing because everything caught my eye: There were tables full of the most perfect everyday tank tops, bodysuits, skorts and shorts and lots of racks filled with truly unique and beautiful dresses, blazers, pants, jeans and more. I absolutely loved everything. Then, in walked the lovely owner (Deena), who could not have been more friendly and helpful. She introduced herself and immediately started suggesting items that would work well for me. I felt like I was shopping with a girlfriend. I tried everything on and purchased most of what I selected. I fully expected this store to be super nice as far as inventory goes, because of its location, but was surprised to barely be able to find anything. This is hands down THE WORST Ross I've ever been to. They had maybe one item in only one size so if I found a sweatshirt, it would only be available in XXL and only 1 in the whole store. If I found sweatpants, they would be in some weird horrific color like brownish purple (YES THATS THE ONLY WAY I CAN DESCRIBE THE COLOR) and of course there was no color sweatshirt that looked good with them. This Ross is also smaller on the inside and everything looked like trash with nappy balls on some items, rips in others. Some items were dirty or stained and they barely had a clearance section. No need to return here, its as if this Ross gets the last of the inventory after all the other stores are stocked.
