I was on the hunt for something to wear for my graduation, so I stopped by Burlington since I was already in the area. I like shopping here because they usually have a good selection of clothing at very reasonable prices. This location is two stories, although I don't think there's much on the second floor. The women's/junior section is on the first floor, off to the right when you walk in. I like that they have a section dedicated just to dresses, which made my search a little easier. It's organized by sizes which helps, but sometimes I still look through other sizes as things get placed all around. I spent some time looking through the racks and finally found the perfect dress for my graduation. Not only was it exactly what I was looking for, but it was only $13! You really can't beat getting a whole dress for that price. The women's shoe section is right near the dresses, so I stopped there to complete my outfit. Luckily, I found a cute pair of shoes to match for less than $20. You may have to spend a little time searching through the racks, but in my experience it's usually worth it. Burlington is a great place to find stylish pieces without breaking the bank. The checkout line moved quickly, which was another plus. I felt happy that I had a successful shopping trip, and I left with everything I needed. read more

This Burlington carries a wide selection of items although it is a hit or miss depending on your needs. The service is normally decent, with short wait times due to more cashiers present. However, there were a lot of empty shelves especially for household items. Big bottles of commonly used spices and Himalayan salt are normally decently priced here. read more

It has been a long time since I have been shopping at a Burlington Coat Factory, but I needed some luggage, so I figured I would give this location a try to see what they had available. The luggage selection was minimal, but I was able to find a piece of Samonsite luggage that met my needs and wants, so I decided to purchase it. This location is huge being two stories, and they did have a wide variety of products and clothing available. I did not go upstairs to see what is available, so I cannot speak to what is upstairs. When checking out, I went to the cashier and she looked at the price of the luggage. She asked me "Do you really want to pay $94.99 for the luggage?". Of course, I said no and inquired if she could get me a cheaper price. The cashier said they have standard luggage in their system for a much cheaper price, and looked it up for me. It turns out the price of my luggage was $67.98 instead of $94.99! I ended up paying a much cheaper price for a nice piece of Samonsite luggage! It was all due to the cashier and her initiative to check to see if the price was correct and get me a good deal. This shows excellent customer service and professionalism among the cashier. I'm sorry I do not know her name, but she was wonderful and recommend her to be employee of the month. The value you get at Burlington is wonderful. I do not know why I waited so long to come here to shop, because you get great prices and excellent value. The service is wonderful among the staff. Burlington is my new favorite store, and I will definitely be back here to do some shopping. Who knew you could obtain wonderful deals at Burlington? Now I know! Open till midnight is PHENOMENAL around Indianapolis, alot of the time I feel like everything beside mejier and walmart are closed after 8pm. Its so refreshing to see things open back up after midnight. They have a wide variety at discounted prices, great for when you need something in a pinch. Confirmed hours as of june 20th, 2024! All the workers i spoke to were very kind and well informed. I needed a new lunch box and lint rollers which i found, they have bags, luggage, kitchen, home, baby, bath and beauty products but i dont really trust the shoes here. Do you like waiting? Do you like good deals? Do you like waiting in line for a very long time for good deals? If so, this is your place. They have a great selection, but they are slow as molasses during checkout. Sometimes I reconsider what I have in my cart and just walk out. It's definitely a wait here. Parking is out front and lock your doors because I've seen sketchy people moving about the cars in the lot. The location is good though because it's castleton. read more

Kinda disappointed in the selection. Despite being 2 stories the majority of stuff is clothes. Home goods, kitchenware, etc barely fill a corner of one floor. If the emphasis is on clothes please expand the shoe section. On the plus side the store is reasonably organized and fairly clean. With stores like T.J. Maxx, Home Goods, Marshalls, and Nordstrom Rack nearby they really need to step up their game. This Burlington Coat Factory is two stories, with men's and women's clothing and shoes on the first floor, and children's clothing and shoes, housewares and coats on the second floor. For the most part, everything was in order and relatively organized, but there was trash and detritus on the floor, and some parts of the store were empty, which lent to an abandoned-feeling air about the place. I saw lots and lots of nice coats and jackets, though -- even in the summer, which seems like a good time to buy such things, because they are less expensive! It's not just coats, though. love burlington , especially their prices!!! i come here for anything and everything. Their home decor is AMAZING! So many of my things have come from here and i love when people compliment me and i get to tell them where it came from as well as the great deal i got on it. Their line service is always quick no matter how busy the store is which I love because it makes your shopping experience that much better. The one thing I have noticed the past couple of times is there a decrease in inventory. I'm not sure if their sales are going down so you're carrying less product or if they are in the process of remodeling. can't wait for my next shopping experience here! read more

