This place is hit or miss. You can find some nice clothes but some clothes have stains and holes in them, especially the ones in clearance. This place is not very organized and a bit messy. The service is nice though and clothes are pretty cheap. read more

If I can give this place a negative star I would since it doesn't even deserve one star. By far the WORST customer service I've experienced at a retail store. What kind of employee calls her mother on speaker while ringing customer out with purchases and left alone, never greeted a "hello how are you?" Or "thank you have a great evening." Just because you're pregnant does not give you no extra right whatsoever to make phone calls while on the clock working with customers and they see you doing this action. How unprofessional! This employee by the name of Tyshanda, needs to get retrained on her customer service since it was poorly demonstrated. Does not need to work with the public if her face is sour and no sunshine at all. I am disgusted at how Burlington just hires anyone rather than people with great attitudes who wants to work. Definitely will not return and will let anyone I know, to not let Tyshanda ring their items up or better yet, don't go to that location!!! Also, there was no managers working when I needed to speak to someone to report this poor service. SMH! read more

Shopping at Burlington is a hit or miss. They offer great value, on certain amours brands, but it will be only a few selections or sizes. I like shopping here as the prices are definitely less than other retailers and they have nice things for the home too. read more

Coats at how much!? Yes. Please!!! I don't know if it's because I'm British that my coat obsession is out of control as we're always ready for a storm or rain or just miserableness in general - but I wish this place existed back home, I would have saved myself a fortune. Ok, so not only coats - they have bags, shoes, hair supplies, clothes for the whole family, jewelry, home decor, kitchenware, the list goes on. I have to admit - I'd never set foot in a Burlington Coat Factory until today, but after a fellow Yelper told me she got her amazing parka jacket from here, I had to scope it out. Thank the coat heavens I did! Definitely worth checking out. read more

Came here today in hopes of finding some nice tops, but the racks were basically empty. Good selection on men's clothes, but female clothing not so much. Prices are decent and the store is clean though. read more

As an ex employee this store needs to be closed asap. The working conditions are absolutely terrible, there was days we had no AC during the summer and had nothing but 2 fans that other workers would not share, they say they have flexible hours but as soon as you try to flex them it's a problem and suddenly they absolutely need you. I pulled a muscle while doing inventory and when i told the manager on duty (mind you i was crying i was in pain) i was told "we're all in pain". The higher ups talk to associates like they are dumb and don't know how to talk to people the correct way. They played favorites when it came to associates having conversations while ACTIVELY doing their job. I was told to talk less while there were other associates quite literally yelling at each other across the room and laughing louder than ever. The pay absolutely does NOT excuse the labor that the job demanded. I do not recommend this store or a job at this store. Oh and if you feel like there's nothing ever really good to buy there it's because the associates that work in the back get first dibs on everything that comes through there but half the time they can't afford it because of the pitiful $12 an hour they so lovely give them... But yet had enough money to build stand alone dressing rooms when the dressings rooms they already have are NEVER open and add in red polls to the front of the store. My mom and I came here today just to looks around. Everything was fine then when we went to pay we walked up to the register and the lady behind the register, Sabrina, was completely rude. Just looked at my mom when she placed her stuff on the counter. Didn't say anything just looked at us. So my mom proceeded to push the stuff right to her because apparently it wasn't close enough. Are you kidding me lol! Then as we were leaving she said "what's your phone number?" and not even giving a second to answer she repeated "PHONE NUMBER MAAM????". Needless to say, we won't be coming back to this location. read more

Oh the worst. There were empty areas of the store everywhere. Everything in the home area is disorganized and just thrown on giant shelves like at a thrift store. No really big name brands except for Betsy Johnson and some Calvin Klein suitcases. read more

Hampton location is nasty dirty!! I wanted to try something on but the fitting room was so dirty I just turned around and decided not to spend my money there. Seems like the management would be more on top of the organization and cleanliness of the store to ensure the customer have a nice experience and will return. read more

I really really like Burlington. They have plenty to choose from. The prices are very affordable on practically everything. I love their choice of clothing. Always have the latest. A great choice in suits,ties,and shoes,which are all priced reasonably. I just recently purchased two pairs of shoes which were priced reasonably. When it comes to clothes, my choice is usually Burlington. read more
