went for routine eye exam and she attached a needle to a device which pulsed against my eye…read more naturally I pulled back in surprise, and the needle became trapped between the top and bottom eye lid unknowingly; I went to rub my eye and jammed the needle further into my eye. the girl ran out to get the eye doctor, eye doctor ran in checked my eye said I will do the test rather than her - I said no way - I came in with my eye sign and I'm leaving with my eye-sight. I almost lost my eye in that visit and then they bill me a copay. don't ever go there!

Most know if their issues are ER necessary or not, but the evening staff consistently claims to not…read more"know anything" about a wait time guess to see a doctor already having waited to check in or just waiting. ER's like Newton Wellesley, Emerson, etc. often accurately know the hour estimate in a courteous tone. For a second time she might put your call on hold if you ask just one too many questions about wait times abruptly to answer an "ambulance call" - whether true or not, knowing a thing or two of how some things work behind the scenes, whether your loved one is struggling with their own conditions like everyone else. They also don't like being asked if they could guess how many were loudly called in, but "it's not their job" to count. Last time I said so they might sleep there overnight and the woman responded in a snooty say "uh huh". It's more common to drive your loved ones to another ER who have a clue. I don't blame you. Being abruptly hung up on without a "bye" or some assurance could use some work.

I've been coming here for the better part of a decade. Matter of fact I think it's been about 12…read moreyears. I went in in 2015 after 6 years of having blue green discharge from my nipples and had aspirations as well as a biopsy in a tag placed. I go in every 6 months for mammograms but with my super dense breasts I have to request an ultrasound and an MRI. Just recently looking through my paperwork and realizing I was diagnosed with pash disease, which is considered non-cancerous however, it has been over a decade and I have been complaining non-stop about the discomfort in my right breast just to be ignored and not even told that I have a disease. And when I went in just this last year. Dr. E and I were discussing some things and I exclaimed along the lines of I know that obviously some of the stuff I'm dealing with is hormonal and her response was there. You go. You diagnosed yourself! Never once. Did she ever bring up the fact that Cash disease has a lot to do with estrogen and progesterone or even offered to do a full lumpectomy to remove the painful lesion that has been in my breast for the better part of a decade! I am beside myself with the lack of caring that I have received when it comes to my concerns and being treated like I'm some hormonally challenged person like that doesn't understand their own body! I requested a new breast surgeon. We shall see .. Never mind the fact that the last nurse I spoke to kept insisting I had my biopsy in 2019 which is false. It was in 2015 and I know because I was working and went on my lunch break and had to use an ice pack for the rest of the day at my orthodontic office. Back in 2015. LOL people just gaslight you! It is beyond sickening!
