We told her what we needed and she listened and immediately brought items to chose from. She knew everything that they have in the store. Sometimes when you are not at your local store it makes it better. This Target is no different . They are unimaginable uniformed. It's great in the sense it's all where you need it. The store is well organized and the shelves are well stocked and maintained too. If you need an "employee," while walking around the store we actually found them too. Wow it's incredible! It was tolerable a few years ago, but with closure of the walmart near Craig, and general increase in population around you can see the decline of the location. The long lines, and employee general dislike for their jobs adds to the lack of enthusiasm when I go to this location. You won't see alot of the employees in a rush to service you because there is always 100 customers behind you wanting something, and I am sympathetic to that. I give two stars because it has what I need, and sometimes I will interact with a helpful employee. Overall, this is the most populated location, so get in and out as quickly as possible.

Clearance in Boys was not great, either. $19 for a Hurley long sleeve. Clearance in Juniors was not great either. Dresses were $20 & over range. There was a Sephora inside. Very few customers. Clean. This morning, I cut off tags, and wanted to wear this shirt to go out; After put on, I noticed the V neck center seams was cut and sew crooked which destroyed the look. I walked in 107 temperatures to this store, hoping to exchange for the same shirt and get my 10k steps in. At Cashier, this petite, short hair lady said " System is down, can't do it." I asked if I could bring exact same shirt for even exchange, she still say NO! I asked to speak to Manager, she said she was Manager, I was surprised! Being a manager should be able to think outside of box, and a problem solver for customers. Obviously, she was not! What is Creative way to make customers satisfied when System is down? Could Hand Writing in log for Even Exchange, then upload info when system is up? Parking in the garage is an ADA nightmare for a wheelchair user…read more First is NOT about any store, but the parking structure and infrastructure of the outlet. First, the parking garage has several elevator banks with total of six elevators. One full bank in inoperative, two elevators that went to the walkway, where the only way to ground level is escalators, and the UP escalator was broken, and one elevator that went inoperative while at the outlet store. As a wheelchair patron, I had to go several places just as work around to get to the car to the stores. This is unacceptable, driving a trying to dodge traffic and going extremely out of the way to get from the garage to the stores is difficult for a wheelchair patrons! The extra star is ONLY because for the excellent customer service received from the employees of the stores!
