Shopping in Las Vegas, Nevada... It took some convincing, but I finally got my cousin and sister to go to Burlington. I told them that it's like Ross Dress For Less and that I got raincoats and an Asian print suitcase from the Burlington in Houston. I found a pair of reasonably priced black shoes, but didn't get them because the line to pay was really long. I guess everyone wants to go shopping on a Saturday. Shucks! This store used to be easy to shop in, with access and item placement clearly and neatly organized. Sizes were clear and organised, housewares were reachable and orderly. As of March 1, the store is a shambles! Stock all disturbed and misplaced. When i requested to speak to the manager, the cashier asked why I wanted to speak to her, rather than calling her, I was told, " she's too busy" and she called the next Customer. VERY RUDE! I was returning a coat, they had gave me a discount on it 10% it was still $40 ish dollars didn't think it was worth to keep simply because the material might get ugly after a wash. The cashier I got was super rude & unprofessional she was on her ear piece talking to Sam whole time, she said it was final sale I told her I wasn't notified that time of purchase if not I wouldn't have taken it Sam approved the return Alondra which was the rude cashier assisting me said "we are doing it this one time" I thought she was in her earpiece or talking to her coworker which she was going whole time I walked up to her register and she proceeded to say "did you hear me??!". Horrible. We waited in line for almost an hour to purchase our items. A young lady who seemed to be the manager on duty during closing, occupied herself with "put backs", instead of servicing customers and opening another register. Another cashier couldn't seem to get herself together and worked with an earbud in her ear. Save yourself some time and visit another location. read more

Messy. Restrooms locked. Not enough cashiers. Cashiers are slow. They need more cashiers.

This store is run like trash, They definitely need a revamping in management. During my visit, you are stopped at the front with a rope and asked by Dylan If there's anything you need help finding. No if I need help finding something I will ask thank you. Secondly we needed to use the restroom which is locked up with a pin. I go back up front and asked. It seemed like I was bothering Dylan with his eye roll action, no one was available. I go to the rear fitting room and Yvette says they are broken. Back to the front I go to see if anyone is now available. Finally after two more radio calls a supervisor finally assisted. After using The restroom we advised Yvette at the fitting rooms that they are back in order in case she didn't know. And all of a sudden they don't accept card read more

If "0" was an option..... completely trashed every single time, has nothing to do with the holidays at all. I drive out of my way to go to a location where the line to check out isn't a mile long, security doesn't act like a bouncer, carts are readily available (they have a line where you wait for carts) and where my newly purchased items weren't stored and walked over on the floor. If this store was not the east side of Las Vegas this would not be happening. Appalling to say the least. read more

I stoped here today to buy some shower necessities and let me just warn people this was the most anti-customer form of security which way overstepped boundaries and I'm pretty sure violates some kind of business code! Theres just a feeling of unease like they think everyone is stealing so they treat everyone like a criminal. They actually stop you on the way in and ask what your there for! They then point you in the direction of the item to make sure that's where your going!!!! !?!??! Like is this not a store?? I'm here to buy things it's called shopping (I feel like they are over the line and completely disrespecting all of their customers by doing this, not to mention how do they expect people to shop and spend money when they are uncomfortable doing so? they rearranged the store isles to where they are hard to go down especially since half of the stuff from the shelves is in the floor and everything is compartmentalized into separate sections. This store is pretty much ran by itself ! Lines are always long with only 2 registers open! I would give it zero stars if I could! Website always says it closes at 11pm, you get there at 10:15pm and the doors are locked already but there is still people shopping!!!! The 2 stars are for the security that gave a warm welcome in and out of the store. I came to this location and during my shopping experience my children had to go to the bathroom. Mind you one has a medical condition. The bathrooms were locked and I asked an employee for the code to find out corporate permanently closed the bathrooms down. Including the fitting rooms per Covid. So I decided to ask for the corporate number so I can voice my concern. However the woman stated she cannot provide me the number as I needed to speak to the manager and follow a chain of command. I told her I simply wanted the number because if enough people complained about this possibly they may open the restrooms and fitting rooms to accommodate more happy customers and happy customers means more business for the company. At the end of the conversation the employee stated if you want the number check on the back of your receipt.Burlington please open up your restrooms to accommodate your customers especially those who have heath issues and fitting rooms for the mothers who may have needed that room to breastfeed there babies. Okay.. I LOVE Burlington.. I actually make it a point to go to all the locations in Las Vegas. So when I found out they were opening a new location I was stoked. However... I went there for the grand opening and it was cool I figured they would already be pretty empty but I actually left with a couple pair of shoes that day happy. Since then I've probably been there 3 times and each time at the register I was thinking how I need to write them a Yelp review for how awful the staff is there. Sad to say. But the last time I was there I actually got in my car and well.... here I am. This location was set up to be great but with the staff they have in there they will never achieve that. "Ghetto" is a nice word to use for this location... I honestly can't believe how they're allowed to talk and act in there but when I saw the manager I wasn't surprised cause she was apart of it as well. Anyone who goes in this store will know exactly what I m talking about.. I'm a 24 year old girl I do not write Yelp reviews but this is my first and hopefully last one. Like I said I love the company but this location needs some major help and staff revaluation..... I couldn't imagine the owner knows that's how it's being ran in there.