I decided to give this place a try for some Christmas shopping in mid-December 2020 and wasn't disappointed. I found a few really good deals back in the housewares department. The checkout line was long and snaking, but my cashier was pleasant. There was a sign at the entrance letting us know they were limiting overall capacity, which had not been reached yet, thankfully. I was happy to be back in the housewares area, because there were fewer shoppers in that area. Even with limited capacity, the clothing area was much more congested with shoppers, mostly families. The store was pretty trashed, but it was in the middle of the Christmas shopping rush, so I wasn't too surprised. I was happy that hand sanitizer was offered upon entrance of the store. Even if you don't intend to touch much, it still happens pretty frequently during shopping. Overall, this was a pretty pleasant shopping experience. read more

Like I'm sorry you're having a bad day but I'm a customer, who did exactly what you asked, dont take it out on me. Came to look for a coat, won't be coming back. There were more coats on the floor than in hangers. Went to check out and there's 4 teens at the registers doing nothing on their phones. The cashier called her coworker a "hoe" for not picking up the hangers after she asked her to. And said "I don't give a f***." Don't see how this store could stay open much longer. I needed a new winter coat to replace the one I've had for 5+ years. I wanted to find something that would last forever and also be warm and fashionable. I found the most amazing coat that I am obsessed with. As far as the store, it was very messy (dressing rooms) and the sizes were all over the place. OHHHH MAN! 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG! So I never go to Burlington because I always think I may get something but it wont last, so I usually always opt out and go to TJMaxx instead. I went to TJMaxx looking for a rug but found nothing in my price range, so by default I went to Burlington which is right next door. On this particular trip I was looking for 2 things: 1.) A 5x7 rug for our living room with shaggy strands and 2.) Nude zipper ankle boots. So this girl was on a mission. I came in and went directly to the book section and within 3 minutes... there they were the boots of my dreams!!! The sad thing was, they didn't have a tag on them so I thought... Hmmm... these are going to most-likely be pricy. But when I went to the check out - the kind cashier rang them up and they were only $19.99! I was like a small kid in a candy story going nutz, but I had to compose myself before she realized she looked up the wrong shoe and it was really $49.99 or something... Lol. After I found my shoes, I went up the escalator and went to the home goods section. I walked right up to the rugs and there she was a black and brown shaggy 5x7 rug for $50 which was the cheapest I have found them after going to 3 other stores (Target, TJMaxx, and Meijer)! Not to mention I called my mom who also needed a 5x7 rug and she went back a week later to find one she wanted for under $50. Such a win-win situation. I love this store because it's so insanely cheap and they have decently fashionable jewelry, purses, and dresses. However, the one missing star is due to a lack of organization - clothes are shoved and tucked into racks *everywhere* and you'll constantly see the wrong sizes mixed in with your size. Additionally, items are misplaced in categories too, I found pants, bras, men's shirts, and baby stuff all along the dresses rack. Sigh.....it just makes it very difficult to look through and makes you wonder how many items you're missing because they're somewhere else in the store. But anyways, back to the good stuff, their home decor is really trendy and decently priced. I like the variety of bath and bed items, and inventory seems to change out frequently enough to be different every time I visit. My wife and I were at Burlington's tonight. At the register the employee asked for a phone number for return. I said, "no, thank you". In a very upset and unpleasant tone he responded, "well fine, you know it counts against us when we don't get phone numbers". For one, the attitude is not necessary, but for two, if that is truly their policy this is an executive/managerial problem. There is no reason a store needs my phone number unless I am ordering something. A phone number for a return? Nah... I'll bring a receipt or gladly be out of luck. My desire to not provide a number be counted against an employee.... that's obsurd. The only thing that should count against him is his attitude. read more

The busiest time of the year and they have the slowest cashiers working, and only 3 when probably all registers need to be running. Hire some people with a sense of urgency! I was in line for 25 min and one cashier was checking out the same customer the entire time. Talk less and move faster. Not worth it, I won't go back. read more
